Flaming Tragedy

Summary:

(Romeo and Juliet Parody)
SFW, Rated PG-13+ (Just in case)

Two families in Jamanakai, Brookstone and Smith, become enemies because of their history. Cole Brookstone fell in love with Kai Smith, though they should be foes. With Kai's family orders and both men being the same gender, he can't be with Cole. How will their love end?
Will it end happily like every love story? Or will it end in a flaming tragedy?

Chapter Text

Two households, both alike in dignity, in fair Verona Jamanakai, where they lay their scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.

From the fourth, the fatal loins of these two foes, a pair of star-crossed lovers take their life,
whose misadventur'd piteous overthrows doth with their death bury their parent's strife.

The fearful passage of their death-marked love, and the continuance of their parent's rage,
which but their children's end, naught could remove is now the two hours; traffic of our stage.

The which if you with patient ears attend, what here shall miss our toil shall strive to mend.

Notes:

My 3rd work! And this time- It's LavaShipping.
I change a bit of the plot in the book and the film so it can match.
I feel so bad for changing the personalities of some characters, tho 😭

Anyway, don't expect me to update much in this book —
But, I hope you'll enjoy what's coming for you!

Note (Not really important but ok)
It's okay if you have or haven't read/watch Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, it's not required to.
But it can be a spoiler for those who haven't read it yet, so I think it's better to read/watch it before you read this book.
