A raven-haired kid, on a girl's skirt, was reading a fairytale book about dragons and princess in a cozy house that's likely near a forest, as they were reading the children book, Two male and female voices were heard.
"I've already had enough! We have a useless kid that likes all those girly skirts and makeups,
"Let him be hun.. Please.. He's just a child.. " a female voice said.
".. Fine. If he doesn't change sooner or later, I'll kick him out. " the male voice huffed.
The boy looked at the book sadly, He knew the male voice, which was his dad's voice, always going on with his likings being a girl.. Mom would just let him be, he doesn't wanna get kicked out..
The boy glances at the window to see a cat, that had a weird frosting of white while their eyes were red. As he is an curious kid, he abandoned his book and ran up to the window, checking the cat out.
"Wouhh! You look so cool Mrs. Cat! " he complimented the cat, The cat looked at the kid before going away.
"Come back Mrs. Cat! " He pouted before having an idea to follow the cat. He saw that it was still afternoon, so he'll come back before his parents knew it!
He then ran to his room to at least take some items, His hat, which what he is wearing. His favourite and travelling plushie, The white & blue dragon plushie.

He pushed a chair to the window, making a loud noise.
"What was that Fenix?! " His mom's voice asked loudly, Hearing that noise.
"N-nothing mom! I'm just getting something! A-and uh... I don't need help! " He answered, sweating, he doesn't really like lying, as he never tried before.
"Alright! Good luck on getting that something! " the mom said, Going back to where she was doing.
Fenix sighs in relief, Running up to the door and closing it slowly, he then turned back to the chair, the said item was already near the window. He then went to it, Going to the window and opening it.
He holded his plushie before going outside the house, using the window.
He fell in the bushes "Oof! " he groans and exiting the bush, his skirt was dirty already.. And the plushie was also a bit dirty. He pouted when he looked at his skirt and his plushie.
"Awh.. I liked this dress.. " he then noticed that the same cat was watching him, not that very far of where he was.
"Hey Mrs Cat! Come back! " fenix shouted for the cat, Who was now running to the woods.
"Uh oh.. Dad said there are dangerous animals there! Mrs. Cat Come back! " He ran to follow the cat, holding his plushie tighter so that it won't fall.
The cat ran and ran to the woods, While Fenix followed. They ran to reindeers, foxes that almost bit Fenix. And there, The cat was going to a strange cave and Fenix paused following
"Why is she going inside a cave? " he questioned himself, he feels fear and thinking that he might get lost.. He turns his head to look at his surroundings, Nothing suspicious but it's still s cave. He takes deep breathes, trying to calm himself, closing his eyes. When he opened his eyes, He saw Mrs Cat, Near him. It tilted its head, so did he.
Mrs. Cat turned around, gesturing Fenix to grab it's tail and follow it. Fenix was a bit cautious before doing it so. Mrs Cat then walked deeper in the cave, It's eyes we're a bit glowing that its creepy. The white frosting in it's body was used as an flashlight for Fenix, whose very surprised.
"That's very cool, Mrs cat! How did you do this? " he asks, he's amazed with the cat.
The cat hadn't said anything. Just leading him somewhere in the cave..
The deeper they went, More markings and odd ancient texts were seen. But it doesn't seem Fenix is confused with those words.
He was looking at his surroundings as he holds the tail and his plushie.
"Believe what you shall believe, come in this cave if you once want to prove it.?" He tilts his head as he is confused, the cat turned to look at him, surprised for what he said. "What? What Is it?? "
The cat stopped walking and he almost stepped on the cat. Making Mrs Cat hiss at him.
"Sorry Mrs Cat.. I didn't mean to.. " he apologized to the cat, letting go of his hold.
The cat then looked something that's in front of them, Fenix was confused but looks at where Mrs Cat was looking..
It was a big circle door, that haves an odd Dragon circling with an phoenix, runes around it and the middle having almost a odd shape that it looks like theres supposed to be an item there.
The cat was shaking weirdly, And Fenix was worried.. But the cat's body was turning into something.. Fenix took a step back, having a questioning look and scared.
The cat's body slowly turned white and wings came out and weird glowing luminescences appears as Mrs Cat transformed into a Winged creature.
"M-Mrs Cat?... " Fenix watched as Mrs cat turns to look at him.
"I am no cat, kiddo. " the cat said, Fenix was confused on that. Because Mrs Cat looks like a cat..
Mrs Cat sighs and added: "I am a shape-shifter. And if your asking why I made you be here, well.. Just wait. "
"Okay... Wait. How can you talk? " Fenix asks, sitting in the floor, in a Chinese sitting pose.
"Shape-shifter? I thought you already know about us." Mrs cat said, Having a confused look.
"Oh.. Well that's awesome! " Fenix cheered happily, smiling.
'How is this kid even carefree..' Mrs Cat sweat dropped st the carefree kid.
"Oh yeah! Mrs Cat" The mentioned cat looked at Fenix in a confused look "do you have a name? " He asked, Blinking innocently.
"..W-" Mrs Cat got cutted off when the door made a creaking noise and started to open.
Both Fenix and Mrs. Cat looked at the door, to see that another Cat, that's standing and the height matching an adult's height.
"Your back! And you brought someone again. " The creature sighs. "Come in, come in. "
Mrs cat gestured Fenix to go.
Fenix trusts Mrs cat.
They went inside and Fenix was in awe. The place wasn't a dark and cold place, nor does it even look like a cave.. It looks like another world!
"kiddo, Welcome to the relic realm. "
