Chapter Text
It was a warm spring day and graduation was near.
Katarina Claes was busy working in her little farm in the mansion, enjoying her life before entering in the working world at the ministry of magic, when an earthquake hit the Claes estate catching everyone by surprise.
"Lady Katarina, are you allright?" Asked Anne.
"Thanks Anne, I'm fine." She replied.
"I will go inside and check if your brother, the lady and the lord are fine." Stated the maid.
A few minutes later...
"The masters are fine and the mansion doesn't seem to have recived significant damages. The cooks, gardeners, butlers and other maids are safe too and without injuries." Explained Anne.
The news of the earthquake soon reached her harem and in the following day everyone approched Katarina.
"Katarina sama, are you allright? Asked Mary.
"I'm fine, only a bit scared." She replied.
"My precious beloved, I'm glad nothing happened to you." Stated Geordo.
This statement made her blushing while remembering the two kisses they exchanged before. Geordo also recived murderous glances from the rest of the harem.
"I'm happy too, my beloved sister." Said Keith while staring at the prince with a challenging glance.
The other members of the harem also greeted Katarina and were happy that nothing serious happened.
"This is weird... The radious of the earthquake was too small and it also seems that a strange hole appeared in you garden." Said Geordo.
"My father has dispatched some members of the ministry of magic to investigate."
"Katarina sama, be careful! I sense a strong dark magic presence..." Stated a worried Maria.
"Stay away from the garden! I will have some guards forming a perimeter around the hole." Stated Duchess Milidiana after hearing the conversation.
"Don't do anything dangerous or I will scold you like I have never done before!" Shouted her mother.
If there is a thing that scared Bakarina more than being doomed by Fortune Lover's routes was that woman.
Meanwhile in another world the earthquake was also felt but it was so common in that country that nobody paid attention to it.
Only some children in a playground noticed a small hole under some rocks but the parents scolded them before they could do anything.
