Goku:'coughs'
Yamcha:'Looking at the thermometer’ Yup, you have a cold for sure.
Goku: B-but how? I was fine yesterday.
Yamcha: That was before you decided to train last night in the rain, I warned you this was going to make you sick.
Goku:'sneezes'
Yamcha: Get some rest, you're going to need it because you need time to heal, and don't even try to say that you're feeling better right now because you aren't, i'm going to make you some soup and you are going to stay in this bed, but if you disobey the orders I will have no choice, but to tell everyone and someone's going to have to babysit you.
Goku: But I'm not a little kid! Come on Yamcha, you can't do this to me!
Yamcha: You know I can tell Chichi about the real reason why you got sick, right? She warned you about going outside and you didn't listen to me.
Goku: I remember that, mostly because when you found out that I was outside in the rain, you scolded me.
Yamcha: It was for your own good.
Goku:'pouts and crosses his arms'
Yamcha: Goku, I'm doing this to help you.
Goku: I know......
Yamcha: Stay here, I'm going to make some soup for you.
Goku: Okay.......
Yamcha leaves the room, and after a few minutes, Goku opens the window and climbs out of it like a thief escaping a house.
Goku: There's no way I'm sitting here and doing nothing.
He tries to fly but flops onto the ground and groans from pain.
Goku: Ow.....note to self, I can't fly when i'm like this.
He freezes when he hears voices and hides in a nearby push, he peeks his head out a bit to listen to the conversation.
Vegeta: So, Kakarot is sick?
Yamcha: Yeah, he was training in the rain and got a cold because of it.
Vegeta: He needs to take better care of himself, this is why I train inside when I have the chance, especially when it's raining, besides, the woman would get angry at me and not allow me to get into bed if I was soaking wet.
Yamcha:‘nods in empathy’That sounds like something Bulma would do and say.
Goku:'thinks'Bulma did say Vegeta smells like a wet dog from time to time.
Vegeta: I'm going to check up on Kakarot to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid, I don't need anyone yelling at me for letting him escape.
Goku waits until Yamcha and Vegeta go inside, then he runs off, which was not a good idea for him considering that he was getting dizzy.
Goku: Note to self, don't run while you're sick because it doesn't feel good.
He gets to a nice and empty field.
Goku: This is a very nice place......I should go outside more often because this is a very nice place, I don't feel stressed and I'm all alone here, I don't always like being alone but it's nice to just have some me time every once in a while.
He snuggles very close to the grass as he slowly closes his eyes.
Man: Intruder!
Goku sits up and sees a sheep nearby.
Goku: Hi sheep.
Sheep: Baa.
Goku:'looks at the man' Sorry, i didn't realize that-
He freezes when he feels pain in his chest.
Goku: H-huh.......
He touches his chest and realizes it's bleeding.
Man: O-oh shit......oh shit I just shot someone! Oh shit! I'm gonna go to jail for life!
Goku: S-sorry......f-for going o-on y-y-y-our fa-farm......
Then he falls to the ground, blood staining the grass.
Goku: I have low ki.......I-I’m going to die from blood loss, aren't i?......It feels so weird to die a slow death.
He looked at the sky as tears fell down his face, his vision was becoming more and more blurry by the minute, he didn't know what to do in this situation.
Chichi: GOKU!
Goku:'looks up and sees Chichi running towards him'
Chichi: Oh my god, Goku!
Goku: I must be going to heaven right now because I see an angel in front of me, the light is getting so bright, it's so beautiful like the angel in front of me.
Chichi: You would never say that in your right mind! The blood loss is making you go insane!
Goku: But you are beautiful'coughs as some blood escapes from his mouth'
Vegeta: The cold must be making him delusional.
Chichi: We can tell!
Yamcha: That's enough fighting! This isn't helping us at all!
Chichi: You’re right, we need to get him back home so we can treat his wounds! Who knows how much longer he has left!
Later….
Goku:'stirs, he opens his eyes and after a few minutes of adjusting to the light, he is able to see Chichi, who had a concern look on her face’
Chichi: Goku, you're awake!
Goku: What happened? Why do I feel so sore? And why does everything hurt?
Chichi: You were shot!
Goku: W-what?
Chichi: You were shot because you had a low ki, which was why the bullet managed to damage you, you were bleeding out and if we didn't get there in time, you would have died.
Goku: I'm sorry I worried you, I just didn't want to be stuck inside, but I promise for now on, I will stay inside whenever I get sick.
Yamcha: You better.
Goku turns pale and turns to see an angry Yamcha looking at him, he even had his arms crossed so you can tell he was really angry.
Goku: Hi Yamcha........
Yamcha:'Hugs him'I was so worried about you.
Goku: I'm sorry.
Yamcha:'strokes his hair'I thought I lost you again, I didn't know what to do.
Goku:'whimpers and tears up'
Yamcha:'gently wipes his tears away'
Goku: I'm sorry yamcha.....I didn't mean to put myself in danger, I just wanted to go outside for a while, I didn't like being sick at all, but I promise that I was going to stay away from the bees, at least I remember that part.
Yamcha: That's because you don't want to use your EpiPen.
Goku: And that's because I don't like needles and you know it.
Vegeta: I'm pretty sure we all know that.
Goku: When did you get here?!
Vegeta: I was here the whole time, I just didn't say anything until now.
Goku: Sometimes I forget you don't always open your big mouth.
Yamcha: And it's time for you to go back to bed before you end up with broken bones because of Vegeta, and I don't want goku to get more injured because he was already shot and almost bled out near the sheep.
Goku: Chichi can always gag me, she does it when we have special time.
Chichi:'face turns red'
Vegeta: And that's my que to leave before I hear stuff that I'm not supposed to hear.
He leaves as goku pouts and crosses his arms.
Yamcha:'hugging goku'Go to bed, you need to get plenty of rest.
Goku: Ok......can i have my curious george book with me?
Yamcha:‘laughs’Hahahahahaha’serious face’no, I am not starting that addiction again.
Goku:'pouts'come on yamcha! please! pretty please!'uses the puppy eyes'
Chichi:'shakes her head but smiles, she was just glad that Goku was ok'
She kisses Goku’s forehead gently and smiles.
Chichi: I love you Goku.
Goku: I love you too Chichi.
