Work Text:
At the end of the school day, you helped Mrs Pomp clean up her class, she often teaches the younger grades so the class tended to be more of a mess that she could handle.
“Thanks for all your help” She tells you, adjusting the papers on her desk, “You’re free to go, I’ll handle the rest from here”
“Really? Are you sure?” You asked her as you placed the last chair away.
“Of course! Please, you earned it” She waves you off.
You take up on her offer and bid her a good rest of her evening before then heading out of that blue door entering the hallway, you’ll need to grab your bag from the teacher’s lounge. Walking down the hall after school was always a bit strange to you, it felt eerie not hearing the chimes and chatters of the students, right now it was just you and the sounds of your shoes echoing into the halls.
Passing by some classrooms without much thought, you only stopped when you noticed one of the classroom’s doors open. Curiosity got the better of you, possibly assume that Sweepers might be in there, you take a peek, gently knocking on the door to not scare anyone in there.
It looked like a tiny up classroom but you soon spotted on of your fellow coworkers at the desk. From what you guessed Baldi stayed back to grade some of his student’s classwork and from working all day….promptly fell asleep at his desk.
He had one arm propped up to support his big bald head while the other hand still had his pen in his hands, marking student’s work though it stopped and had slipped out of his fingers.
You can’t help but chuckle a bit at the scene, would it be strange to call one of your co-workers cute? Cause that’s what you thought, even his cartoonishly snores were endearing to you Snoreeee mimimimimimimi….
Heading over to the classroom’s closet you pull out a simple small blanket and drape it over the math teacher’s shoulders, he did slump forward a bit, letting his head rest on the desk, thankfully not waking up, you also set aside his papers and desk items so he didn’t hurt himself during his little nap.
After all, a teacher like him needs his rest.
