The Winchester brothers are getting chased by the FBI, specifically the Behavioral Analysis Unit that contains the secretly FtM Spencer Reid. The brothers are stopped in Virginia, Quantico isn't that far.
Spencer still battles with his newly male identity, having his surgery just before entering the academy. The only ones who know are Gideon, Hotch, and Garcia as Spencer doesn't want to seem out of place in this new start at life.

There is probably a mistake after all, as Dean is under the impression that grad school (for someone who isn't a slightly traumatized redneck with a GED from the Midwest) is supposed to be a breezy five years where you do some science, take some classes, and BAM, suddenly you're a scientist. With the help of a certain angel and others, he realizes that no one actually feels that way.

Dean Winchester's love of dance led him to build a tailor-made life: during the day he worked at Bobby's garage, and in the afternoons and evenings he worked as a dance instructor at the dance school Benny built from scratch.
The school is housed in one of the main gyms of Sioux Falls thanks to Balthazar, their mentor. So when Balthazar asks Benny for a favor, Benny has only one option: ask Dean to help Balthazar's protégée perfect some aspects of his Latin American dances for an upcoming competition.
