My face is famous all because of Dad
Who films my day as though it were the news;
A normal life would make me very glad.
He chases sponsors, follows ev’ry fad,
And treats me like a prop that he can use;
My face is famous all because of Dad.
He often talks as though he’s in an ad
And makes me show my feet in ugly shoes;
A normal life would make me very glad.
He never seems to hear me say “that’s bad”
Or “Dad, please stop” (these are not subtle cues);
My face is famous all because of Dad.
His sponsors paid for ev’ry meal I’ve had –
I’m sick of oats, but what else can I choose?
A normal life would make me very glad.
He doesn’t seem to notice that I’m sad,
He only notices what brings him views -
