Notes:

Hello, people!

A Yoongi-centric OT7 fic. This is really self indulgent and I had so much fun writing it. English is not my first language so bear with me, please.

I worked very hard on making Yoongi's relationship with everyone of them different and unique. I don't know if it reflects in the writing, but I planned it and purposely made sure to make his relationship with every member was somewhat different and distinct.

Something really bad happened while I was writing this which took a toll on my mental health and I hope it doesn't reflect on my writing. I wrote this with so much love and I hope you all have fun reading it.🥺❤️❤️

The moment I saw this prompt, I knew I was gonna write it. It was so cute and I realy hope the prompter likes what this fic turned out to be. If you don't, then I'm really sorry.

Thank you so, so much to the mods for organizing this amazing fest and being so supportive. I can't thank you enough 🥺🤍

Lastly, a disclaimer that everything depicted in this fic is completely fictional and has nothing to do with actual members and their lives.

Prompt:

5+1 fic (but 6+1)
Six times the members take Yoongi on dates, and one time he takes them all out

(channeling drive thru vegas wedding vibes, you know?)

Work Text:

"What do you all think has happened to Yoongi?" Seokjin finally says, breaking the unnerving silence in the living room as his eyes travel across his boyfriends one by one. Each one of them is startled at the mention of Yoongi, blinking owlishly at him.

Seokjin had made a group chat without Yoongi and called them all to a group meeting in the living room of their dorm to discuss a lot of things related to the younger. Yoongi is not home, so this is the perfect moment to talk about him.

Over the course of the last two weeks, Seokjin had noticed a lot of things contrasting to Yoongi's personality. His actions, his words, his expressions told a story Seokjin couldn't really figure out, which worried him to no end. He'd go as far as to say the younger looked downright sad and upset, even got rude with his boyfriends; which is a rare thing because Yoongi never lets his emotions show and he's far away from being a rude person. He's the kind of person to go through all the struggles and problems alone, without sharing them with anyone, the kind to brush it off with a smile, the kind to deal with everything on his own, the one for whom his boyfriends always come first. So, Seokjin has been concerned about the younger. He's the eldest, he has responsibilities to handle and it's for him to take care of everyone else.

"Huh, you noticed it, too?" Taehyung asks, picking the cushion from the couch and hugging it closer to his body.

"Strange. He even scolded Jeongguk for making a mistake during the recording today." Jimin says, shrugging his shoulders and Seokjin knows very well that Yoongi scolding Jeongguk is a very big deal. He's the maknae, their baby and Yoongi can never go to sleep peacefully knowing he may have hurt Jeongguk. When he had ignored Jeongguk once at Music Bank unknowingly, Yoongi couldn't sleep the whole night until Jeongguk came and kissed him and then went to sleep cuddling the elder.

Seokjin's eyes shift to Jeongguk pouting and he looks so fucking cute, Namjoon kisses his pout away.

"I thought I was the only one who noticed." Jeongguk says, placing his head in Hoseok's lap who cuddles him, pulling him closer.

"Baby, it's okay. He must have been tired, don't feel bad." Seokjin assured him, brushing his bangs away and pressing a kiss to his forehead. Jeongguk's face instantly lights up.

"It's a big deal, though. And hyung is spending most of his time at the studio too, which clearly means something is wrong." Hoseok says. Seokjin finds himself nodding absentmindedly when Namjoon curls his arms around his waist.

"Or we're probably thinking too much?" Namjoon raises his eyebrows as everyone else looks at him. "What? I think we might be reading too much into this."

"No, hyung." Taehyung shakes his head vehemently. "Yoongi hyung never and I mean never have ever talked to any of us like he did at the practice, no matter how exhausted and tired he is."

"Taehyung is right. I mean I never saw him acting so coldly before. It looked like I was talking to some sort of stone or something." Jimin's voice sounds wet, eyes teary. Taehyung embraces him in his arms to comfort the elder.

Seokjin agrees with him. He intertwines his fingers with Namjoon's over his stomach and cranes his neck to look at him. "Yes, exactly. It might not be something huge but there's something wrong, Namjoon-ah. We need to do something."

"I have an amazing idea." Hoseok perks up suddenly, face glowing and having a huge smile. Everyone else looks at him expectantly. He continues, "what if we all take him out on dates, like those cute romantic stuff, do things for him that he likes and just genuinely try to make him happy?"

"Damn, I love that." Namjoon says excitedly, a wide smile on his face while Taehyung's eyes shine with fondness and love. "That sounds like such a good idea. I already know what kind of date I’m going to take Yoongi hyung on."

"Hobi hyung, you're a genius. We've been so busy the last couple of months that we never really got time to spend together." Jimin says, a broad smile curving his lips as he squeals in delight.

Seokjin observes them all and smiles to himself. He loves them so much, even the word love itself falls short for what he feels.

"Wait." Jeongguk interrupts. "Let's ask hyung to rate our dates at the end and see whose date will be the best?" Seokjin chuckles. Jeongguk always has to make everything a competition.

"You're so cute." Seokjin sees Taehyung pull Jeongguk's cheeks and then peck his lips. The fond smile on his face gives away how much he adores them.

"Done. I like the challenge." Jimin says, laughing with his eyes closed.

"Rock, paper, scissors." Namjoon yells suddenly and everyone else throws their hands on instinct.

Seokjin laughs at the way Jeongguk moves away, showing them the rock and sticking his tongue out at scoring the first date with Yoongi while everyone else just looks at their hands with variations of papers and scissors.

The rock, paper and scissors game goes on for a bit until the order of the dates is decided. Seokjin gets the second date, then Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung and lastly Hoseok.

All of them get tangled with each other on the floor as they wait for Yoongi to come home from the studio and start talking about anything and everything. Seokjin has a fond smile on his face but it dims once he realizes Yoongi is missing. They're going to bring him back to his usual self, back to the mess they all are together.

1. ~ The Stargazing

Jeongguk is walking through the corridors of the company building, thinking about the events of yesterday. Yoongi scolded him during the recording. He hid his emotions well when Seokjin talked to all of them about the elder but Jeongguk was genuinely upset. It took a toll on him and he had to muffle his sobs in the pillow during the night so as to not wake up Hoseok beside him and it was not because he was upset over getting scolded but because Yoongi was going through something that he wouldn’t tell. Jeongguk always has a hard time when his hyungs suffer.

He reaches the Genius Lab and stands outside hesitating to knock. His lifted hand falls limp beside him as he swallows a lump forming in his throat. He knows the passcode, has the permission to go inside whenever he wants but for some reason, it feels wrong today so he just stands there staring at the door.

Minutes pass and it feels like forever when Yoongi opens the studio door, peeking his head through the door. Jeongguk is surprised, stares at him and opens his mouth to say something but the words fail to get out of his mouth. Yoongi’s lips curve up in a small smile before he opens the door to let Jeongguk in.

Jeongguk’s eyes shift nervously around the whole studio, where he’s been countless times, yet he’s inspecting things and suddenly finding the color of the carpet very amusing. He sees Yoongi going to sit in his chair and look at him, eyes boring into Jeongguk. Yoongi is so intensely staring at him, Jeongguk can’t hold eye contact.

“How…how did you know I was standing outside? I didn’t even knock.” Jeongguk asks, trying to make small talk before popping the big question. Yoongi keeps looking at him so Jeongguk decides to stare at his feet. “I just had a hunch, I don’t know.” Yoongi replies, casually, shrugging his shoulders.

Jeongguk looks at him only to look back down again because the elder is still staring. He fidgets with his fingers, cracking his knuckles, a habit that he does while he’s nervous. “What’s wrong, Gguk-ah?” Yoongi asks, dragging his swivel chair closer to Jeongguk. Jeongguk’s heart flutters when the elder holds both his hands in his own hands. “Tell me? Hyung’s listening.”

Jeongguk builds up all his courage to ask and mumbles. “Will you go out on a date with me tonight?” Yoogi looks a bit surprised, looks at him and this time Jeongguk doesn’t look away. The elder’s eyes squint and he eventually smiles softly. “Of course, baby.” Jeongguk lets out a breath he didn’t know he was holding. A huge smile appears on his face as Yoongi kisses his hand.

“What makes you think I’d say no to you?” Yoongi asks as he presses a few kisses to Jeongguk’s fingers. The younger smiles and the weight of that statement settles inside his chest. Yoongi can never say no to him, that’s a fact. Then why was he so nervous while asking Yoongi? “You were in a bad mood yesterday. I thought you might say no.”

Yoongi’s smile disappears.

“Jeongguk…” The elder tries to speak, and the visible guilt on his face makes Jeongguk feel awful. He knows the elder is going through problems, he doesn’t want to add into them. So, he interrupts him and shakes his head. “Hyung, no.” Jeongguk leans closer and presses a chaste kiss to the elder’s cheek. “Dress casual. We’re not coming back home tonight.”

Jeongguk leaves the studio saying those last words to Yoongi. He has planned the date thoroughly, knows what he’s going to do and he just hopes the elder would like it.

“Can you at least tell me where you’re taking me?” Yoongi whines, asking for the nth time that night while Jeongguk is driving through the dark roads. It’s almost midnight and the streets are so dark. There’s no one in sight and Jeongguk wants to squeeze Yoongi into a bear hug, hearing him cutely whining beside him.

“Hyung, have patience.” He says without looking at the elder, a mischievous smile appearing on his face which seems to irritate the elder. Yoongi swats his shoulder and Jeongguk, being done with his antics, pulls his hands away, intertwining their fingers over the gear. That seems to effectively shut up Yoongi as he sits quietly for the rest of the ride.

Jeongguk stops the car after a good fifteen minutes, pulling the handbrake up. He looks at Yoongi who sighs loudly. “Finally.” Jeongguk chuckles.

He takes out a blindfold and shows it to Yoongi who groans in protest. “You better know I’m not doing this, Gguk.” The elder gives him a look, a look which says no, a determined expression and Jeongguk knows what he needs to do. He pulls out his best puppy eyes expression and pouts.

“You drove us here, in the middle of nowhere at this hour of night and then you expect me to wear this blindfold. No fucking way.” Yoongi seems to not be phased and looks away groaning. “Hyung, please.” Jeongguk says so innocently, making Yoongi turn to look at him. He bats his eyelashes and a huge pout appears on his face. Yoongi’s face contorts. “You don’t fucking get to do this. Gosh, you’re unbelievable.” The elder pouts himself and Jeongguk can’t resist the urge to kiss him. So, he does. He kisses Yoongi softly on his lips and whispers, “please.”

“Fine.” Yoongi’s answer delights Jeongguk and he excitedly ties the blindfold over his eyes. “You’re gonna love this place, hyung.” Jeongguk is so eager and anticipating the elder’s reaction to his grand date while the latter just nods and lets Jeongguk tie the blindfold any way he wants.

Jeongguk takes him up the hill, holding his hand as excitement overflows inside him. "You're really making me anxious. I can't see at all." Yoongi's voice echoes and Jeongguk giggles at his whines.

The moment Jeongguk takes off Yoongi’s blindfold, the elder gasps loudly, taking notice of his surroundings. Jeongguk timidly stands beside him, fidgeting with the hem of his shirt while looking at Yoongi who has his mouth wide open and eyes filled with utter shock.

Jeongguk's eyes travel across the place, examining the huge white camp in the middle of the hill. Jeongguk starts to speak quietly. "I thought you'd like stargazing so I set up the camp here." He finds Yoongi's eyes on him, an unknown glint shining in them. "It's the best place for it. Do you like it, hyung?"

Jeongguk's heart thuds loudly in his chest, so loud he can hear his own heartbeat. Yoongi silently walks towards him, closer and closer and closer. He cups Jeongguk’s face in his hand, brushing his lips with his own, making Jeongguk’s breath hitch in his throat. The younger closes his eyes, feeling a plethora of butterflies swarming his stomach when Yoongi finally pulls him in for a kiss. And at that moment, Jeongguk knows the elder loves it.

They sit on the sheets in front of the camp, Jeongguk holding Yoongi’s hand tightly who has gone extremely shy after initiating the kiss a few moments before. His face is adorned with pretty blush and a beautiful smile and Jeongguk finds him so fucking endearing. The moonlight falling on his face makes him look so pretty, Jeongguk feels his heart fluttering without a pause.

The younger looks at the countless stars in the sky where Yoongi is looking. The sky looks so pretty and shiny and Jeongguk is so happy to be here, looking at the view with one of the loves of his life. He feels safe, content and he hopes Yoongi feels it too. The tranquility and serenity of the place brings a sense of comfortability to Jeongguk, and he hopes for it to calm Yoongi’s inner turmoil.

He looks at Yoongi beside him to find him already staring. The elder doesn’t panic, doesn’t look away and holds eye contact. It’s after a few moments that Yoongi breaks the silence to whisper, “I’m sorry.” Jeongguk sees his eyes glistening with tears, feels the sincerity in the apology but he stays silent and gives time to Yoongi to speak. “I shouldn’t have done that yesterday. You were not at fault, I was. I don’t know what’s happening to me, I can’t talk about it, I…. just…. I’m sorry, Ggukkie.”

Tears threaten to spill from Yoongi's eyes when Jeongguk cups his face. The younger pulls him closer and plants soft kisses all over his face. He wipes the tears away from the pad of his thumb and caresses his cheek. “Let’s not talk about that, hmm?” His voice is soft, almost a whisper. Yoongi stares at him without blinking. “I know you’re going through problems, I know things are difficult and I know you don’t like sharing them with any of us.” Jeongguk’s voice goes a pitch lower when Yoongi lowers his eyes, his eyelashes casting a shadow beneath and Jeongguk finds him so, so pretty. So, he leans in and kisses his eyes. Yoongi’s eyelashes flutter.

Jeongguk tilts the elder’s chin upwards, making Yoongi look him in the eye. “Somewhere you think you might burden us and somewhere your elderly instincts kick in and you want to be the protective and caring hyung and there’s nothing wrong in that. I love how you care about me, I love when I see you protective of me, I love being taken care of but for once, hyung, it can be the other way around. You can count on me, you can tell me what’s bothering you and even if I’m not able to solve your problem, I’m sure I can be supportive and help you get through whatever’s happening.”

Jeongguk pauses for a while. Yoongi sniffles before the younger pulls him in his embrace. “I suffer nothing. I only suffer when I see you guys sad.” Jeongguk continues, after lightly kissing Yoongi’s hair. “It’s okay if you don’t want to. I’m not forcing you if you don’t want to talk about it. I just wanted to let you know that I’m here if you ever need me.” He sighs, smiles when Yoongi intertwines their fingers. “And yes, I’m happy being here with you, doing nothing, watching the stars in the middle of the night in each other’s arms. I’m happy with getting your mind off of those problems, so we’ll only do that, okay?”

Jeongguk finally stops talking, feels the way his heart is beating and absolutely loses his calm over the fact that he can feel Yoongi’s heartbeat against his chest. The elder squirms closer, completely engulfed by Jeongguk’s body towering over him and Jeongguk wraps his arms tightly around him.

“I feel like I’m stuck in this loop and I feel exhausted. I’m questioning myself everyday if what I’m doing is worth it, y’know. Nothing is constant, Gguk and I’m so scared. I don’t know, I can’t explain it.” Yoongi sighs loudly. He’s not crying anymore.

Jeongguk rubs his back, comforting him. “Hyung, that’s completely fine. Your feelings are valid. You’re still not clear about what you’re feeling exactly but, trust me, you’ll get through this.” Yoongi nods against his chest and moves back. He settles beside him, looking at the sky. Jeongguk stares at him. “By constant, do you feel that way for us, too? Does that concern you, hyung?” Jeongguk asks, nervously, not sure of the answer.

Yoongi’s head jerks in his direction, horror written all over his face. “No, no, no, absolutely not. You all are the only constant in my life, the only people who I know will stick beside me no matter what. Even when these cheers die down and all the spotlight dims, I know you’ll stay.”

Jeongguk is so overwhelmed by Yoongi’s words, he almost tears up. A huge smile appears on his face and he nearly screams. “I love you. I’m so in love with you.”

Yoongi gets startled and Jeongguk notices how he fumbles, how he opens his mouth to say something but stops. He smiles and scoots closer to him, holding the elder’s hand and cupping his cheek from the other. “You don’t have to say it back, hyung. I know it’s hard for you sometimes, expressing your emotions, for whatever reasons, I get it.” Jeongguk plants a kiss on Yoongi’s nose, who smiles shyly. He understands the turmoil Yoongi is going through, understands that the problems might have overwhelmed him, making him not say it back. “I don’t expect to hear that from you because I see it in your actions. I feel it, how much you love me. You don’t have to say it for me to know.”

Yoongi stares at him, stares in his eyes and Jeongguk is a bit confused. The elder is not batting his eyelashes, isn’t looking away and Jeongguk raises his eyebrows in question. He’s about to say something when Yoongi whispers. “I see stars in your eyes.”

Oh.

Jeongguk squeals and blushes. A shy smile adorns his face, eyes shining. “Hyung, that’s the most romantic thing you’ve ever said to me.” Yoongi chuckles.

And it's in the way Yoongi holds his bicep, it’s in the way he intertwines their fingers and it’s in the way he kisses him softly and intimately that Jeongguk knows the elder loves him.

They spend the night counting stars in each other’s warm embrace, talking about anything and everything, sharing soft kisses, and giggling while they tickle each other. Jeongguk brings the blankets to drape over themselves because Yoongi wants to spend the night under the stars and not in the camp. And while they cuddle, Jeongguk quitely adores the elder, endeared by him.

And when they're finally home and Jeongguk goes to sleep in his room after Yoongi told him he was going to eat something, Jeongguk's phone rings after he settles into the bed. And picking up the phone, unlocking it and reading the message from Yoongi makes all the tiredness go away, making Jeongguk squeal loudly and even bringing tears to his eyes.

Yoonie hyung

I love you, my precious baby.

2. ~ The Fishing

“Hyung.” Yoongi whines loudly, turning his face towards Seokjin who’s driving. His lips form a cute pout and his eyes hold such innocence, Seokjin would have been lured by him if he didn’t know better.

“Can you stop whining for a second? It’s a surprise date, baby.” Seokjin says, rolling his eyes. Yoongi has been complaining and whining since he sat in the car, pouting at Seokjin and giving him those puppy eyes expressions that he knows will melt the elder. But Seokjin is trying to not get affected. It’s so hard to not just give in when Yoongi uses that particular voice to call him hyung. He gets so cute and adorable which is very rare and that side of him only ever comes out in front of Seokjin. It’s probably because Seokjin is older than him, the younger feels comfortable to be cared for and babied by him. Not that he doesn’t like when others do that.

Yoongi is different. He’s always been different. He shares a beautiful and very distinct bond with every member. He might not say it at times, but his actions prove how much he loves all of them. Cooking for his boyfriends, knitting cute, little fabrics, making songs for them is his love language and Seokjin thinks it's beautiful.

When Seokjin first met him, he found him cold like many others still do. As time went on, and they grew closer, the elder realized Yoongi is not what he looks like or what others perceive him to be. He’s so much more than what he shows on camera. The boy wears his heart on his sleeve, is so thoughtful and charming and Seokjin falls in love quickly. He’s been roommates with the younger for so long, and jokingly likes to call themselves soulmates but it’s actually the truth.

Yoongi, on several occasions, has told him how no one knows him better than Seokjin. The elder can easily read him no matter how much he’s faking. They can talk for hours non stop. Yoongi lets Seokjin cook for him and even feed him. Seokjin lets Yoongi get away with literally anything. Seokjin, over the years, realizes how much they share in common. Their habits, their hobbies, and to some extent their personalities too. The two are very different from each other yet similar at the same time. Cooking and fishing is something they love to do and when they do it together, it’s all the more fun. Seokjin knows he enjoys fishing with Yoongi more than anyone else and he prefers to go with him rather than alone. They’ve gone through very tough times together with all the others and it has made them closer than ever. So, it was inevitable to fall in love.

“Hyung… where are you lost?” Yoongi whines yet again and Seokjin chuckles. He looks at the younger to find his puppy eyes still intact and the pout forming again. Seokjin is a weak man, after all. “Fishing. We’re going fishing.”

Yoongi’s eyes shine brightly and the lips curve up into a huge smile, his gums appearing in sight and Seokjin just watches so fondly, as he turns the car ignition off. “Hyung, I love that. When did we go last time, it feels like forever?” They get out of the car and Seokjin takes out the stuff as they walk to their favorite fishing spot, Yoongi’s secret comfort place until Seokjin found it out. “It’s been a year, baby. We were so caught up with work, we had no time for fishing.” Seokjin says, pouting sadly. Yoongi nods as they walk to the river, and looks at the elder. “Remind me to take time out for this activity. We’re not letting this go because of our work. I love fishing with you and I love teasing you when I catch more fish than you.” Seokjin chuckles.

The younger takes their fishing rods, adjusting them while Seokjin lays down the rug on the wooden plank they’re going to sit on. The place is secluded and there’s literally no one else other than them so they are free to do whatever they want to do without the fear of getting caught.

After a few minutes, the two comfortably sit down, throwing their rods in the river water, waiting for the fish to catch the bait.

Seokjin looks at Yoongi, stares at his face and he knows the younger is hiding things, he knows there’s some kind of problem and he has an intuition of what it is, always has an intuition when it comes to Yoongi, but he stays quiet. The silence is calm and tranquil, not awkward and he likes it. He likes the silent company of Yoongi, likes the fact that even their silence speaks.

“I know what you’re thinking.” Yoongi says, without looking at the elder, his voice breaking the silence around them. Seokjin stays quiet, keeps looking at the younger. “That there’s some kind of problem, that I’m faking my smiles. Or that I’m struggling. That’s what you’re thinking, right?” Yoongi turns his face to look at the elder.

“Am I thinking wrong, though? Isn’t that what’s happening?” Seokjin asks, concerned. Yoongi turns his face away and Seokjin wants to embrace him. “You’re right.” Yoongi’s voice is wet, his eyes pooling with tears.

Seokjin smiles. “Yoongi-ah,” he says the name softly, so fondly. “Was that too difficult to accept? You know very well none of us will judge you.” Yoongi’s shoulders start convulsing and a little whimper escapes his lips. Seokjin throws the rod away and moves closer to him, embracing the younger in his hold. “Baby, I’m sorry. It’s okay.”

Yoongi’s rod falls from his hand in the process and he starts crying more, sobs louder as his body trembles in the elder’s arms. “H— hyung…” He manages to let out in between crying, tears absorbing in Seokjin’s shirt. The elder pulls Yoongi in his lap, cupping his face. “Yes, baby. Hyung’s here. Sshh… it’s okay, you’re fine.”

“Hurts…. so….. so much.” Yoongi’s sobs are breaking Seokjin’s heart, makes him want to cry himself. Yoongi has never cried like this before, ever and Seokjin has no fucking idea how to deal with it. He shushes the younger by patting his back, pressing kisses over and over again on his face, his hair, his hands. He wants to comfort Yoongi so he whispers sweet words in his ear, trying to calm him down.

“My baby, you’re gonna be okay. Hyung’s gonna take care of you, deep breaths, yes. I love you so much, baby, hyung loves you.” Seokjin presses a few kisses on his forehead, holding him close. A tear rolls down his eye, too but he wipes it away quickly.

Yoongi’s cries lower down after a few minutes of comforting and love by Seokjin. The younger looks at him, eyes swollen and small whimpers leaving his mouth. “You’re safe. Hyung’s here for you.” Seokjin says softly and pulls Yoongi in a tight hug after kissing his forehead. “Thank you for trusting me with your vulnerable side.”

“Hyung, I feel like I’m burnt out.” Yoongi starts speaking, his voice sounding raw from crying. Seokjin listens to him without interrupting. “I feel so tired all the time. I don’t enjoy making music like I used to do. I’m not satisfied with anything that I produce anymore. I’m losing motivation and I feel like I’m in this state of hopelessness.” Seokjin’s heart breaks. He squeezes the younger in his hold, attempting to provide some comfort.

“Can you believe I shouted at Jeongguk, my Ggukie. I hurt him because of my own shortcomings. I don’t know what’s wrong, hyung. I couldn’t even tell him I love him because I was so overwhelmed by him telling me that he loves me.” Yoongi’s voice gets wet, his eyes filling with tears again. Seokjin kisses his hair. “That’s fine. It happens, Yoon, don’t feel guilty because of it.”

“But there are so many other things, too. I detached myself from you guys too for a few weeks and I know that’s shitty but I don’t want to disappoint you or my fans. I wanted to give my best for this album, hyung but I just can’t seem to do it.I’m always lost, feeling out of it and sometimes there’s extreme anxiety that just doesn’t let me do anything.” Seokjin caresses his back, drawing circles on it when Yoongi leans back, looking at him. “Is this normal, hyung? What’s wrong with me?”

“There’s nothing wrong with you.” Seokjin says, pulling him in for a short kiss. “It’s completely normal. Like you said yourself, you’re burnt out. You’ve been working for more than ten years, baby, without a rest, this is bound to happen.” He says, looking at Yoongi whose eyes are glistening with tears. Seokjin caresses his cheek with the pad of his thumb and brushes his nose with his own.

“Yoongi-ah, you do realize you can never disappoint us. Baby, you’re not a machine, you need rest and it’s more than okay to pause. It just means that you’re going to take care of yourself and come back stronger.” Seokjin words his thoughts out, realizing the seriousness of the situation. He’s not going to let Yoongi compromise his health. “You love music, it’s your passion and you wouldn’t want to lose it. So, isn’t it better to just give it a rest for some time and come back with genuine music and better than before?” Yoongi nods enthusiastically, Seokjin smiles fondly.

“I don’t want to make music just for the sake of doing it. I want to be creatively satisfied, want people to somewhat be comforted and inspired by it. I want to make genuine music, hyung, not something that I’m not satisfied with.” Yoongi sounds nervous, and Seokjin holds his hand, intertwines their fingers and kisses them. “There, you got your answer.”

“As long as our fans are concerned, don’t you think ARMYs would be upset if they know you’re pushing yourself past your limit and that you’re ignoring yourself? I mean don't we advocate self love?” Seokjin pauses, gauges Yoongi’s reaction, only to find him staring off into space. A smile breaks out on his face. “They won’t be disappointed, they’d love to know you’ve decided to take care of yourself instead of making meaningless songs. They’ll support you, all of us will, and you know that, love.”

Yoongi smiles, finally. His eyes glint with a shine which has not been seen by anyone in the past few weeks. Seokjin curls his arms around his waist, jerking him forward. “Thank you. I’ll think about it.” He leans forward to press a soft kiss over Seokjin’s lips whose eyes shine and heart smiles. He pulls the younger closer, softly nibbling his lips who whimpers at the sensation.

“And to tell you the truth, I never faked my smiles or happiness with any of you. I was happy with Jeonggukie, so happy to spend time with him and I’m so happy right now. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, hyung.” The elder dives in to shut him up with a kiss and Yoongi giggles in between kisses making butterflies erupt in his stomach, fishing long forgotten.

3. ~ The Dinner

"What? Come again?" Namjoon's voice echoes in the small orange tent. Yoongi is sitting in front of him, across the table and they're waiting for their dinner to arrive.

Namjoon's date's idea was to bring Yoongi to his favorite local Korean restaurant. When they were trainees years ago, living together, they used to often come here, after a fight as a peace offering or even on normal days. Yoongi loved the food here. It was located near their old dorm and it has been years since they last visited the place. So, Namjoon figured the elder would like this place.

As Namjoon had thought, Yoongi got so excited when he got to know where Namjoon was taking him. The elder hugged him all of a sudden, catching him off guard. Not that Namjoon didn't like it, but it was a bit surprising since Yoongi had been a bit distant from all of them for a few weeks.

"You heard it, Joon. I'm thinking of taking a break. Jin hyung gave me the idea when I talked to him last week about losing motivation." Yoongi says nervously. Namjoon sees him playing with his fingers. He looks up, blinking at him owlishly. The elder waits for his response only to get silence.

"Can you say something? I'm scared of your reaction." Yoongi's voice lowers and he avoids eye contact. "Why are you scared of my reaction, hyung?" His voice is gentle as he bores his eyes on Yoongi's face.

"Of course, I am. You're our leader, you know what's better." Yoongi says, rolling his eyes. Namjoon softly chuckles and finds Yoongi glaring at him. He reaches for the elder's hand on the table, holding his fingers. "You won't believe, I've been thinking of exactly the same thing for the past month. And Jin hyung gave me the idea too."

Yoongi's eyes widen impossibly. Namjoon's dimpled smile appears on his face as he looks at the elder, admiring him. "Are you kidding me?"

Namjoon laughs at his bewilderment and drags the chair closer to Yoongi. "I've been feeling the exact same as you, hyung. The exhaustion, the irritation and the frustration. It overwhelmed me one day and I ended up breaking down in front of Jin hyung. He gives the best advice, though." Namjoon finds sadness in Yoongi's eyes as he looks at him. He gives the elder a tight lipped smile who moves closer and pulls him in a warm hug. Yoongi caresses his back and Namjoom does the same, both of them comforting each other.

"I think it's the best idea. Not only us, but all seven of us need rest. We've been working for so long, it's only fair to give ourselves a break." Namjoon says, breaking the hug.

"You're right, Joonie. I think we definitely do." Yoongi says, with his signature gummy smile and Namjoon is so enamored, he feels losing himself.

"Can I kiss you?" Namjoon's voice is a hoarse whisper startling Yoongi. He finds the elder looking keenly at him while the smile is intact on his face.

"You don't need to ask, silly." Chuckling, the elder captures his lips in a sweet kiss and Namjoon gets drunk on his love. He lets the elder dominate the kiss, who licks and bites his lips, coaxing his mouth open. Namjoon feels his heart racing and stomach doing backflips at the way Yoongi rolls his tongue around Namjoon's. The way he sucks it in his mouth makes Namjoon's toes curl and he doesn't dare open his eyes. However, he places his hands over Yoongi's petite waist, squeezing it which makes the elder yelp.

"I love you so much." Namjoon says, with swollen lips, grinning from ear to ear. Yoongi presses a few soft pecks over his lips and stops when the waiter brings their food.

They have dinner while talking to each other, Yoongi cooking the barbeque for him while Namjoon tries stealing kisses from him.

And when they're done eating, they walk back home, hand in hand, in disguise so the people don't recognize them. And Namjoon suddenly gets an idea to go to karaoke and Yoongi can't say no to him.

They end up in the karaoke room, not even five minutes later and Namjoon sings the songs, screaming and yelling, trying to hit the high notes but failing badly and Yoongi is doubling over in laughter at his struggle. Namjoon is happy seeing the elder happy, he's happy making him laugh and he finds him so fucking adorable that they're soon making out on the floor, sucking hickeys on each other's necks, marking the other up and spread all over each other.

4. ~ The Pottery

Jimin enters Yoongi's room to find him writing in his journal, sitting on the bed. He plops down on the mattress, making the pen in Yoongi's hand drag across the page. The elder shoots him a deathly glare and Jimin acts like he's scared. Yoongi groans loudly, rolling his eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes too much, I'm afraid they'll pop out of your sockets." Jimin snickers as he takes the journal from Yoongi. The elder punches his shoulder, taking it away from him. "You ruined the page, Jimin."

"Quit sulking, hyung. It's just a pen mark." Jimin tells him, which irritates him more. Jimin smirks. "Gosh, you're so annoying. Get off my bed."

Jimin laughs at his annoyance and decides he wants to irritate him more. He looks at the elder and says, "get ready, I'm taking you out on a date." Yoongi's eyes widen and he pushes Jimin. "Are you asking me or giving me orders?"

Jimin winks at him, giving him a flying kiss. "Giving you orders, babydoll." Yoongi's mouth hangs open and Jimin falls from the bed while laughing. He gets back up soon after and sees Yoongi smirk. "Well, I don't take orders from people who are shorter than me."

Jimin's laughter comes to a halt after Yoongi's statement. "I'm literally the same height as you, hyung." Jimin replies, grinding his teeth. It's Yoongi's turn to laugh.

"God, you're so annoying." Jimin says, throwing the pen at the elder who catches it with his fast reflexes. "Serves you right, babydoll."

Yoongi laughs louder and Jimin forgets all the irritation when he stares at the elder, sees him laughing. He looks so happy and Jimin wants him to stay that way. It hurts him to see Yoongi in pain. Even though most of the time what they do is bicker — which is actually their love language — Jimin can never imagine his life without the elder. He means everything to him and while seeing him happy and content, laughing, Jimin wants the time to freeze.

Yoongi stops laughing when he finds Jimin's intense gaze on him. Jimin crawls closer towards him, cupping his right cheek. "Happiness looks good on you, hyung." Jimin says and feels Yoongi shudder when their lips meet. Jimin doesn't move nor does Yoongi, letting their lips stay in contact without doing anything. It's nice, feels good to have their lips on each other's without actually kissing properly.

"Will you go out on a date with me?" Jimin asks properly this time, not moving back. Their lips are still in contact, neither of them moving an inch. "Y….yes." Yoongi blurts out, his chest heaving and eyelashes fluttering. Jimin lifts the elder's shirt, caressing his stomach and back, squeezing the supple flesh and Yoongi's breath hitches in his throat. He looks like he has trouble breathing.

"See you in a few hours, babydoll." Jimin says, finally pecking his lips softly and then leaving the room.

"Oh my god? Pottery? Seriously?" Yoongi wails loudly before grasping Jimin's hand. Jimin's lips curve up in a huge smile seeing Yoongi's excitement. "I know I'm gonna enjoy this with you."

Jimin squeezes his hand, smile not leaving his face. "I'm happy you like it, hyung." He says, as they walk through the corridors and steps inside the shop. Jimin had booked the entire place just so no one else could disturb them. "I do. I liked it when we shot that Run episode all those years back, never had time to do it again."

As they enter the place, a few workers greet them, taking them to their designated place where they're going to choose a shape and then work on making a pot.

Yoongi is bouncing in excitement beside him, but doesn't let his hand go. Jimin can't stop smiling, so happy to be in Yoongi's company. The elder squeals in enthusiasm when he sees different pottery equipment and Jimin can't help but pull his cheeks. "You're so fucking endearing, hyung." And the compliment makes Yoongi blush so hard, Jimin kisses the apple of his red cheeks.

When they're finally sitting down separately to make a pot, Yoongi whispers, flustered and shy. "Jimin-ah, I want to make it with you."

Jimin's heart starts racing, fluttering in his chest. His smile grows big and he stares at Yoongi, so fondly that it hurts. "Okay." That's all he can say at the moment.

He sees Yoongi sitting down, starting with the pot. The clay gets all over his hands as he starts shaping it. Jimin looks at the elder, adoring him. He loves Yoongi so much, it scares him sometimes.

Pausing all his thoughts, Jimin walks near Yoongi's table and goes to sit behind him. The elder scoots forward, making some room for him. Jimin brings his arms forward, caging Yoongi in his embrace as he intertwines their fingers in the clay, helping Yoongi to give it a shape.

Yoongi stops breathing for a second and Jimin's heart soars high in happiness, jumping in joy. He tucks his chin on the elder's shoulder, loving their position. "I love holding you in my arms." Jimin whispers seductively in Yoongi's ear, biting his earlobe. The elder shivers at the touch and the clay that was turning into some kind of shape breaks apart.

"Can we focus on the pottery, please?" Yoongi asks, and Jimin smirks at the way his voice falters at such close proximity. Yoongi still gets nervous and shy when Jimin gets closer to him.

"You can focus on making the pot, I'm focused on someone more important." Jimin's low voice does wonders to Yoongi as his neck reddens, the blush spreading to his cheeks too. Yoongi starts shaping the clay again, Jimin's fingers still intertwined.

The younger smiles mischievously and blows on his neck. The pot breaks again and this time Yoongi stays quiet. Jimin knows he's enjoying it, so he moves closer, enclosing him in his arms tightly. The elder doesn't pay him any heed, stays silent and continues with the shape yet again.

"I love you so much. You're so beautiful." Each word is punctuated by a kiss to Yoongi's neck and shoulders, moving up to his face. The elder closes his eyes, basking in the touch.

"Jimin." His raspy voice makes butterflies swarm Jimin's stomach and Yoongi turns around. Jimin stares at him, eyes darkening when the elder swipes his fingers over his nose, making the clay stick to it. Yoongi laughs.

Jimin rolls his eyes and then breaks out in laughter himself after he does the same to Yoongi, wiping his hands over his face, making the clay stick all over the elder's cheeks and nose.

Jimin gets up and runs away from Yoongi, who follows him to get the younger's face smudged with clay, too. Their giggles ring in the whole place, their happiness visible on their faces.

Yoongi finally catches him, locking his arms around Jimin's waist. Jimin can't stop laughing when Yoongi brushes his cheeks against Jimin's, applying the clay to his face, too. "Happy? Got your revenge." Jimin asks, placing a sweet kiss over Yoongi's nose. "Very happy."

Jimin doesn't waste a second and slams his lips against Yoongi's soft, rosy ones. Yoongi tastes so good, so addictive. Jimin can never get enough of his lips. He continues to nibble on them lightly, making Yoongi whine out pretty noises. Jimin swallows his pretty moans, going absolutely feral over them.

And when they've got enough of each other, enough of each other's lips, they go back to making the pot, still clinging to each other.

And they're done with the pot — which is too shapeless to be called a pot but it's them who have made it so it's beautiful anyway — after a few hours, with countless kisses, lots of bickering and flirting in between.

5. ~ The Movie Night and the Cuddles

Taehyung nervously paces around in the living room, checking the arrangements again and again. The possibility of Yoongi not liking the idea of his date is making him anxious. His hands are clammy as he rubs them together, wiping them off on his pants.

Taehyung likes the idea of cuddling and spending the night together in the comfort of their beds, or watching their favorite movies while holding hands and kissing softly. So, he went to his apartment and built a soft, comfortable fort with pillows and blankets in front of the TV. To give it an aesthetic vibe, he hung the fairy lights around it making it look extra pretty. He even tried making Yoongi’s favorite jajangmyeon which resulted in making the kitchen look like some catastrophe hit it. Nevertheless, he was successful in making the black bean noodles and now he is only waiting for Yoongi to arrive.

The bell dings and Taehyung is startled out of his thoughts. He gulps and heaves a sigh before going to open the door. Yoongi stands in front of him, looking as pretty as ever with his soft pink sweater and the bangs falling on his forehead. Taehyung leans forward to greet him with a kiss. “Hi, pretty.” The elder is flustered, his cheeks tinting pink and Taehyung flicks his cheek.

Taehyung holds his hand and brings him inside, walking to the fort. Yoongi looks stunned, his eyes fill with mirth as he stares at Taehyung, lips curving into a small smile. Taehyung’s smile widens at his reaction and Yoongi stands on his tip toes, reaching to press a kiss to the younger’s lips. His heart stutters and he instantly loops his arms around Yoongi’s waist, lifting him off of the ground. The elder yelps but Taehyung grips his waist, and devours his lips, not wanting to let go of him.

When they're out of breath, chests heaving, the two break the kiss, moving to the dinner table. Taehyung has laid out the dishes and plates and seeing Yoongi give him an amusing smile, a bashful smile appears on Taehyung's face.

Yoongi tastes the food and for a second Taehyung's heart stops at his blank expressions. The next moment, Yoongi moans at the delicious taste and Taehyung finally breathes. He's surprised at Yoongi liking the food because Taehyung is a disaster when in the kitchen and he doesn't get how he was able to do so much just with Seokjin's instructions. "I'm seriously shocked. This is so good, Taehyung-ah."

They continue to eat the food in silence, enjoying each other's company. Taehyung has a huge smile on his face, and he keeps staring at the elder, though the smile falters a bit when Yoongi's serious voice rings in his ear. "I want to tell you something."

Taehyung stops eating, observes the elder closely and gives him his undivided attention to listen to whatever Yoongi has to say. The elder looks nervous, eyes shifting and fidgeting with the chopsticks in his hands. "I've decided that I want to take a break from music."

Taehyung is silent. He knows it. All of them do. Seokjin told them all about it, about what Yoongi has been going through. He gives him a soft smile and extends his arm to hold the elder's hand. "I'm proud of you, hyung."

Yoongi looks at him with wet eyes, trying to keep his tears at bay. Taehyung's lips curve up in a gentle smile. "It's okay to pause or walk slowly. It doesn't mean you're giving up, it just means that you don't wanna lose your passion. I know you so well, hyung. I know you're never gonna give up. You inspire me everyday and I'm so happy with your decision."

"You don't need to run and exhaust yourself. It's okay to walk at a slow pace. You'll still walk forward, but will sometimes pause and take a break which is healthy. I'm really proud of you, hyungie."

Taehyung's words seem to touch Yoongi and a few tears roll down his eyes. He mumbles a thank you and smiles. "I've already made a list of what I wanna do with all of us together. We'll have a lot of free time, so we're gonna visit so many places, go out on dates and have so much fun." Yoongi chuckles in between his tears, his gums visible and the sight is so heartbreakingly endearing, Taehyung clutches his heart.

The two finish their dinner, talking and laughing and deciding what they're all going to do during their break. It's so exhilarating, spending time with Yoongi, Taehyung feels recharged and continues to stare at Yoongi who's talking non stop, finding him so fucking adorable.

“I missed you, hyung.” Taehyung says, sitting on the soft mattress and pulling Yoongi on his lap. The elder stares at him as Taehyung circles his arm around his waist prompting Yoongi to curl his around the younger's neck. He cups his face and kisses Taehyung's forehead.

After they're done with the dinner, Taehyung drags Yoongi towards his blanket fort to watch a movie. He's worked so hard on it, spending all his day making it, he just wants to lay down with Yoongi there.

"You were so distant the last few weeks and I missed you so much." Taehyung continues, kissing his hand. "I missed you, too and I'm sorry, Tae. You all are so important to me." Yoongi's eyes water, and seeing the emotions in his eyes, Taehyung kisses him on the lips, not being able to control himself.

"Oh, what I wouldn't give to sleep in your arms tonight." Taehyung breaks the kiss, whispering it near Yoongi's ears. The elder gets flustered, casting his eyes down as blush tints his cheek. Taehyung has a knack for making Yoongi shy and flustered and he knows the elder secretly enjoys it, no matter how much he denies it. So, Taehyung never lets go of the chance. He looks at his eyes, at the wet lashes and presses a few gentle kisses.

"I'm gonna stay the night." Yoongi mumbles, making a huge grin appear on Taehyung's face. He cups the elder's face, smashing his lips against him and softly mumbling, "love you," over and over again.

The night is spent in watching various movies of Yoongi's choice which they're not really paying heed to, finding each other more important and interesting. They're lying in each other's arms, cuddling so close, a messy lump of tangled limbs, Yoongi playing with Taehyung's fingers and Taehyung lovingly staring at him. He kisses his cheeks, softly, steals some kisses over the night while Yoongi's cheeks tinge a soft pink, a color that is slowly becoming Taehyung's favorite.

And he isn't mistaken even in his sleepy haze when Yoongi quietly whispers in his ear, "I love you," mistaking him to be asleep and Taehyung swears his heart stutters as he falls asleep in the elder's arms.

6. ~ The Amusement Park

"You really think you can fool me, hyung?" Hoseok asks with a huge smile on his face. Yoongi avoids looking at him and the younger stands in front of him, blocking his way.

"I did not. You don't want to believe me, fine." Yoongi says with a straight face, avoiding to look at the younger. Hoseok smiles amusedly, finding Yoongi's flustered state a lot interesting. He holds his hand and starts walking again through the crowd.

Hoseok had the last date and he had decided to take Yoongi to an amusement park. He wanted to reserve the whole park but Yoongi wanted to experience it as a normal guy, without any extravagant stuff. So, now they're walking in the park, disguised with caps and masks and Hoseok loves it. He loves spending time with Yoongi.

"So, you're telling me that what I heard, with my own ears, is wrong and you did not specifically ask for the staff during the shoot to call me saying that you need me or otherwise you'll be worn out." Hoseok giggles loudly and Yoongi's whole face gets red. He fumbles with his words, biting his lower lip.

Hoseok laughs heartily, clapping his hands. His squeaky, pitched laughter makes people turn their heads at them. "Shut up." Yoongi says, trying to sound aggressive but he just looks adorable making Hoseok pull his mask down and kiss his cheek. "You're so fucking cute, hyung." Yoongi smiles shyly, blushing furiously.

Hoseok is scared of almost all of the rides but Yoongi is so excited to try them all, he's bouncing in joy, jumping up in excitement and Hoseok doesn't have it in him to refuse the elder. He sees the way Yoongi's eyes twinkle staring at the ferris wheel, sees the way he drags him towards the roller coaster, stomping his feet. Yoongi behaves differently around him and almost all of his boyfriends have told him that.

Hoseok brings out the mischievous and chaotic side of Yoongi, the side which is so rare and endearing. Yoongi is somewhat always filled with energy when he's with him and it might be because of his own undying one. They've been together for so long and he thinks he knows Yoongi inside out by now. They're soulmates, secret keepers, energy bars and the biggest support of each other.

Hoseok looks at Yoongi with a fond smile on his face and his jaw hurts from smiling so much. His heart clenches in his chest at the way Yoongi smiles at him, at the way his eyes shine with so much of love that Hoseok can clearly see. And he lets the elder drag him even to the scariest ride of the amusement park that Hoseok swore he would never sit on.

Hoseok feels his heart might stop beating any moment all throughout the ride. He fears he'll die and clutches onto Yoongi's hand so tightly. The elder keeps laughing at him, enjoying the ride and intertwining their fingers.

The moment they get off of it, Hoseok is so spent. His legs are wobbly, feeling like they'll give out any moment and Yoongi chortles at his state. "You look so funny." Hoseok gives him a deathly glare prompting the elder to laugh louder. "C'mon Hoba, let's go to the horror house."

And Hoseok is a very weak man, so he follows the elder, clinging to him, holding his arm tightly. Yoongi looks at him and seems to change his mind, taking him to the ferris wheel instead.

Hoseok heaves a sigh of relief once they sit in the cabin. Yoongi is smiling at him with what looks like a fond gaze and Hoseok rolls his eyes. "You're so evil, hyung. I could've died."

Yoongi doesn't let go of his hand and Hoseok grips it tightly, knowing that the elder loves holding hands and even skinship but wouldn't ever admit it. "I wouldn't have let you die, baby."

Hoseok snorts at the comment and Yoongi laughs hysterically. "That's so corny, eww." Their laughter echoes in the cabin as they look into each other's eyes. All of a sudden it's silent, Hoseok staring right into Yoongi's deep, brown eyes.

"Thank you." Yoongi mumbles, kissing his hand. "Thank you for making me so happy. I wouldn't have survived a day without all of your support. You mean so much to me, Hoba. I hope you know that."

Hoseok's lips curve up into a small smile. Staring at Yoongi, he leans closer and whispers over his lips. "You mean so much to me too, hyung. I love you." Hoseok says before diving into kissing Yoongi.

He squeezes the elder's hand, pulling him closer by the nape with his other hand. His heart flutters in his chest and he feels warmth spreading all over his body, making it tingle. Yoongi is so special to him, his other half, his human diary and Hoseok wants to spend lifetimes with him, with all of them.

7. ~ The Wedding

Yoongi is happy. He's so, so happy today. Although, he's bound to get nervous and he is, but at the moment, he's trying to not think too much about it. Of course, it's risky, he might get his heart broken but he needs to do it now. It feels like the perfect time and Yoongi thinks the probability of his boyfriends liking it is high. They're in Las Vegas for their four sold out concerts and Yoongi thinks this is the perfect place for his idea. He wants to take them all out on a date now, a date they'll remember forever.

All of them, in the past month, have taken him out on various dates, making him feel so special and bringing happiness to his heart. They tried to cheer him up, tried to help him get through his problems which resulted in them taking a break after their recent concerts, tried to make him feel better about himself and he's so grateful to them. He loves them so much. Though, he doesn't really tell them that a lot but he knows they know. They know the way Yoongi cherishes them, knows the way he loves them, and knows that for him they're the most important, his top priority. For Yoongi, everything comes after his members, his family and his six loves. They all matter so much to him and he thinks he's happier when he's with them.

It's been almost ten years that they've been together. Growing up together, working day and night to achieve their dreams with so much passion, living together for almost a decade has made them so much more closer, in more ways than one. They all are such wonderful humans, so beautiful with hearts of gold, falling in love was inevitable. Yoongi thanks the universe everyday for making them meet. He wouldn't have been here if it were not for them, if they weren't all together in this. And sometimes Yoonhi hopes they know that sometimes his love for them stretches in his chest too much making his heart feel squished.

His chain of thoughts is broken by the loud voices of his boyfriends, getting into the car. He smiles fondly looking at them, his heart swelling with happiness. They all settle in the car after a huge commotion and an irritated Seokjin smacking Jeongguk on his back who groans in pain, whining to Taehyung who kisses his lips to shut him up. Hoseok is radiating, the cheerful smile making hope bloom in Yoongi's heart as the younger talks with Namjoon, animatedly who listens to him with a smile on his face. Jimin is sitting beside him and kisses his lips. "Hey, babydoll." Yoongi can't help but blush, his toes curling.

"I'm taking all of you out on a date." Yoongi says and everyone falls silent. "This is the perfect place to do what I've been thinking for so long and I really hope you'll like it." All of them continue to stare at him, making him feel shy.

"Hyung, I'm gonna love it, whatever it is, I swear." Taehyung says and the rest of them nod, bringing a smile to Yoongi's face.

The rest of the car ride is spent in talking and clinging to each other, praising each other for doing good at the concerts and kissing once or twice maybe.

Soon, they reach the desired location, getting out of the car. Yoongi bites his lip nervously, his heart beating so loudly in his chest. He can hear his own heartbeat as he looks at his boyfriends, trying to gauge their reactions at seeing the venue.

A huge collective gasp is heard and Yoongi feels his heart sink. All of them look at him with widened eyes and opened mouths, shock written all over their faces. Yoongi gulps.

"Before you say anything, I want to say a few things." Yoongi finds enough courage to talk, looking at them one by one.

"I don't say it because I'm shy or I get uncomfortable while sharing my feelings but right now I want to." Yoongi pauses to look at them, inquisitively. He sighs and continues again, "I want to tell you how much you all mean to me, every single one of you. You are important to me, for me to live, for me to breathe. You all are a part of my life that I don't want to lose, ever."

He stops as tears start forming in his eyes, blurring his vision. His chest hurts and he swallows the lump forming in his throat. "My life would be so boring without you. It's so much more fun when we're together." He chuckles lightly, looks at the other's eyes filled with tears.

"You know you feel like home to me, my safe place, my strength. I'm so much more comfortable when I'm with you." Tears cascade down Yoongi's eyes, a few sobs escaping his lips. His boyfriends are crying too, face wet with tears and silently listening to Yoongi's confession. "We've been more than family and you all feel like a place I can always come back to. I love you so much, so, so much. Gosh, I'm so in love with all of you."

Yoongi feels so light, letting his emotions out and crying so freely in front of them. He knows he can be vulnerable, they'll never judge him. "I know this might sound very sudden to you or you'll probably find it weird but I'd like to laugh and cry with you for the rest of my life." Yoongi says, choking on a sob. He looks at them and kneels down, taking out a star shaped locket. "Will you marry me?"

The moment Yoongi asks the question, there's a string of yes and I love you and sounds of very loud sniffles and whimpers. The rest of them embrace Yoongi in a warm, giant hug and his smile widens. He's grinning from ear to ear, so, so happy at knowing the others all want the same thing. He makes them wear the locket, one for each and the happiness on their faces makes his heart jump in glee.

"Oh my god, I didn't expect this from you, hyung." Jimin says, sniffing loudly. The elder's smile turns shy. They all kiss him one by one, on his cheeks, his eyes, his lips, all over his face and Yoongi basks in the attention, his stomach swarming with butterflies.

"I'd love to call all of you my husbands, oh my god." Taehyung screams loudly, squealing and wiping his tears.

Jeongguk stands beside Yoongi, pulling him closer by his waist. "I love you so much, hyung. And I love all of you so much, I don't ever want to be away from you." Yoongi tears up at his genuine confession, pecking his lips.

"Yoongi-ah, you made all of us lose. Your date, wait, should I call it a wedding?" Yoongi is confused at his words, but finds the others chuckling.

"Honestly, hyung's date gets the highest rating. None of our dates can surpass this. This is the best." Hoseok says, pressing a kiss to Yoongi's forehead.

"What are you all talking about?" Yoongi asks, his eyebrows pinching together. All of them chortle a laugh and Namjoon starts speaking. "It was us being silly, hyung. We took you out on dates and had this challenge between us of who would get the highest ratings. We just wanted to distract you from your problems and make you feel better, but I think your date gets the highest rating."

Yoongi laughs at their cuteness, adoring them. "You all are so cute."

When they get into the car again and drive through the drive-thru wedding lane, Yoongi's heart thuds loudly against his chest. He is so fucking happy that there's not enough words he can describe his happiness in.

And soon they exchange the vows, and then kiss each other, the officiator announcing them husbands and Yoongi has never been this happy in his life, feeling so giddy at the word, husband. This is the best day of his life. And he doesn't care if the marriage is not legal in their own country, doesn't care if it's just a formality, a paper work. All he cares about is that he gets to call them his husbands now. His six beautiful and charming husbands.
