Summary
An alternate history where, instead of society functioning after the emergence of quirks, everything outside of the large cities collapsed. Now, over a hundred years later, things have remained mostly the same. People find ways to survive in and out of cities, alone or together. This tells the story of two quirk users who have less than sociable changes, leading them to run from home for their own reasons.
These two will end up being great for each other and awful for literally everyone else they come into contact with.
