It is surprising to me that I joined AO3 in 2012.
But not so surprising to remember that BBC Sherlock Series 2 aired January that year, with "The Reichenbach Fall" as the last episode. After that it went into 2 years of hiatus - leaving its fandom in angst. Lots of people were writing fantastic fanfictions and meta (how did Sherlock do it?) to while away the time.
That time, I joined as a reader, and remained so. Then, after BBC Sherlock returned in 2014, I forgot about AO3 for a long time.

Now in 2024, it was Murderbot Diaries that brought me back here after a very long time. And this time, I am bursting to put my thoughts to words. So here I am.
