----- Clash of Light & Dark -----
(X*** - A Place Covered in Darkness)
Somewhere in a place void of light wherein perpetual darkness span as far as the eye can see a young boy with a spiky salmon color hair jolted up from lying down.
"It's dark, Where am I? Hey thunder jerk! I know your scared of the great Natsu Dragneel the son of Igneel! Come out and even if you don't I'm gonna Fire Dragon Iron Fist your butt!" Natsu yelled in frustration as from what he remembered he was in a fight with 'thunder jerk' when suddenly out of the blue he notice a quite sound of sparks coming not to far from him.
Wasting no time and trusting in his senses Natsu immediately run towards its location not minding the fact that he was walking in endless darkness as what's more important to him is teaching the so called thunder jerk a lesson for playing a trick on him.
The sparking sounds grew loud and pretty soon a swirling golden light slowly materialize and expanded to the size enough for a person's hand to fit inside.
"There you are thunder-jerk! Have a taste of my FIRE DRAGON IRON FIIIISSSTTTTT!" Natsu shouted while running and coating his fist in fire as the moment he gets close to the swirling light with sparks the thunder jerk is getting a punch from him.
However, contrary to what was planned when Natsu's fist was about to get in contact with the light, the light grew to a size larger and bigger than him emitting rays of golden light followed by a blinding explosion.
"Hey, Thunder jerk! This is not funny! Stop all this light show? Once all this light is gone I will show why you shouldn't mess with me." Natsu threatened out loud while crossing out both his arms to shield his eyes from the blinding lights
Finally, after what felt like an eternity for Natsu the light finally died down and as he opened his eyes he is shocked as from where once the golden swirl of light now stood the prettiest girl he had ever laid his eyes upon and his heart pounded very hard.
"Whoaa! Who is she? And those long blond hair... Heck this girl is taller and way more prettier than the demon Erza and evil Mira both combined!" Natsu uttered in amazement as this the first time he has seen a girl whether it be at the guild, in Magnolia or even in missions looking that amazing and breath-taking.
The said girl illuminating this very dark and dreary place with her very presence is a super petite, very curvaceous, and most of all gigantic of about 6 feet tall in human height with luscious, long, shiny, and wavy blonde hair flowing down to her knees.
She is currently the tallest girl in Natsu's list, but of course he has meet people who's heights are unbelievable to believe without seeing and meeting them at first hand like Master Makarov who can grew into the size of a giant and Igneel without a doubt as being a dragon, his size is like a mountain.
Judging by the girl's outfit of which from Natsu's limited mind is not what a normal person would wear, a long, tight fitting, but flowy golden dress with strange white markings that will definitely put all of the clothes the demon Erza has to shame.
Over all, the girl standing elegantly with everything that has been described so far truly radiates power something along the lines of royalty and or holy, one that will make the evil Mira think twice before fighting.
Now, if only the said girl would finally open her eyes so that Natsu can see what color they are not that he wants to know in a weird way or anything, but from the very beginning of appearing suddenly she has her eyes closed and it would be cool to know if its because there is power in her eyes.
As Natsu continue to observe the girl something strange and benevolent has happened as when the girl decided to finally open her eyes the whole place turned from dark to light in sync to reveal the beautiful emerald color of her eyes.
This sort of event in both literature and religion would be classified as a divine phenomenon and the girl as a holy figure for vanquishing the perpetual darkness and bringing light to this place.
Natsu was so mesmerized by the girl's eyes that he couldn't help but stare at them as in all his life he has never seen someone which such striking green eyes and looking closely at those eyes he can somehow tell that they are brimming with life and joy.
"Wow! Her eyes is so beautiful! Hey, Miss! Over here!" Natsu complimented as he called to the girl referring to her as 'Miss' due to not knowing her name and calling her 'Girl' with the appearance she has would be rude so take that Ice for Brains as Natsu knows his manners well.
The Miss as if hearing Natsu's voice turned to his direction and suddenly she floated even without wings and began soaring throughout the vast light much like a dragon, but very different from them as she flew so elegantly and sparkly.
Natsu is amazed by what he is witnessing that he suddenly recalled something he had read from one of Levy's many book, "Out of all the Magical Creature in existence, Fairies are considered the most magical of them all. They are beautiful creatures of light, powerful, alluring, mysterious and so playful."
As the Miss continue soaring in the endless light Natsu decided to ask who and what she is however before he can do so he finds himself suddenly floating and pretty soon the Miss is already flying in his direction and swirling playfully around him.
"Hey, Miss are you a fairy? If so nice to meet you! I am Natsu Dragneel of the Fairy Tail Guild!" Natsu questioned as he introduce himself and now in close proximity Natsu instinctively could feel the light and tender aura that she is giving like someone he can trust and rely on.
Instead of a reply, Natsu found himself all alone when suddenly a black hole appeared and the light surrounding was invaded by specs of black as the black hole consume the light and growing in size.
From the black hole emerged a fiery ball of black fire that although is still fire made Natsu hesitate to eat it due to the scary feeling he is getting, "I have a bad feeling about that, so let's fight fire with fire!"
Curious to know how his fire will fare against the black fire Natsu quickly concentrate and put both his hands closer to his mouth forming a pipe in preparation for his attack, "FIRE DRAGON'S ROOOOAAAARRRR!"
From within Natsu's mouth burst forth fires burning hotter than most fires compacted in a fiery vertical cylindrical shape travelling to counter the incoming black flames.
The fiery draconic fire collided with the black ball of flame and instead of pushing it back or an explosion to occur the black flames swallowed the attack and disintegrate making Natsu stop in shock.
The shock didn't stop there as with the black hole after consuming enough light from the surrounding grew to the size much like how big the golden swirl of light was before exploding.
Anticipating an explosion Natsu decided to cover both his eyes, however before he can do so a dreary feeling washed over him and he was paralyzed in fear. Soon after the sounds of footsteps echoed and a boy slowly emerge from the black hole.
The boy that emerge from the portal is very muscular as evident of his exposed well toned chest and abdominal muscles. He seems to be a little taller than the Miss from before and has dark hair and eyes.
One thing to note about this individual is that he seems to be the exact opposite of the girl as although he also wear the same clothes his version is in pure black with the same white pattern and a robe that exposed his upper body.
The entire surrounding with the arrival of the boy has now become dominated with darkness once more and as he walk forward Natsu couldn't help, but feel the dread and despair he is giving while smiling.
"Dddooon't cccoomee anny clllooser! Don't hhhuurt me plllease!" Natsu pleaded to the boy with his body shaking and scared as the boy has a different vibe from the girl and much worse than when both Demon Erza and Evil Mira are smiling like a true devil incarnate.
Natsu's pleading didn't seem to work as the boy continue walking and with nothing else he can do to stop the boy Natsu closes his eyes while raising his arms in an X position to protect his face and when he felt nothing happened he slowly opened his eyes and was surprised.
Natsu's surrounding was completely black and the boy was now gone and as opposed to what he was feeling moments ago of being paralyzed and in fear, the darkness felt very comforting for him and warm, somewhat familiar which is very strange.
"Huh? Where did he go and what's with all this darkness? It's not that creepy and I felt like I know this..." Natsu muttered to himself confused as to where the black boy was and instead of being scared of this darkness that envelopes him, Natsu relax himself waiting for what's next to happen.
Natsu then heard a rushing sound from behind him and as he turn around 13 golden orbs of light are travelling very fast towards him and expecting an attack he tried to coat his hands in fire, however nothing happened and pretty soon the orbs are upon him.
The 13 orbs of light surrounded Natsu and instead of an attack they circled him and to the fire user's surprise each orb seems to have a life of their own with how they try to fight each other in occupying the positions that's on his eye level.
Natsu tried to get a feel of some of the orbs in front of him to which he felt his hands getting wet, being shaken, getting sand, being pulled, and being drag down from the heaviness amongst others as the orbs seems to have innate powers of their own.
Natsu's interaction with the 13 golden orbs brought the color of light once more to the surrounding, however darkness isn't one to back down as its fighting back to not be consumed and soon afterwards a rushing sound echoed behind the fire user.
When Natsu turn around the rushing sound turned out to be a new set of 13 orbs coming from the light side, but this time the new orbs are pitched black in color and are all heading towards him.
The 13 light orbs floated above Natsu and like soldiers ready for battle they all flew towards the 13 dark orbs and as they all collided with one another the fire user's perspective changed liked he is being pulled back.
Natsu now found himself standing in between the clashing light and dark, a clear invisible line that separates the 2 sides, however two things that stands out the most are the boy and girl from before standing at the very center of their opposite affinity surrounded by the previously clashing set of orbs.
"Are they about to fight? They both seem strong, but I'll definitely be rooting for the girl!" Natsu voice out loud as one thing that excites him are magic battles and in this battle no offence meant to the boy, but he has a feeling that the girl will win as light triumphs over darkness.
The battle started with the black boy making the first move with one of his dark orbs on his palm. He threw the orb which soon let out a gigantic black flower with humungous vines and thorns heading towards the girl.
In retaliation, the girl with one of her light orbs swing her hand like a sword making a slice generating a big golden and glistening pulsing beam traveling very fast and striking through the gigantic black flower and its body thereby destroying the attack completely.
The giant beam now heading towards the boy would make everyone run for the lives, but the boy is unfazed and as the beam closes in on him it suddenly stopped and the culprit is none other than a new black orb floating in front of the boy.
The boy and the black orb glowed followed by the giant beam as it became bigger and becoming more potent and powerful. When the glow subsided the now enhanced giant beam turned around and began traveling back towards the girl more faster than before.
The girl unworried by this new threat raises her right palm with a new golden orb at the front. An invisible pressure was release , one that is so strong that upon contact with the beam, it refracted the attack into a thousand pieces.
"Are they really wizards? They're crazy strong! If I can ask them to teach me magic then I can beat the Demon Erza, Evil Mira, and Thunder jerk Laxus." Natsu commented in excitement as one th ing that always irritated him is that he never won against those three, but if he could learn from this two he can beat them and maybe even the old man.
The fragmented beams then became unmoving and steady. Upon resumption of movement their trajectories changed and like a strong attraction pulling them the thousand beams headed straight towards the black boy.
The dark boy raised his hand now with a new dark orb and upon contact with the first beam that reached him an explosion happened. The first explosion generated successive explosions, a very giant one covering the range of the thousand fragmented beams.
Amazed by what he is seeing and to not be blinded by the light generated by the explosion Natsu closed his eyes and shielded them with his hands and once the explosion and light subsided he opened his eyes.
Natsu now found himself in a very dangerous situation as he is standing at the very center and in between the titans of light and dark of whom it seems are charging their most strongest attack.
"I really have to get out of here, forget about being taught by them in magic. This maybe their last attack and I don't want to get caught in it." Natsu muttered to himself as witnessing their fight and the landscape being swallowed by their charging power the next attack will definitely spell doom for him.
Unfortunately, Natsu is face with a big problem just as the dark boy and light girl finished their preparation, "Whats happening to me? My body I cccaan't movve!"
"Move! Damn it! Move..." Natsu desperately tried as now the titans of light and dark each launched gigantic light beam and a gigantic dark beam respectively and are both heading towards him for being in the way of their trajectories.
As the attacks about to collide, Natsu closed his eyes as this is the only thing he can do and to his surprise he feels fine and once again that strange feeling of familiarity like warm and protectiveness wash over him and as he opened his eyes he is met with a beautiful scenery.
Natsu of whom was mesmerized and captivated by his surrounding suddenly heard an angelic and feminine voice but he doesn't fully understand what she is saying.
" Sou charízo, Neráida Nklíter! "
"What is it? What are you trying to say? Please speak clearly!" Natsu told to the voice as from his perspective the girl's voice is speaking gibberish and gentle, but with a voice of authority and power like how Master Makarov is when doing his speeches.
" Chrisimopoíisé to gia na féreis fos sto skotádi. "
As the voice finished speaking the blending light and dark turned into gold and soon afterwards emitting blinding glow that swallowed Natsu and everything in sight while from a distant the girl from before smiled while holding an orb in her hand and vanished.
