Maybe it was the badly-hidden eagerness and disappointment in Kyoutani’s voice, or maybe it was the undeniable edge of challenge underneath his irritability, but either way, Iwaizumi changed his mind. It was the way Jaemin tracked the minute shifts in their unit-mates' body language with languid amusement, as though he could read their mind, but just didn’t care for whatever he found there.
It was the way his eyes lingered on their given weapons a beat longer than the rest of their peers, as though he had to pull himself out of a fantasy he wished he could have indulged in.
It was the way his breath hitched almost imperceptibly at the sight of gore and violence, not in fear or disgust, but in what only Jeno could identify for what it was – excitement, arousal, desire.
