Work Text:
Izuku Midoriya was in love with Katsuki Bakugou. To anyone who knew him, it wasn’t really that shocking. Ever since they were young, Izuku has adored Katsuki, constantly praised his achievements and saw anything Katsuki did as incredible and would forgive him as many times as Katsuki needed, because Izuku knew who Katsuki was. He may act indifferent and uncaring but he’s not. Izuku knows he holds guilt due to his past actions but they’re working past it, Katsuki apologised for everything and even though Izuku forgave him long ago, knowing that he truly felt remorse made his eyes well up. Izuku couldn’t imagine a life where he didn’t love Katsuki and that was the problem. Katsuki knows Izuku cares for him, admires him and would do anything for him (he won’t admit it yet, but he feels the same) but he doubts Izuku likes him. Admiration and love are different things, albeit similar. Katsuki Bakugou was in love with Izuku Midoriya and was prepared to work for it, he wasn’t going to just confess and be done with it, he was going to romance the nerd and treat him right.
---
A harsh knocking on her door made Ochako jump, she got out of bed as quickly as possible and rushed to the door, expecting Tsu, Mina or maybe even Iida but her guesses were all proven wrong in seconds as she heard yelling through the door.
“Oi, Round Face, what the fuck are you doing in there!?”
Ochako opened the door, confused but curious.
“Um, Bakugou? What are you doing here?”
She slightly tilted her head but greeted Katsuki nevertheless, watching as the boy in front of her progressively looked more annoyed. Huh, this was getting more and more interesting.
“You’re friends with Deku, aren’t you Pink Cheeks?”
“Yeah? I have been for the past year, how does that concern you?” Ochako looked at him puzzledly, squinting her eyes because maybe she can somehow figure out what he’s asking by doing so.
“Okay, fuck, I need your help with something and it’s private so can we not stand in the middle of this shitty hallway?” Katsuki snapped, yet his words had less bite to them than usual. Ochako grabbed his wrist and dragged him inside, closing the door behind them.
“Alright! So, you need my help and I’m guessing this all revolves around Izuku?”
Katsuki grunted affirmatively in response.
“So, what do you need my help with exactly? Is it to do with your crush on him because I can totally help you with that, Mina can as well! We’re basically love experts when we’re put together!” Ochako beamed at him, she was practically vibrating with excitement and her cheeks had a light pink to them due to the mention of a certain pink haired girl.
“How the hell did you know that? Fuck, I don’t want to involve those shitty extras just yet, it’s bad enough I had to ask you. Anyways, how am I supposed to convince Deku to go out with me?” Ochako blinked.
“That’s it?”
“Hah!? The fuck you mean ‘that’s it’!? This isn’t some simple thing, it needs a whole fucking lot of thought!”
“No, like, why would you even need to convince him? You could ask him to do anything for you at all and he would do it, no questions asked!”
“He’s been like that since we were young, doesn’t mean shit. I need to get him to like me, and I need to deserve him, and because of that I need you. You're his best friend, you know tons of useless shit about him that may not be completely useless, could any of it help me?” Ochako grinned, the fact that Katsuki wasn’t planning on confessing until he thought he’d done enough to deserve Izuku was the sweetest thing she’d ever witnessed.
Ochako grabbed his wrist again, dragging him out of her room and leading both of them to his instead.
“Okay, let’s get planning!”
1.
Ochako scavenges through Katsuki’s closet, looking for something good enough to make it seem like he isn’t trying too hard while also making Izuku swoon. She found nothing.
“For a kid with designers for parents, your style sure isn’t that fashionable.” Ochako clicked her tongue at him in annoyance, how was she supposed to help him woo Izuku with clothes like this?
“The fuck did you just say to me? It’s not my fault all my good clothes are at the hag’s house!”
“Bakugou, what am I supposed to do with clothes like these? All of them are so casual!” Ochako whined at the severe lack of fashionable clothes Katsuki had.
“I don’t fucking know, you’re supposed to be helping me! Think of something helpful, Round Face!” Suddenly, Ochako’s eyes widened, and you could practically see stars in her eyes. Katsuki gave her a mildly disturbed expression.
“We get to go shopping!” Ochako squealed while Katsuki gave her a blank stare.
“Fuck. No.”
“But why nooootttttt? How are you ever supposed to romance Izuku if we’re stuck with black shirts with skulls and gym shorts!” He hated to admit it, but she raised a fair point, the clothes he had at the dorm were shitty and there was no way they’d impress the nerd. In annoyance, he relented and gave in to Ochako’s pleas. She jumped around the room and grabbed onto his arm, practically shaking it until it would snap. He shook her off and scowled, but that did nothing to dampen her mood.
“Oooh, this is going to be so fun! We’re going to get so many cute clothes and you’re going to sweep Izuku off his feet!” The tips of his ears burned red as Ochako bounced around, until Katsuki noticed something in her sentence.
“Hold on, did you say ‘we’? Do you have someone you’re trying to impress too Pink Cheeks?” Katsuki smirked and watching the girl’s face go bright red. This just made this experience a lot more fun.
“Ahahaha... what are you talking about? Of course I don’t! It's just- um- clothes! I just love cute clothes no other underlying reason!” She unknowingly started to levitate, and God, Katsuki thought, she was as bad a liar as Deku was.
“Pink Cheeks, you aren’t foolin’ anyone, so why don’t you just tell me who it is and get down from the fucking ceiling.” Ochako ceased her muttering and dropped back down to the ground, still a bright pink hue on her face.
“C’mon I’ve been so obvious about it, you should know! I’ll let you think it over as we go shop! But first,” Ochako grabbed her phone out and sent a text to Katsuki, just to make sure that contact wasn’t a problem.
[Uravity]: HI!!
[King Explosion Murder]: Fuck off.
Ochako tsked, “So aggressive...” she mumbled. Her and Katsuki split up for 5 minutes to get ready, but within seconds, Ochako had her hair tied up into a ponytail, grabbed money and changed outfits. Katsuki grabbed money and shoved it in his pocket, meeting Ochako in the common room. Izuku sat on the corner of the couch with a tea, drinking it slowly as he rewatched an interview about All Might. When he looked up, he saw his two best friends talking, Ochako had grabbed Katsuki’s arm and she was dragging him out the door. He tried and failed to ignore the twinge in his heart when he saw Katsuki hadn’t pushed her off.
Once they arrived at the mall, they devised a plan. Five different clothing stores and they had an hour, they decided against splitting off because Ochako ‘wouldn’t be able to protect the class from his taste in clothes’ and needed to verify each outfit he wanted. The first three stores were unsuccessful and as Katsuki wasn’t used to shopping, he let out an annoyed grunt, how had it only been half an hour? Reaching the fourth store, Katsuki had zero bags while Ochako had two and they waltzed in, scanning all the clothing racks for anything suitable. Ochako’s eyes landed on a red button down and immediately grabbed it, forcing Katsuki into the changing room despite numerous protests, swearing and explosions about to burst from his hands. Minutes later, Katsuki stepped out of the changing room and Ochako’s eyes lit up. That was the one! They also grabbed a pair of dark blue jeans to match and Katsuki’s shopping for himself was done. And if Ochako managed to get distracted enough in a store for Katsuki to sneak away and find something All Might themed for Izuku then that was just for him to know. Until she found out at least.
Both of them changed outfits before entering the dorms, coming back into the common room and seeing Izuku still there watching a show. When Izuku looked up and saw Katsuki, his face may or may not have turned bright red and maybe he struggled to form a coherent sentence when he talked to him. And if he basically tackled Katsuki to the ground because of the All Might plush he was given, spouting ‘thank you, Kacchan!’ multiple times for a solid two minutes while they lay on the ground, nobody had to know. Except Ochako, who had a slight smirk on her face staring at the interaction. She'd call this attempt a success.
2.
Ochako had stayed up way past her normal bedtime and she was dead tired. And what would be the reason for this? Katsuki fucking Bakugou. He sleeps at 8pm but when it comes to Izuku, that rule is long forgotten. He'd kept Ochako up until 1 in the morning going on rants and the only reason they even managed to sleep at 1 is because Ochako fell asleep on the phone, Katsuki realizing the time from hearing her soft snores, whispering a ‘shit!’, hanging up and going to bed.
Now it was the next morning and the both of them were practically dead weight in class, they almost looked as tired as Aizawa. Before class, Izuku tried asking Ochako if she was alright, but she brushed him off while Iida went on a lecture about the importance of sleep as Shouto nodded in agreement. Katsuki put earbuds in his ears and kept his legs on the table, keeping people away because they knew he wouldn’t answer them. As lunch came around, the Bakusquad and Dekusquad (neither Izuku or Katsuki agreed to those names or have any idea where they came from and there was a fair bit of yelling on Katsuki’s part) had moved their tables together, a relatively recent development. As all of them sat at the table, Ochako sat between Katsuki and Izuku and glared at Katsuki, as if she was silently yelling at him. Wordlessly, they all began to eat, and mindless conversation started and that kept everyone busy enough to not notice Ochako’s posture slumping and her movements become slow. Suddenly, Ochako’s head was on Katsuki’s shoulder and the entire tables movement stilled. They braced themselves for yelling and shoving but nothing came.
“The fuck? Keep eating you fuckin’ extras, nothing to see.” Katsuki stated plainly, continuing to eat his lunch. Everyone started to whisper in shock because somehow Ochako had pacified the most explosive (literally) person ever. Izuku though, was dead silent and seemed to be staring daggers into the table but no one payed him any mind except Katsuki.
“Oi Nerd, you alright?” Izuku thought he must be imagining the hint of worry in his voice.
“Oh, Kacchan! I’m fine just a bit... tired, I don’t think I got enough sleep last night. I'm going to head up to the dorms for a while to relax, okay? Have fun everyone!” He shot them all a bright smile, placing his tray on the counter and leaving. Reaching the elevators, he breathed a sigh of relief. He hated feeling like this, especially since Ochako was his best friend but the fact she got so close to Kacchan so quickly upset him. Katsuki was always so abrasive to everyone but suddenly Ochako was let into his life so... so easily. He didn’t know exactly how that made him feel but it felt like his stomach was going to fall out of his body. As the elevator let out a ‘ding!’ he made his way into his room and fell onto his bed face-first into his pillow, and if he let out a scream that was muffled into the pillow, no one had to know.
3.
Class 2-A began to get invested in finding out small details about the apparently new best friends. At every second, Katsuki and Ochako would be near each other, whether it was hanging out with each other's friend groups, before class or even after everyone had gone to the dorms after school had ended, it was almost as if they couldn’t be away from each other. The only time they would be apart was when Katsuki would have his weekly sparring matches with Izuku on Friday, both boy’s favourite time of the week. It would be a few hours of banter and competitiveness, both of them lacking the ability to back down from a fight, so the matches would go on until they struggled to stand. It was almost like they were in their own world. Until she came to a match with them. She supportively cheered from the sidelines, knocking them off their game sometimes, but overall, not too bothersome. Izuku would briefly shoot her small smiles and Katsuki would scowl at her but she payed no mind, beaming back at the both of them. Hours passed and before they knew it, it was night and neither of them could move without feeling their muscles ache. Ochako ran over to the two of them, giving Izuku a massive hug and congratulating him before turning to Katsuki and jumping up and down, hands on his shoulders. He shrugged her off and ruffled her hair and Izuku felt pain in his chest for what felt like the hundred time but brushed it off again.
“You both did so good! I've seen you guys fight in class training sessions but it’s nothing compared to here!” Izuku smiled at her again, feelings of jealousy dispersing. His only emotions right now were adoration for his best friend, he really needed to spend more time with her.
“So, we’re still on for next week, right nerd?” Katsuki’s chest heaved from exhaustion, and it made Izuku’s mind go blank as he failed to form a coherent sentence.
“I- uh- of course! Why wouldn’t we be? We do this every week and it’s good training and we need the training to be a hero...” Izuku went into a mutter and started saying everything that came to his head until he felt a hand hit his head. He’d been too caught up with his own thoughts again.
“Oh, sorry Kacchan! I didn’t notice I was doing it again.”
“Tch, ‘s fine, I like hearing you talk anyway.” The tips of his ears went red as he said it and Izuku was progressively getting redder as Ochako watched the interaction amusedly.
“Anyway, uh, I need to get changed so I'll see you later?” Izuku’s mind had a thousand thoughts running through them but none of them were helping him say anything that didn’t sound stupid.
Katsuki just snorted at his awkwardness, “Sure ’Zuku, later.”
Izuku watched Katsuki walk off, feeling content but didn’t look away before he saw Ochako grab his shoulder, saying that Katsuki can’t just be leaving without her, not as quiet as she thought it would be, sheepishly turning back to Izuku and smiling as her and Katsuki left the arena. Izuku ignored the way his heart twinged for the second time in a night.
4.
A few days had passed since that had happened and Izuku was starting to get more frustrated by the minute. He was sat in the common room with most of his class, everyone engaging in mindless chatter or relaxing from today’s hero training with All Might, but Izuku couldn’t focus on anything but his best friends, leading to him tuning everyone out. He didn’t want to feel like this, he loved Ochako, she was his best friend, but he couldn’t handle the fact she got what he wanted so easily and didn’t even have to try. It had taken years for Izuku and Katsuki to get to the point they’re at now, but it seemed as though Katsuki and Ochako were closer than them in the mere few weeks they’d spent together.
He sighed lightly, opting to find the remote and put on an old All Might movie for a while before hearing the loud steps and excited prattle that could come from none other than the people he was not up to seeing right now. But his body couldn’t listen to his head, so he turned to look at the two of them against his better judgement, the feelings of jealousy only returning tenfold. Katsuki's hand was in Ochako's hair, tying it up from the back while she gushed about something probably involving her quirk. Nobody else paid them any mind and Izuku moved to resume his search for the remote until the unbelievable happened.
“Jesus christ, ‘Chaco, you have a shit ton of layers in your hair, you need to cut them, your hairs getting everywhere.” Katsuki said, trying and failing repeatedly to tie her hair into a simple ponytail.
The room went so silent you could hear a pin drop, everyone gaping at them as if the world had flipped on its head.
“The fuck you extras looking at?” he questioned with a hint of pride in his tone, having finally gotten all of Ochako’s hair in one place. Izuku remained frozen on the couch as everyone screamed in shock and asked questions to the two at rapid paces. He wished he could feel as in shock about this situation as everyone else but rather he just felt uncomfortable. It took Katsuki months after his apology to start saying Izuku with ease, yet he was nicknaming Ochako whilst on first name basis before a month of their friendship was up.
He felt his eyes begin to water and he silently cursed himself for being so sensitive, slipping outside of the room amidst the chaos and barely making it back to his dorm before letting himself cry. God, he hated jealousy.
--
By the next day, Izuku decided it was fine, ‘they’re friends after all and Kacchan nicknames everyone’ was a mantra he repeated to himself for hours on end until he kind-of believed it. Walking into class, everything seemed normal. Ochako was sitting with the girls, arm looped in Mina’s while Katsuki was sitting at his desk with his legs on the table, Eijirou and Denki excitedly talking to him about something. Izuku smiled, heading over to Iida and Shouto and sitting in the empty seat. They talked for a bit until Izuku saw Ochako head over to Katuski and start whispering in his ear about something. The explosions in his palms crackled and his ears turned red.
“Fuck no, I’m not doing any of that shit.”
“Aww but Kats, come on! It'll be so cute!”
The two continued to playfully argue and everyone had resumed whatever they were talking about, but Izuku was completely frozen. ‘Ochako gave him a nickname and Kacchan let her’ replaced his original mantra and he felt grateful today was quirk training. He really needed to punch something.
5.
The class was sat around the large table, waiting impatiently for food. It was a rotated schedule of who cooks when and it just so happened to be that today was Katsuki’s day to cook. He was in the kitchen making two batches of curry, one spicy and one non-spicy because apparently he’s sick of everyone complaining that their mouths are on fire from a few chillis. Today, Izuku was with him in the kitchen, sitting on the bench (and getting yelled at to get off because it’s unhygienic) and watching him cook. The two of them were bantering over useless things and planning for their next sparring session.
Once the food had been cooked, everyone had been praising his food and sending him their gratitude for making something not so spicy for what they think is his first time ever. They don’t have to know Katsuki makes everything non-spicy for Izuku, it’s between them.
Ochako was eating next to Tsu and Mina, who she seemed to be getting closer to nowadays. She whispered something into Mina’s ear whose eyes widened, and she grinned, whispering back something with excitement. Izuku was sat next to Katsuki and Shouto and eating happily.
“It tastes amazing, Kacchan!” Izuku chirped, mouth full of food.
“Damn right, I’m the best.” Katsuki said with a smirk to which Izuku nodded, resulting in Katsuki receiving a knowing glance from Ochako. A few minutes later Izuku had gotten caught up into a conversation with Shouto without realizing almost everyone had finished their meals.
“Whew, that was good. I’m finished though, so I’m going to head up to my room, Kats, you coming?” Ochako said cheerily. He grunted at her in affirmation, clearing his dishes into the sink and following behind her. The class had basically decided the two were dating by now from their attitudes towards each other and the thought of it made Izuku’s heart ache, but the evidence was overwhelming, there was no other reason for their behaviour. They did just go to Ochako’s room to do who knows what, Izuku was just glad he didn’t have to see it here because he didn’t think he could take it.
(Meanwhile, in Ochako’s room, the two were having a very excited conversation about him.
“You think he liked it, right? After I made all that bland shit for everyone?”
“He said you were amazing, obviously it worked!”
“You’re sure?”
“Of course I'm sure, all of this is working! Just ask him out soon, it’s been weeks Kats!”
“You can’t say shit since you haven’t even told me who you like.”
“I told you to guess and you didn’t, it’s your own fault really.”
“Fuck off.”
“If I did you wouldn’t have anyone to talk to about Izuku.”
Ochako levitated off the bed as soon as she heard sparks.)
+1
Over the next week, Katsuki was beginning to see less and less of Izuku, and he didn’t know why. Every time he tried to spend time with him, he was with Shouto and it was beginning to get on Katsuki’s last nerve. When Friday rolled around, he was just excited to finally be able to spend time with Izuku. Until he blew him off, that was. They had never missed a sparring match, not for anything, but for some reason Izuku had messaged him that he ‘can’t come’ which Katsuki immediately called bullshit on, leaving the training room in search of Izuku. He heard two voices in the common room, luckily it was late at night meaning it was empty. What wasn’t lucky was that one of those voices belonged to Shouto. Fucking IcyHot taking Izuku’s attention from Katsuki all the time now.
“I just don’t know what to do, Shou!”
“Midoriya, it’ll be okay. I’m sure they don’t mean anything by it, especially if it’s upsetting you like this.” Katsuki tensed, whoever was upsetting Izuku wasn’t going to get away with it unscathed.
“I know that and that’s why it hurts, they’re my friends, I don’t want to feel like this every time they’re together. I feel so selfish.” Katsuki watched as Shouto put a hand on Izuku’s shoulder and it took everything in him to restrain himself and not drag him away immediately.
“You aren’t a bad person for feeling selfish, everyone is selfish, it’s human. You can want more from him.” He said comfortingly as he saw the glistening of tears in Izuku’s eyes and Shouto let him lean into him.
“It’s just- how come she was let in so easily? I’ve tried so hard for years.” Izuku says with insecurity prevalent in his voice.
“Bakugou doesn’t make sense to anyone, it’s not your fault.” Katsuki froze and his eyes widened at the realisation that he was the subject of this conversation, he had made Izuku upset again. After he was trying so hard to be better. Shaking off his nerves, he strolled in briskly and did his best to ignore how Shouto’s hand was still lingering on Izuku’s shoulder.
“Oi, Half-n-Half, out.”
Shouto shot Izuku a brief look as if to ask ‘is this okay?’ before he left and Izuku just nodded and hoped Katsuki hadn’t seen any of what had just happened.
“Hey Kacchan, do you need something?” Izuku asked apprehensively.
“Yeah, I want to know what’s going on between you and Icyhot that involves me.” Katsuki stated directly, making Izuku panic silently. He wasn’t a very good liar so if he lied to Katsuki, it would be obvious and just annoy him. But if he told him the truth it could ruin their friendship, the one they’d spent so long developing, it was a lose-lose situation, so he went with neither option.
“It’s nothing you have to worry about, Kacchan, Shouto was just talking to me about something you said earlier, it’s really not important.”
“Mhm, if it wasn’t important then why were you upset?” Katsuki questioned, mouth curving into a frown.
“It’s unrelated, you don’t have to worry about it. You should go find your friends, I'm sure they’re waiting for you somewhere.” Izuku says, trying to divert Katsuki’s attention and end whatever conversation this is between them.
“You’re a bad liar, Izuku, always have been. Just tell me the truth so I can stop doing whatever I'm doing that’s making you upset, I've been trying to be better, I really have.” He says, almost pleadingly. Katsuki’s whole friendship with Ochako was based around Izuku and having Katsuki deserve his affection, but it seemed that she was wrong, and he wasn’t better, he was still upsetting Izuku and now he didn’t even know why.
“Kacchan, you didn’t do anything wrong! I know you’re trying, I can tell, I can see you growing as a person and I knew you could better yourself, I always have. I've admired you since we were kids, and I can see you becoming the hero you were born to be. So, believe me, it’s not your fault, it’s just a me thing. I'll get over it.”
Katsuki basically growled, “Get over what? You shouldn’t have to get over anything, just tell me! I heard some of you and Half-n-Half's conversation and I know you’re upset by something I did with someone. Who is it? Is it Shitty Hair? I can tell him to fuck off if he’s bothering you.”
“It’s not Kirishima, it’s not important at all! Just let it go.”
“Is it Dunce Face? Pinky? Tape Face? Pink Cheeks?” Katsuki began listing all the people who he was currently closest to and saw as Izuku scowled, albeit very subtle, when Katsuki mentioned Ochako.
“Holy shit, Round Face has done something to upset you? Isn’t she your best friend? And how does that involve me?” Katsuki was more confused than anything but still concerned about Izuku’s mood.
“You wouldn’t understand it.”
“Try me.” He said, challengingly.
“You and Ochako... have been very close recently. And a lot of the stuff you’ve done with her is stuff that took you years to do with me. And I just- I don’t know- I don’t mean to but I feel so jealous at the fact she got so close to you so easily when I had to spend so long chasing after you.” Izuku said, shying in on himself due to feeling uncomfortable by the confrontation. However, Katsuki was feeling an entirely different set of emotions.
Izuku had basically said he hated the idea of Katsuki being close with someone who’s not him. He would call that a sign that Izuku likes him, right? And everything else he said, how he’s upset at Ochako for being able to do things that took him so much longer, all of those things happened because they bonded over him. Maybe this was his chance to confess, to get his head out of his ass like Ochako said.
“Okay, Izuku, I'm only gonna say this shit once so you better listen up, okay? Me and Round Cheeks are just friends, completely friends. The only reason we even got close is... because of you.” Katsuki said, slightly quieting down at the end in embarrassment.
“Me? How did you two become friends because of me?”
“Fuck, okay. Izuku, I like you. I went to see Ochako a few weeks ago to try and get her to help me confess to you but we got closer the longer we hung out. But a lot of those times involved us discussing you. Specifically, me talking about you.” The two of them were becoming progressively redder as Katsuki finished his confession and Izuku was stuck on how to respond.
Kacchan, his childhood friend, his rival, his best friend, had just confessed to him. Holy shit. Without realizing, he had started muttering in shock and excitement, but the lack of response just stressed Katsuki out.
“Oi, Izuku, can you reject me and get it over with already?” He asked dismally, though he tried to keep his voice neutral.
Izuku snapped out of his trance, and jolted backwards, bewildered at the very notion he would reject him.
“What? No! Kacchan, I like you too!” Izuku exclaimed as Katsuki stared in disbelief.
“Me? You seriously still like me after all the shit I did to you?”
“Of course I do. It’s always been you. Who else could it be?”
“But why would you want me?” He questioned, vulnerability leaking into his tone without meaning to. However, Izuku responded seriously.
“After everything you’ve done, I still want you, with all I am. Why would I want anyone else?”
Time felt as if it had slowed as the two just stared at each other intently, both knowing exactly what they wanted to happen next. Katsuki, continuing to be bold today, spoke up first.
“Can I kiss you?”
“Please.”
The two moved closer together, stopping just before their lips brushed.
Izuku spoke first this time. “I’ve never done this before, I’m probably not going to be great at it.”
“Neither have I. We can figure it out together.”
The kiss was not like the movies, it was sort of stiff, and the angle was awkward but that didn’t matter because in the moment the only thing they could focus on was each other and this meant everything.
When the moment had ended, looks of love adorned their features as they stared at each other with affection.
“What are we?” Izuku implored.
“We’re whatever you want us to be.” Katsuki answered.
“So, is boyfriends okay?”
“More than okay.”
“We’re boyfriends then.” He said, smiling, and placed his hand on Katsuki’s, prepared for whatever the future held for them.
(And if a few hours later Izuku could hear Ochako scream in excitement from rooms away, he would just grin and go back to what he was doing.
After all, Katsuki was Izuku’s and Izuku was Katsuki’s.
…And if Izuku heard screaming a few days later when Katsuki found Ochako and Mina kissing in the common room, he would ignore that as well.)
