Dazai should of known something was wrong when Oda didnt return from their mission, he knew the younger male was capable of handling themselves yet the entire time something felt off and yet he couldn't put his finger on it.....which is why he rushes out of his office after trying to call the redhead on his phone and got no answer.
The mafia boss didnt know how long he had been searching for but he eventually found Oda on the riverbank.....laying motionlessly on their front....with a large pool of their own blood around them, the sight caused his amber eye to widen. "ODASAKU" he cries out rushing over to the motionless male, not caring if his clothes got bloodied when he knelt down to the other.
Carefully Dazai turned Oda over, a stab wound to the younger male's side and a bullet to their liver and kidney....vital organs....they stood a chance in surviving. "0-0da..." he says brokenly as lifeless azure eyes stares upwards, the others now pale skin cold to the touch as he gently closed the redheads eyes and held the young boy close as a cry of anguish leaves him, damn it how could he let this happen?.....how could he have failed to pinpoint that off feelings and had unknowingly sent Odasaku to their death....
What was a life without meaning.....to Dazai, Oda was that meaning but with the young redhead deceased and still in his arms he didnt see a point in continuing to live in this oxidising world.
Picking Oda up into his arms Dazai climbed into the river. "...wait for me Odasaku I'll be with you shortly" he murmurs softly to the boy in his arms not expecting an answer from a lifeless corpse.
Drawing his gun Dazai puts the gun to this own head and pulls the trigger causing a loud gunshot to sound, his body falling back into the river with the young redhead in his arms as the rivers current took them away...
