Some said that Caleb is the school’s perfect basketball prince.
Some said that Caleb is a heartbreaker, always returning all the lunchboxes beautiful girls gave him with hopes of a recruited love.
Some said there's always a hair tie with an apple charm on his wrist, it deters some of his fans to approach him. This brought smile to pipsqueak's face.
Some said he is always going home with the quiet girl from two grades below them.
Some said he is a charmer, some called him the teachers’ pet.
Some said his grades never suffer. Yet they never know how much Caleb put his efforts, sweats and tears into anything he does.
Some girls said that his obsession with his sister is creepy, but some hardcore fans are even more obsessed than ever, wanting to be in his sister’s position of being fawned upon by the most eligible bachelor in the school.
Some girls from his year said it's her fault that he is unavailable, that his bratty ‘pipsqueak’ is ruining his life and chances of dating, and she just needs to back off.
Some quiet whispers said that Caleb is a monster. Threatening his peers to give her a wide berth with promises of pain.
Her friends said he is caring, handsome, his cooking is great, but isn't she tired of being dictated what to eat and what to do? Even to wear?
But the aforementioned Pipsqueak would always say,
“Caleb is Caleb. If you don't understand him, that's your problem. Now, step aside. He's waiting for me.”
She would walk straight into Caleb's open arms, as he kept her in a bubble of blissful ignorance, keeping her spoiled as he kept her depending on him for every single choices she has on her life.
