He stood up sudenly losing a bit of his balance and having to lean on the nighstand to avoid falling. Looking around he saw that the screen of the TV (everyone in the mindscape has a TV on their rooms that allows them to see what is Thomas doing at the time) was shattered and a broken bottle of wine was resting on the floor near it, speaking of the floor, it was al covered with scattered documents all around it.
Wine, right Logic had been drinking last night.
The memories came back to him. Last night Logic was organizing something (probably an schedule) while drinking some wine and ranting to himsself. He remembers being present enough that he could also taste it and it was pretty good, sure he is more of a vodka guy but their mutual love of alcoholic beverages is one of the few things him and Logic can agree with.

It was just a note, nothing more than a love confession. It had been reprinted and posted everywhere for everyone to see. Who knew the words "I love you" could do so much damage to the kingdom and its rulers. He had to race to save the one he loved from hanging in the gallows. As he ran through the castle halls tears streaming down his face when he reached the courtyard only to see his Father had already imprisoned his lover in the stockade of the guillotine. Roman cried out, "Stop!" Just as he the executioner was about to let down the rope. Roman climbed up on the dais, it was bad enough they were punishing him but they had to make it a public affair as well to set an example. Roman slowly laid his body over his lover his face tear streaked looking up at his Father. "If you execute him you'll have to execute me too. I will not live my life without him in it any longer." He knew his Father was cruel, he just hoped he wouldn't let the rope swing.

Virgil watched with erratic breathing as the crowd around him cleared out, but as the door to the cage stayed shut. He looked around and around at the crowd space around him, trying to figure out what the hell was going on, but he was coming up short. He couldn’t pick out anything specific until he saw, in one aisle of seats, a set of lights. Bright, like flashlights, moving, and approaching him.
Virgil squinted and eventually looked away from them, trying to save his eyes as well as his ears. He took a deep breath in, not trying to freak out any more, but then he heard metal creaking.
