Summary
From what Katsuki could tell, the human didn't have a life outside of that workshop. Perhaps he was enslaved to a shoemaker? Or he’d made a bad deal with an elf and was forced to a life of nonstop labor? Whatever it was, he didn't seem to know when to call it quits. The elf scoffed at the idea.
Katsuki provides some unseen and unsolicited help to Izuku, a shoemaker overwhelmed with work. He doesn't want recognition — just the satisfaction of knowing he can do it himself. Meanwhile, Izuku is dazzled by the ingenuity of the unfamiliar techniques that finish his work while he's asleep. As their paths cross, they develop a partnership neither of them anticipate.

Summary
Katsuki has never been superstitious. So when he wakes up in the middle of the night in his new place, eyes boring into a bright flame that's latched onto his thighs, he's creeped the fuck out. With the littlest knowledge he received from his new, mythophile neighbour, he finds out it's a blood-sucking demon called a "Soucriant". Humouring the information, he summons it as the lore states—sticking a needle in a cactus. The next day, a peculiar man, Izuku Midoriya, shows up to his door, asking to borrow said needle.
He doesn't look at all like how the lore described. He's not old, nor is he ugly. If Izuku really is a Soucriant, Katsuki knows how to make him perish.
But... with Izuku in front of him, rambling on about some crap he doesn't particularly give a fuck about, he's not sure if he wants to anymore.
Can Katsuki can see what Izuku really is, only after... seeing him?

Katsuki had always known he was special but learning he was the son of the king of the God's and destined for greatness, but he never expected a memory of his past, peaceful existence to surface in the form of vibrant Green and smiles and being the same self sacrificing idiot Katsuki remembered. Scrawny Midoriya Izuku was never supposed to return and neither was he supposed to be so ethereal and enchanting.
He turned Katsuki's whole world upside down.
He finally chose to be selfish, to choose for himself, only for the truth to be revealed and leave him in a tumultuous river of betrayal, revelations and self discovery as he was left in a sea of confusion, trying to choose between duty and his heart...
Unfortunately Izuku made the choice for him…
