Rose Matthews is ready to take the next step in her new life with Bucky. But first they have to save the world from Karli Morgenthau and the Flagsmashers while regaining Steve's shield from John Walker with help from Sam Wilson, the rightful successor of Steve as Captain America.

Not as easy as it seems when she has some loose ends of her own to take care of.
