Ok SO first chapter is explaining this AU because its a bit confusing and bit you understand the book would be really confusing and boring INCLUDING characters backstory and stuff like that
Krow (Ik she goes by Varona but this is her character so its still gonna be Krow)
Pronouns: it/its
Krow was raised in a cult with its parents as the rulers. It was made the ruler of the underground cult when they were only 6 and forced to become a cannibal . When it was 14 it escaped through a cave system and found Soup, its best friend, there too before the cave collapsed on them and they were trapped. They were stuck there for a whole year and it got to a point were Krow ate its own arm off until one day Red found them. They lived Clearing B until it was destroyed by the monsters of the maze, everyone was killed but Krow. Krow ran. It passed out in the woods and woke up in The Maze. Begin story.
Owen
Pronouns: he/him
Owen has no log of his childhood. All we know is he has a tendency to attach himself to ideas or thoughts. He entered The Maze basically the same was Krow did. He was out hunting, got tired and set up a tent in the woods. He went to sleep and woke up in The Maze.
Apo
Pronouns: he/they
Apo also has no log of his childhood but he has extreme trust issues. Trust issues at a young age usually stem from some sort of trauma. He was attacked in the battle of Clearing B and when he woke up he was in The Maze.
