Merlin: Oh! Good timing sorcerer!! I'm afraid I'm in quite the bind! I seem to have run into an ambush in a graveyard! But don't worry! Jack Skellington should he able to guide you in my absence! Good luck!
(Halloweentown, in Jack's tower, Zero is barking while Jack is trying to study magic)
Jack: I know Zero. Time is of the essence right now. Oh! Good! Thank All Hallows eve your here. Things haven't been going so well in Halloweentown…not since that blue ghost appeared.
(The picture frames in Jack's home begin to show what happened. One of Oogie Boogie's bugs is talking with a small blue flame.)
Hades: Oogie Boogie. I have a little proposition for you. You help me take over this “charming” little town, and find me Merlin's crystal of the Magic Kingdom, and You'll be the new king of Halloween.
(Oogie is then seen cackling in his lair, as he's now one big bag again, as he finds Lock, Shock and Barrel.)
Guess what boys! I'm BACK! And we're gonna have a little fun. I want you 3 to find this little trinket that the fire ghost wants…but we're not giving it up just yet. I'm getting back at EVERYONE in town and finding that crystal…
(The 3 troublemakers cackle as they run to Dr Finklestein's lab, and steal a few sleeping potions and some fog juice.)
Jack: even Tricks can go too far, and this is FARTHER than far. You have to stop Oogie!
Merlin: Goodness me! Jack is right! You must stop Oogie Boogie from placing everyone in a endless sleep, in order for find the crystal!
(Portal 2:)
Jack: Oh no! It looks like those 3 trick or treaters already are up to no good!
(Barrel is holding up Lock, who is holding up Shock who is now pouring in another sleeping potion into a fountain.)
Lock: Could you hurry up? My arms are getting tired!
Shock: Pipe down! I'm the one doing all the hard work! You heard what Oogie said! EVERYONE needs to be asleep so we can start searching!
(Barrel then notices the player)
Barrel: We've got trouble! Sorcerer trouble!
(Lock and Shock then turn to see the player.)
Well then…TRICK OR TREAT!
(Shock throws the bottle at the player, starting the battle)
(After the battle, all 3 kids fall into the sleeping potion laced fountain)
Shock: (Yawn) Lucky Shot…
Lock: This…(Yawn) Isn't Over…
Barrel: You can't…(Yawn…) Stop Oogie…
(All 3 then fall asleep)
Jack: Well done! But I'm afraid that those 3 are right. They already slipped the sleeping fog into the water!
Jack: But that doesn't mean it's too late! We can still warn everyone! Go to this portal, and I'll meet you there!
Portal 3:
Jack: Oh No! Everyone Is already falling asleep! We must get to the town square before it's too late!
(Many of the Halloweentown folks are fighting to keep their eyes open. The Mayor's worried face is struggling to stay awake.)
Mayor: (Yawn) Now…we must not sleep yet! We still have…how many days do we have left until Halloween? And Jack said that we needed to (Yawn) Find something…something…important…
(All of Halloweentown is now asleep as Oogie cackles from the moon)
Oogie: That's it…Go to sleep…and when you wake. I'LL be your new KING.
(Oogie's shadow turns into bats as it focuses on the sleeping folks of Halloweentown again)
Jack: We can't let Oogie take over! We have to find a way to wake everyone up!
Merlin: Jack is right sorcerer! Use the Sorcerers Crest! The symbol found on the back of your spell cards! Hurry!
(The Crest is used, as a spell is cast, causing the fountain that was releasing the fog to revert back to water and everyone wakes up. The Mayor's face spins to his happy face.)
Mayor: (Yawn) Now! Next order of business! Finding this thing for Jack! This will probably be what makes out Halloween EXTRA terrifying!
Jack: Marvelous work! Now that the town's awake, they can find the Crystal while we go search for Oogie! Now go and find this portal, I'll meet you there!
Portal 4:
Jack: Oogie just doesn't seem to learn his lesson! Not only did he put Sally into a cursed sleep. But she kidnapped her as well! We've got to save her!
(Reveals Oogie tying a sleeping Sally up and throwing her into a cage, that's above a boiling pot)
Oogie: Not only am I going to get payback at that bag of bones, but I'll also get a pretty little queen while I'm at it! That is if I don't get hungry!
(The cage is lowered behind Oogie, just as he noticed the player)
Oogie: Well well well…what have we here…
(Throws some dice that turn out to be bombs at the player)
(After the battle, Oogie now has a small tear in him.)
Oogie :Grr…You think this is over?! Keep the rag doll! I already have what I need to rule Halloween!
(He runs off as Zero and the skeleton Reindeer are carrying the cage that Sally is in)
Jack: Good boy Zero! You managed to rescue Sally! But we still need to stop Oogie! Luckily, Zero has Oogie's scent still. Follow him, and I'll join you soon!
(Final Battle Portal)
Jack: That fiend! Oogie found that Crystal before we did! But I don't think Oogie will keep his word…in fact, there's no telling what he'll do!
(Oogie, now holding the crystal cackles as he holds it in the moonlight. He begins to swell and grow larger, as he is enveloped in darkness)
Oogie: Not even the fearsome Pumpkin King of Halloween can stop me now! I'M the new King of Halloween! And no one is gonna take me down!!
(Sees the player)
Oogie: And I mean NOBODY! NOT EVEN YOU!!
( Let's loose some bats and bugs at the player)
(Once he's defeated once, he's brought down to solid form, But he's Still big, and the tear gets bigger)
Oogie: URRRGH…YOU THINK THIS IS OVER?!?!
(Zero gives a bark as he opens the tear even more, making Oogie distracted to make him drop the crystal, letting Zero swoop in and grab it)
Jack: Good boy Zero! Now hurry! Finish him off! The fate of all Halloween depends on it!
(Oogie's defeat)
(Oogie's burlap sack is destroyed as all of his bugs turn to dust)
Oogie: NO!! MY BUGS!! My Bugs…my bugs…
Jack: YES! You did it! Halloweentown is saved!
(Hades Ghoul form comes back, as he overlooks the remains of Oogie)
Hades: And THIS is what I get for putting my faith in a bag of bugs! Next time, recruit someone who DOESN'T reek of pest control.
(Final scene)
(Zero gives a happy loop as Jack holds the crystal. Merlin is also there)
Jack: This is quite the Halloween treat! Well done Sorcerer!
Merlin: However, Hades still has other minions who are doing his bidding! We could use your help again!
