12 snails,
2 large tomatoes, (chopped up)
1 small chopped onion,
1 clove of garlic minced,
1/2 a teaspoon of cumin
1/2 a teaspoon of dried oregano,
come olive oil,
salt and pepper,
a couple of handfuls of spinach leaves

clean and boil the snails for 10 minutes, then drain and set them aside

sauté the onion for 5 minutes, then add the minced garlic for 2 minutes
add the tomatoes (chopped up), all seasonings, and a glug of olive oil
cook for another 10 minutes
add the spinach and snails, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
