After a few months of Mason being at college he had not gotten a call from Tex in awhile, so he calls the house. Which he finds out the house had been sold because it was abandoned. He had no clue what had happened to text, when he got in contact with his pops he had told him Tex ran away and figured he was dad.
Or Mason starts to suffer from grief hallucinations because he was convinced Tex had died.

Marcia gets into an argument with her boyfriend Randy who mentions the name of a certain greaser that Marcia met at the drive in a while back , the argument resolves in a breakup and Marcia cant stop thinking about that greaser Randy mentioned , she remembers how he laughed and joked with her , placed his jacket on her shoulders and asked for her number , she gave it to him but he never called , remembering this Marcia decides to find the greaser and confront him.

When Marcia got a job waitressing at The Dingo, the local diner, to spite her father after he said “real ladies don’t work”, she hadn't expected to enjoy it so much. She was working her usual Saturday night shift and the place was crowded, every table was filled with teenagers, truck drivers, and tradition. All except for one table. An older boy in a green T-shirt and camo pants sat alone in a booth in Marcia’s section, a large duffel filling the seat across from him.
OR
Two-Bit is about to leave for bootcamp when he meets Marcia, a nice waitress who offers to be the person he can write honest letters to when he ships out.

Summary
Michael Ponyboy Miller was born into money. He was what the town of Tulsa, Oklahoma, called a "soc". He used to have the perfect life, with a loving mom and dad to spoil him rotten. But one day, his mom was killed in a car accident where she was hit by a train while crossing the tracks to the east side of town, and Michael lost everything after that. His mom, his friends, his dad, and his happiness.
It seems like nothing will ever get better, but when he makes friends with a timid greaser who is so much like him, life seems to turn around. Even though Michael despises greasers after their turf took his mother away from him, he still wants to give them a chance because he has nothing else to lose. Maybe, just maybe, he might find a new family this way, too.

My contribution for the Outsiders Secret Santa 2025! My giftee requested Johnny, Ponyboy, and Dally having fun in an everyone-lives AU. Johnny is paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair, and also lives with the Curtises!
As a note, I am not a wheelchair user myself, so if there are any inaccuracies I apologize! I wrote this in Ponyboy's POV, and he's having some confusing feelings and guilt about Johnny being unable to walk, and I want to be clear that this is Ponyboy processing his feelings, and not my personal feelings. I also want to point out that there is one usage of the C-slur, mentioned by Ponyboy as something said by Johnny's parents.
