Summary
Nedzu only thinks it fair to continue to give each and every one of his students a challenge and chance to further themselves. Since Midoriya got a perfect score in his first year, the second year Hero Class Civil War will need something new. Last year, the students learned to be wary of their enemies and be prepared for anything. This year, it will be put to the test- third party psychological warfare; an enemy they can’t see or fight. What will the classes of 2-A and 2-B do when a spectre haunts the streets of the city?
