Silco huffed, with some sorrow he pointed out, “Did you notice that you don’t speak of Zaun anymore? It’s all Undercity, Lanes, Narrows and Fissures?”
“Because it’s not Zaun," Vander said, matter-of-factly, "Not yet anyway. But I have faith that we’ll get there someday.”
As Silco got up to follow Vander to bed, he thought desperately that something needed to change soon, or nothing ever would.
That change came the next day.
