Previously on Memories;
In 'Start of Something New', Kent Cyboane Parson was picked up by the Las Vegas Aces. He met Alexei 'Tater' Mashkov, and his other teammates. As time passed, Kent adjusted to life in Las Vegas, forming a routine and friendships. A deep bond between Tater and Kent are formed. Through that, he also supported his childhood best friend Jack Zimmermann through his own troubles and fears. He was hoping his future was brighter and more certain than ever.

Alexei and Kent went on a date to a winery. The couple went to taste new wine brands from all over the West Coast. They had fun enjoying meats, cheeses, and some hot meals with their drinks. The couple were a bit tipsy but all smiles as they took a cab back home. Once home, they cuddled up on the couch and waited for their takeout.
"That was fun," Kent said as they enjoyed Thai takeout to soak up the wine. Alexei just kissed him, not able to form words as he was tipsy, warm, and content with his boyfriend.

Kent started on a new room after getting his bedroom settled. One of his godchildren; Olivia 'Livvy' Scarborough helped him sort everything out to be more efficient. He went through his trophy case and saw a souvenir hiding behind his junior trophies. He set the trophies aside as he looked at the mini photobooth sleeve.
"What's that?" Livvy asked, putting aside the dusting cloth for the moment.
"Oh, this is a memory I almost forgot. God, it feels like yesterday," Kent happily sighed. Livvy smiled at him and took a seat. Whenever her Uncle Kent got like this, she knew she was in for a fun story time.
