Aw, hell. I'm a biologist, I've gone by Sci for something like ten years now, but have now changed pseuds for Reasons having to do with my main one melding with my legal ID. (Still me, though!) You can find me at Dreamwidth; I don't do tumblr, and a glance at my old (non-fannish) tumblr writingfromfactorx will probably explain why. I've been lurking in fannish spaces since about 2003, but this is my first time actually writing. Let's see how it goes.
A grison, incidentally, is a Central American weaselly thing that occupies about the same kind of ecological niche as a honey badger. Similar reputation, too.
