Bio
I'm enchantedsleeper, and I've been writing fic for most of my life (even before I knew what it was) and publishing it online since 2005. I started out posting to Fanfiction.net, though the first site I read fic on - and my entry point into fandom - was Quizilla. I joined AO3 in 2011, and have also published fic on various Harry Potter fanfic sites and Gaia Online. My first fandom was Rurouni Kenshin; these days I read and write a lot of MCU and The Strange Case of Starship Iris.
I can be a terribly inconsistent writer (*side-eyes my many unfinished multi-chapter fics*) with more plot bunnies than sense, but I'm slowly mastering the art of the ficlet (also known as "Just Write the Damn Thing"). I love writing, and comments and reader enthusiasm inspire me no end :D Come squee about fandom with me! I'm also doing something (I'm not sure what yet, but I'm having fun) over on the SquidgeWorld Archive, and you can find my vids posted to YouTube and Vidders.net.
I'm a huge fan of fans transforming and building upon each other's work, and I hereby give blanket permission for anyone to translate my work or otherwise adapt it (e.g. into podfic), create fanworks of my fic, remix or transform it. I would love to know if you do, and please do credit me as the creator of the originating fic!
