"I'm home" Jungkook said as soon as he opened the door "Welcome home" a voice coming from the living room said.
Jungkook took of his shoes and hang his coat at the coat rack by the door. He walked to the living room and saw Yoongi at the couch reading a book.
Jungkook went to him and kissed his forehead "Hello". Yoongi looked up and smiled at him " hi, there's dinner for you at the table." "hmm thanks."
Jungkook went to their bedroom, took some clothes and went to the shower. After drying his hair, he went to the kitchen and ate the dinner Yoongi prepared for him. He washed the dishes as soon as he finished eating.
He went to the living room and sat beside Yoongi, "The food was delicious, thank you." Yoongi smiled at him "You're welcome."
The both of them stayed quiet with the comfortable silence surrounding them for a few minutes.
Jungkook looked up from his phone and stared at Yoongi who was still reading a book right beside him. "Hey" Jungkook called for Yoongi's attention "did I ever tell you that your eyes are pretty?" "What?" Yoongi looked up from his book and stared at Jungkook "your eyes, they're pretty." Jungkook said while smiling.
Yoongi closed his book and turned to Jungkook "Interesting, go on talk more." Jungkook laughed and hit Yoongi's shoulder gently "sure darling but remember you were the one who told me to explain deeper."
"Wai-"
"Shh"
"So how do I even start this" Jungkook said while laughing nervously "you can start by sa-" "SHH" Yoongi sighed.
"It's in your eyes that I know" "know what?" Yoongi asked while raising an eyebrow "know that you love me."
"Jungkook wha-"
"shhh, just let me talk okay."
"Sometimes" Jungkook started "when we talk you know how I just go on?" "yeah, you won't stop talking when you're too invested in the topic" "you love me" Jungkook said, Yoongi looked at him fondly "that I do."
Jungkook stared at Yoongi "SEE THAT'S THE LOOK" "huh?" Yoongi said, confused by Jungkook's sudden outburst.
"You look at me with so much fond in your eyes, with so much love" "Ju-" Jungkook put a finger on Yoongi's lip to shut him up "let me talk.
"Sometimes I just catch you staring at me with THAT look and I go soft all inside and it makes me even tear up because" Jungkook stopped, trying to calm himself down "because?" Yoongi asked, encouraging him to continue.
"because with your eyes alone I can already understand a lot. your eyes tell me that you love me. your eyes tell me so much that I can't even convey it into words" Jungkook said while trying not to cry.
"Hey, look at me" Yoongi said and took Jungkook's hand. Jungkook looked at Yoongi and gasped because there it is. Jungkook is not sure in a lot of things but he is sure that in Yoongi's eyes right now, love is there.
"Hyung" "Jungkook-ah you know that I love you right?" Jungkook giggled "I know" "and you know that I'm not that good with words, right? "I know" Yoongi wiped the tears escaping from Jungkook's eyes
"so I'm fucking glad to know that there is one more way to express my feelings for you."
Jungkook looked at him with wide eyes and smiled "ahh hyung, that's so soft of you." "shut up." Jungkook laughed "I love you hyung" "hmm love you too" Yoongi said and kissed Jungkook's forehead.
