Eraserhead grunts. “Why’s the HPSC interested in him?”
“They’re not. Not in the way you’re thinking. They fear him. It’s said he knows more then what’s good for him and they’re right. I couldn’t tell you what exactly he knows.” The winged hero smiles when the unstable child chirps happily. “Despite the fact that he’s quirkless, they’re under the impression he has enough power to become the second coming of All for One, save the ability to take quirks obviously. They sent me to keep an eye on him, we met, we got to know each other, he’s a good kid who’s been hurt one too many times. I knew from the very first meeting that it was only a matter of time before he finally snapped.”
