Once upon a time , there were two maidens, regina george and janis ian. they held naught but disdain for one another, their past a battlefield of strife. once bosom friends, their bond was shattered when regina, with cruel decree, proclaimed janis harbored affections forbidden, thus besmirching her name.
Years hence, cady heron, a knight of valor, arrived at North Shore, finding herself caught betwixt these bitter foes. janis, with cunning in her heart, sought to wield this knight against regina, to bring about her utter downfall. thus, cady entered regina's domain, befriending the queen bee, and slowly aiding janis in her scheme.
Alas, cady, unwittingly, transformed into the very image she despised, becoming regina herself. In time, regina was dethroned, discovering the treachery of the fattening chocolates. enraged, she unleashed a tempest, casting North Shore into chaos. maidens turned upon maidens,
Only the intervention of Masters Duvall and Norbury, with solemn pronouncements, brought a semblance of order. As apologies were offered, regina, with one final barb, mocked janis's affections, igniting her wrath. janis, with naught to lose, revealed all: the revenge plot, the pilfered cream, the desecrated garment, the treacherous sweets, the sundered bonds, the ruined name. "aye, I confess," she declared, "I harbor affections for thee!" with that, she leapt into the throng, cheered by all.
Regina, knowing all too well, stormed forth in fury, pursued by cady's feeble explanations. A quarrel erupted, and as regina prepared her final words, fate intervened! a metal steed struck her down! some whispered of cady's involvement. others rejoiced at the queen's demise.
Yet regina survived, albeit briefly deceased. adorned with a neck brace, she recovered. cady, shunned by all, embraced responsibility, and slowly, her virtue restored her to favor.
Peace returned to the maiden's realm, and regina, with janis, found solace in embrace, a happy ending at last.
