Live in the Bedroom

Notes:

A new anaymous has arrived. I go by They/Them pronouns

Work Text:

"Sarah."

"Mmmm." Sarah groaned out softly as she continued to sleep.

"Sarah!" The Biddies shouted into the link this time.

"What!" She shouted angrily as she raised her upper body from off the bed in frustration, staring angrily into the darkness of her room.

"Sarah, what's going on?'' She heard Tally mumble groggily beside her.

"Fuck!" She whisper-shouts "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to have woken you, darling." She rushed out as she scooted down on the bed and began to rub Tally's exposed back up and down in a soothing manner.

"It's okay. I'm already up." She mumbled as she rubbed her eyes.

"We're sorry, but it's time for you and Tally to get up." Sarah could hear and feel the regret coming from them but she still felt grumpy at being woken up.

"What happened?" She asked as she rubbed her fingers gently across Sarah's stomach, no doubt sensing her mood.

"Nothing really, the Biddies were just waking me up so I can start the day,'' She said in a regretful tone.

At her side she heard Tally let out a groan, vocalizing how she clearly felt about the situation and flipped on to her back. "It felt like we just fell asleep,'' She mumbled. And then she let out another groaned .

And she agreed. It did feel like she had only just closed her eyes after safely gathering Tally in her arms last night before she fell asleep.

She leaned over Tally and pressed a couple of wet kisses across her face. "You can't sleep a little longer if you wanted to. I'll write an excuse for you."

"As tempting as that sounds. I don't think I'll be able to go back to sleep without you holding me." She pouted up at Sarah.

"I don't want to leave you either!" She whined as she flopped on her back and pulled the bed covering over herself dramatically to hide from the morning light that was beginning to shine through the window.

"Sarah!" Tally laughed out. She threw the covering over herself to meet Sarah under there. "I cannot believe my eyes and ears right now. They must be deceiving me." Sarah only pouted in return as Tally continued to laugh at how childish she was acting. "I cannot believe that The Great General Sarah Alder is hiding away from her duties with her bed sheet right now."

Sarah continued to pout as she mumbled about the Biddies being mean to her and that she doesn't need it from Tally too and scooted closer to try and hide her face in between her breasts.

"Well tell the Biddies to stop being big meanies to my big baby before I wind strike them all." Tally laughed as she proceeded to run her fingers through Sarah's luscious locks, a fond smile forming on her lips. Sarah pulled back to glare playfully at her.

She knows that she can't just cancel all her meetings on such short notice, so she decided to do the next best thing that she could think of.

"Can I just have a little more time with her?" She asked the Biddies.

They said that they could only give her 15 minutes extra and to make do with the time before they closed the link to give her her space.

She might regret pushing her meetings back a bit. But it will totally be worth it. Any amount of time spent in Tally's presence was worth it.

"You are really lucky I love you right now." She said already leaning in for a kiss. Effectively cutting Tally's respond short, she already knew that Tally was going to reply back with a sassy, "I know."

Pulling back from the kiss that left them both breathless at the end, she panted out, "We only have 15 minutes to make do, so let's not waste the time we was so graciously given." And then she dove right back in, gathering Tally's lips between her own in a now heated kiss.

As they layed on their sides, facing each other with light exhaustion now running through their body. They both heard the rattle from the glass on Sarah's office door, followed by multiple feet being shuffled around in the room next door.

A knock was sounded loudly throughout her room, signaling that their time was up but Sarah ignored it all in favor to continue to run her fingers along the curves at the side of Tally's body in a gentle caress that made Tally's eyes begin to droop as Sarah own glided across her face, as if trying to remember how Tally looked in this exact moment so she can revisit this memory in years to come and still vividly remember how Tally looked.

"If you carry on like this, I will fall asleep which means you will have to stay with me until I wake up." Tally whispered, her voice laced with the promise of a deep sleep.

"Is that supposed to be a threat, dove? Because to my ears it sounds like a promise that I'll happily enjoy." Sarah said with a soft chuckle as she looked on with only love and joy shinning proudly in her eyes.

"I love you." Tally whispered into the air between them.

"I love you too, darling." Sarah said in the same cadence. The energy and magic crackled widly around the two lovers, almost as if they were dancing in joy to show happy they were with this union between two witches.

"One more?" It was Tally who uttered out the question.

"One more." And it was Sarah who complied willingly. Both moving forward at the same pace to meet each other in the middle, this time gathering each others lips in a soft, passionate kiss.

Ignoring the roar of the Biddies protests and ignoring the roar of the first class Blasters beginning their performance of making powerful twisters, indicating that the day has started with them but they chose to ignore it all and carried on to make their own roar with their love making.

It was mid-morning when they had finally woken back up to finally get ready to start the day again and parted from each other with one last sweet kiss under the deadly glares of the Biddies.

"Don't ever leave us to deal with Petra Bellweather ever again." Sarah just huffed out a laugh and began her day as General.

It took three days for them to see each other again in the privacy of Sarah's bedroom that only the four walls could provided for them. And all those three days did, was heightened the longing, love and passion that they had for each other.

As soon as Sarah had opened her wooden office door and saw that it was Tally behind it, all thoughts of work left her mind as she eagerly bent herself down at the waist to lift Tally's body to wrap around her body and greeted her with a long awaited kiss instead of words, to show affectionately how much she had missed Tally in those three, agonizing, long days.

She kicked her office door shut with her feet, spun around gently and marched blindly but surely to her bedroom. All while gradually bringing their shared innocent kiss to a whole new level of steamy that promised a lot of things.

Both of their clothes was quickly discarded. Both woman eager to get their hands on their lover's bare skin. But once the clothings was out of the way, they both toned down their eagerness wordlessly and instead choose to trust their fingers to feel in the darkness, to trace and define all the shapes the other desired as they used the sound of each other's moans and gasps and the scent of each other's arousal to help guide them to seek the other to their peak.

It took a while for both of them to open their eyes again, but when they did, they met each other gaze with new eyes and the same old, strong love shining for each other in them.

"Your beauty knows no bounds, my love." Tally rasps out. A soft smile displaying on her lips.

"Neither does yours, darling." Sarah whispers out before leaning in. "Love you." She said in between kisses.

"Love you too." Tally murmurs, a yawn following soon after.

"Come on, fix yourself so we can get some sleep, my love." She said softly.

After they shimmered around for a bit, they finally got themselves into a comfortable position that they  were content with and Sarah grabbed her guardsmen red hand-woven cotton blanket which reflected the season that they were in from the bottom of the bed and covered both herself and Tally with it. She kissed Tally good night on her shoulder and gently wrapped her arm around her frame and they both drifted off to deep sleep.

When Tally opens her eyes again. It wasn't to the sound of Sarah's soft snores but to the sound of the birds singing to each other, signaling that they made it through the night and it wasn't to the feeling of Sarah's body pressed against her own, but to the uncomfortable feeling of a thick bark that belonged to an Alder tree, biting into her back causing more discomfort to her already aching body.

She released a soft exhale and felt the familiar feeling of sadness and longing creeping back into her as her hand came up to rub at the small bump where her and Sarah's baby has temporarily taken up resident in. Their little girl.

"I'll never forget the day's e when the bed was our home, my love." She said out loud to no one in particular.

"I won't either."
