Summary
[Some things are different here from the original. The Vethalam tells the story of people who's fates will be decided according to Vikramadithyan's answer. The no-speaking rule isnt here. Vikramadithyan can not move towards where he needs to go without the Vethalam, so he needs him to come with him.
And Vikramadithyan's counterpart/re-incarination is named "Adi" here, and the Vethalam is referred to as "V".]

Its half English and half Tamil, பேச்சு வழக்கு (Spoken Tamil), which is basically just Tanglish.[I'm actually developing a full on AU with the help of a friend]
