Summary
About a week ago a merman was found severely injured on the beach, it was rescued and healed and then put in the nearby aquarium. As the Mer are an intelligent species an announcement was made that a reward will be given to the person(s) who can successfully communicate with the merman.
That's not Kaveh's problem though because he's got a mid-term project to finish in record time so he can soak up the artistic inspiration of the wonderfully arranged aquarium tanks and definitely not get this damn merman to just TELL HIM what decorations he would be willing to put up in the hovel he's currently holed up in.
Honestly, he put in all this effort to teach him how to sign to him what his favorite color is and all the brat will do is tell him that decor is useless unless it serves a function.
