Phoenix Wonderland
Saki bounces happily along, watching as the others try to keep up with her. Airi keeps up with her quite easily—and woah, she still can’t believe she’s walking with the REAL Airi Momoi. Like, living, breathing, Airi Momoi. WHAAAT???
Shiho and Mafuyu lag behind, quietly talking. She can’t really hear what they’re talking about, since she’s bombarding Airi with questions.
“What’s your secret for being so pretty?”
“I dunno, I have a really long skin care routine, y’know? And really good genes! You’re really pretty too, Saki!”
“Aah! Thank you, Airi-chan!” Saki beamed, her bounces getting even more animated as they continued walking.
“Saki, slow down, you’ll hurt yourself.” Mafuyu says bluntly, putting a hand on her arm to stop her. Her eyes are a little more narrowed than usual, but the blond just chalks it up to her being exasperated.
As they continue walking, Airi points out a drop tower.
“Let’s go on that!”
Saki smiles and nods in agreement. Mafuyu shrugs. Shiho hesitates.
“I dunno, that looks like it’s for kids.” She says, trying to keep up her nonchalant act.
“Oooh, Shiho-chan, are you scaredd?” Airi grins, leaning over to her.
“What? No. I’m not, I’m not scared.” Shiho scoffs, looking away. “Fine, we can get on it.”
Saki and Airi cheer, walking happily into line. Mafuyu stays behind, walking with Shiho.
“you don’t have to get on it if you don’t want.” Mafuyu says simply, I’ll stay behind with you.” She explains.
Shiho shakes her head. She’s not a baby. “No, I’m fine, I wanna get on it.”
But she turns around, looking back at it. It’s tall and scary.
The ground is safer.
She looks down and around at the ground, seeing something she didn’t expect.
Rui Kamishiro. Grabbing Saki’s brother—Tsukasa Tenma’s booty cheeks. What the hell.
Disgusted, she looks at Mafuyu and says, “I’m not staying on the ground. Definitely not.”
Mafuyu looks at them too, “ew. Saki, come here.”
Saki comes over, as does Airi, seeing the… gross imagery in front of them.
“Tsukasa!” Saki calls, snapping a photo and replacing her background with it.
Tsukasa looks over and screams. Yeah. Rui gets off him quickly.
“SAKIIII!”
“what were you two doing?!”
“Practicing for a show! Obviously!”
Saki huffs, turning away. “Whatever! Back on track, let’s get on that tower!”
The others nod beginning to walk. Shiho lags behind a bit, stuffing her hands in her pockets to hide the shaking of her hands.
The line isn’t that that long, since Airi, Shiho, snd Saki use their ‘famous’ card to get to the front, Mafuyu just glaring in order to.
As they board, Shiho sits by Airi and some rando. Even worse.
Airi smiles at her as it goes up and up and up…
Shiho looks at how far they are from the ground, heart picking up speed.
Airi looks at her, taking her hand. “Hey. It’s okay, Shi-chan. We’re gonna be fine! Don’t worry! Just scream!”
Shiho nods, she knows they’ll be fine. It’s stupid to worry. “I know.”
DROP!
Shiho screams. Airi screams. Saki screams. Mafuyu sits stone faced.
And then… the drop stops.
Relieved, Shiho gets up, leaving with the other three.
“That was fun! Let’s do it again!” Saki smiles.
“No way.” Shiho blurts.
“Psh… lame! Fine!” Saki smiles, leading them all along to the next one.
