Dabi didn't think that getting hit with a quirk in the middle of a battle against the heroes would bring him back in time. He didn't think it would restore his old looks either but here he is. When he looked at his reflection in the glass of a nearby store, unblemished skin, and white hair greeted him. He looked like he would have if his quirk didn't decide to burn him alive, he looked... normal. Dabi makes a promise to himself at that moment. He would not go down the same route in this world. He's not a villain, he'd stop trying to gain his father's approval. He just didn't care anymore. Endeavor didn't deserve his effort. In this second chance as Touya Watanabe, he would live for himself and create his own happiness. This was his new beginning. Touya Watanabe was a normal civilian.

Summary
Down to the remaining eleven rebels in the country of Japan, all seems lost. The ultimate win of the League is on the horizon, the country is in shambles, and the last heroes are slowly being picked off one by one, the years long war is almost over. Then Deku, leader of the last rebel faction, is given the chance to start over. A civilian with a time travel quirk has offered his services, and it is an opportunity that none of them can refuse. The chance to save their friends and families and loved ones is a chance that's worth the risks and the expectations. Even if it means having to disappear when in the past, these last heroes will do whatever it takes, with Deku leading the charge.
Starting over from square one shouldn't be too difficult, despite the laundry list of actions to be taken.

Izuku was not expecting to wake back up after he died and most certainly not like this. Waking up 11 years before he was even born in a body that in his past life belonged to his homeroom teacher was never something he could have considered as a possibility before it happened. Resigned to his new fate of living a new life as the eventual hero Eraserhead and homeroom teacher to the Hell Class of 1-A, Izuku tries to take advantage of the fragments of knowledge of his new future to try to change things for the better. He was not expecting those changes to lead to helping raise his younger self. Well at least he understood now why Aizawa-sensei had always referred to him as Problem Child.
