Ladybug quickly looked around for her partner, but he seemed to be running late. She couldn't linger all night even if there weren't any akumas. She had a huge test she had to study for. She couldn't afford a low score. So she left a folded-up pink message on the ground before she bounced back home.
Only minutes later did Chat Noir show up. He was furious he'd missed Bugaboo by mere minutes. It wasn't challenging enough to escape his home to begin with. Now he'd missed his chance to spend the night with his lady! Then he detected the note on the ground. He picked up, his ears perked up, and a blush spread across his face as he read his lady's words.
"Lady luck is she, for in her hands is the power of creativity.
Her lover is in black and only knows how to act as a lazy cat.
Can they ever see beyond the veil their magic cast and come together at last?
Is hope to be found in the City of Lights as the sun goes down?
