Summary
Expectations denied, dreams crushed… How beautiful. There was little sweeter, and Sasuke seemed to recognize it as he scowled. At least it was a polite, refined sort of scowl. Sakura was trying to emulate Naruto for some reason with her exuberant declarations of unfairness, while Naruto himself had just rolled his eyes in exasperation.
“Is he always like this?”
Naruto nodded smugly. “You’ll get used to it.”
He was being ignored. How very uncute.

“Sounds like a good idea to me” Utakata raised his hand from where he sat, covering Yagura with a blanket.
“Well not to me, we could steal information from our villages that way” Yugito folded her arms refusing to look at Killer bee's pleading face.
“No villages, who hate us anyway. Let's just be us” Fuu nodded at Naruto's words.
Yagura pulled the blanket wrapped around him tighter before giving the children a fragile smile. “It's fine with me too.”
Han and Yugito looked at each other. It seemed they were the only sane ones in the group.

“I really wish...I could have saved them too.”
The conclusion of the last battle at the Valley of the End goes a little differently.
Although Sasuke and Naruto finally see eye to eye, the latter doesn't survive their final bout.
Filled with regret and having promised to bring peace in Naruto's absence, Sasuke takes the only path he believes could achieve that goal.Going back in time to rescue all the Jinchuriki that he can, Naruto included.

Summary
Kakashi is planning out his vacation after Naruto's Hokage ceremony ( which is more than a few years away) when trouble decides to come to town - and Kakashi decides that his life is not messy enough and decides to follow it. Which obviously causes enough chaos that Kakashi wants to now single handedly make things right in a reality which is a lot more messed up than his. But hey, at least in this one, all his genin have their limbs attached to their bodies and his dead teammates being alive is just a minor inconvenience.
Boy, he cannot wait to get back home or rather - to his own reality.

The morning Minato arrived earlier than Kakashi for training was not the same morning Minato expected to find his student crouched over and holding an eye in his hand.
(Kakashi had just woken up and already promptly broke down over it five times in the short span of time it took for him to open his eyes and realize his predicament. It's fine, everything is fine. Everything will be fine. He can fix the past, change the future. None of his precious people has to die, Madara can shove his frail old body down in a ditch, and his students can get the lives they've long deserved to have.

Summary
The crux of the matter is that Kakashi’s old. By the time he finally gives up the hat, he’s nearly forty and growing older, and while he’s faced death too many times to still remember to fear it, he certainly thinks about it. He can’t help it. He blames the Nidaime — staring at Senju Tobirama’s reanimated face reminds Kakashi of everything that will die with him: his clan, their history, an entire generation. The realization leaves him unsettled, and as his body starts to ache more and more, he finds himself wishing for a world in which he isn’t so alone.
Or, Kakashi returns to the Hatake compound in an attempt to speak with his ancestors and promptly forgets that the Hiraishin is, above all else, an experimental time/space jutsu. By activating it, he finds himself in a world not quite like his own.
