Both brides wear it and they spin in circles around each other while everyone watches, and Talon hates everything about it and feels far removed from the whole ordeal. Noxus is full of political marriages, but those are also bad and make Talon feel like his insides are curling up when he thinks about them. Whoever invented the idea of being tied to a stranger was very brave.
