Chapter Text
So basically, here is some housekeeping work I want to get out of the way before we start the story. If you want to skip this chapter, go do so! This chapter will not influence the story in any way.
This story started in a discord server, with people that had absolutely nothing to do. Since I was bored and didn’t feel like doing anything important, I decided to “host” a hunger games, with Cookie duos from Cookie Run. Naturally, I would rely on a discord server for cookies, so I asked in a server called “The Cookie Oven”. Interested, the people online at the time would also ask for me to share to them what’s going on. So, everyone that was online spent the next hour reacting to whatever happened in the Hunger Games. After the games, I had a brilliant idea of turning the events that had happened into a story.
So, voila! That’s the backstory. But, let's explain more about what will happen.
Each “day” chapter, except the First Day, will start with the remaining teams. Then, I will write what happened. At the end of any chapter, I will post the events told by the bot. At the end of the “night” chapter, I will post the deaths. Every two “night” chapters, I will post the standings.
If this series gets enough support, I will release more chapters regularly, two or three chapters every Friday, at Noon EDT.
And with all that out of the way, let the games begin!
