At first I thought it would be really neat to see a somewhat angsty deep-sea version of Lugia inspired by Alexandre Cabanel's The Fallen Angel. Then I realized it meant that I needed to doodle Lugia with Absolute Yaoi Hands, which made me want to do it even more. I hope you enjoy <3
