Summary
It’s not fair, he thinks, rubbing his dry eyes shut. It’s not fair that this happens to kids.
But this is his reality. This is a world he willingly entered, a world where he sees this happen and does his best to protect them from the consequences.
And damned if he doesn’t do that for Izuku.
(OR)
Aizawa Shouta thought it would be a routine raid, one that would dismantle another hideout of the League of Villains. He didn't expect to come across a wounded child, the same age as his first year students.
He definitely didn't expect to get attached.Series

How A Quirk Discrimination Talk Broke An Entire Class by belicorn123

Summary
Aizawa never knew what to expect each year when it came time for him to give the lesson on quirk discrimination. Some years this has been the lesson where he had expelled the most students in one go. Other times he scheduled a class group therapy session as it had been a shock to all of the students. More often though, it was a fifty/fifty split and Aizawa was forced to step in and break up fights. He knew that for one of his students, Shinsou, this topic would hit close to home, so he planned to make sure everyone knew his zero tolerance policy for it.
What he didn’t plan for was the discovery that Shinsou was far from the only one this topic would hit close to home for.
TW: Discrimination, implied SH, Su!cide rates, implied past suicide attempt

A Cosplayer’s Dream Assignment by belicorn123

Summary
Izuku could barely hold in the bundle of excitement that he felt when he heard the assignment. A full day disguise assignment. They had to make a disguise and wear it, while acting in character, for an entire day. They could be anyone, real or fake, but they had to have a solid background understanding, and if it was real, they had to act like the person, although the voices could change.
It was pretty much Izuku’s dream assignment. Especially when Aizawa said that if anyone impressed him enough, they would get to join him for a small undercover mission he was going on a week afterwards. Izuku was desperate to see how that kind of operation would go. He had to win.
Luckily, Izuku had one thing no one else did. Over a decade of cosplay experience.
OR:
Izuku is an insanely skilled cosplayer and has been waiting his whole life to show off his favourite costume to his favourite hero (of course it had to be perfect)

Summary
Being a vigilante was one thing. Izuku was good at that. Izuku knew how to do that. Being a normal teenager? That was a LOT more complicated.
It was bad enough that Eraserhead had caught him, let alone that the underground hero had realised that the reason he was a vigilante despite his age was because he had to be awake at night. It was too dangerous to sleep on the streets in the nights. That discovery of course had led to Eraserhead realising not only was Izuku homeless, he also hadn’t been going to school since the event- the event of course being after the sludge villain attack when he had gotten kicked out by Inko for being too reckless.
Eraserhead, being the obnoxiously caring hero he was, decided to take Izuku in, which in theory would be fine, but in practice? It was bullshit.

OR:Quirkless Vigilante Izuku gets adopted by Aizawa (much to his annoyance) and dedicates himself to becoming the worlds biggest flight risk
