Fandom lifespan started from lj and ff.net. It was lemon, het, seme-uke, slash, no tags, one portmanteau for ship names—sometimes with + or /—back in my day, lmao. AO3 tags are a total life-saver when you grew up without 'em.
I have a large swamp of ships and fandoms, and they vary from time to time. Also, I have much more bookmarked fanfictions here than I let on through recs... I still touch grass on the daily, yes.
