And along with everything else, he seems to be falling for his fellow co-parent and rebel companion...

Alexsandr Kallus, the Coruscanti officer, gets captured and sold as the slave on the Outer Rim. He lands himself in the hands of cruel Lasat Vrolem, who eventually, tired with his rebellious attitude and multiple escape attempts, gifts him to his friend Garazeb Orrelios.

Summary
Kallus and Zeb have an uncomfortable conversation with some Lasan survivors, about what the future should should look like.
This story is a response to some comments or stories I've seen in the past, about whether Zeb has a responsibility to have kits with another Lasan survivor. Been thinking about it for awhile.
(I am lucky to have not been a survivor of genocide, so I have had to use my imagination for how the lasat characters may have responded to what happened on Lasan. And I know this sounds silly, but I am not judging my fictional characters for their response. I hope my ideas aren't offensive, it is a bit difficult to tell.)
I also hope this is a good enough explanation of the topic for people to decide whether or not they want to read it. If not, I'm sorry. I know this is a sensitive subject.

Garazeb Orrelios was Lord of the Esvan moon of Lasan and every inch a warlord. He was brutally strong, savage in battle, and surrounded by servants, slaves, and tributes. But appearances could hide many things. Shielded by his reputation as an Imperial tyrant, Zeb was one of the strongest fighters in the Rebellion. Every slave he freed was offered a place in his household and military training if they wanted it. He built an army of warriors and spies that sabotaged the Empire at every turn.
When Zeb liberates Alexsandr Kallus from a brothel on Coruscant, the man quickly becomes one of his closest companions and deadliest assassins. But when Zeb begins to fall in love with Kallus, he must decide if it is right to love someone so accustomed to being used. Could he live with himself if Kallus joined him in bed out of a sense of obligation instead of love?
