Summary
Luz Noceda thought she was simply unlovable. That the only people that would ever care about her were her family and that even then, she feared that they only tolerated her at best. Years of bullying and trauma have left her thinking that she's too stupid and worthless to ever be considered anything worth caring about.
Following certain events Luz and her family move to the neighbouring city, where she transfers to a new school. She fears that things will just be the same as before, if not worse. That is until she meets a group of her classmates that immediately take a shine to the scared girl.
Can Luz learn to let herself be open and vulnerable around these new people? That she doesn't have to be afraid like before?
And can they all save Luz before the waters drag her under?

Summary
If someone had told Amity a while ago that a person could get over emotional over nothing; she wouldn’t have believed them.
However now,
She stared at the woman sitting across from her. Crying and bawling her eyes out. Out of absolute nowhere when a few minutes ago, Amity was sure they’d been getting along.The Blight had noticed the brunette sitting alone at the back of the room at the beginning of the statue making masterclass and thought that it was probably a good idea to befriend her.
But now? Said brunette was sniffling and wiping her eyes. Paintbrush with the faint of yellow on its tip clutched tightly, wavering slightly as the woman’s hands got shaky.
Was it something she said? Did she do something wrong? Looks like Amity really needed to get her social life checked.
The statue in between them both laid forgotten.
" ‘m sorry," the Latina sniffed out. "It’s just the colour." Amity raised an eyebrow at that comment.
The woman in front of her smiled weakly; "Yellow makes me cry."
‘Okay,’ Amity thought to herself. ‘Something is definitely going on with her.’

Summary
Luz Noceda is a fanfic writer and Witchchick128 is her biggest reader/commenter. Over the course of three years, they become online friends, battling Luz's real life loneliness, and even attempt to write a fanfic together.
Amity Blight is a fanfic reader, her favourite writer being GoodWitchLuzura, who just wants a real friend and to be able to be good enough to write her own fanfiction. Luckily, after three years, she has a best friend in Luzura, who's even helping her write a fanfic, together.
Simultaneously, Luz has to move across the country and go to a new school, and make new friends. As she expected, she manages to make a rival, this one being Amity Blight. So, she has to make her way through high school trying to avoid Amity (even while weirdly wanting to be friends with her) who is irritated with her enough to make it both of their problems.
Little do Luz and Amity know, their paths have already crossed...
