1989.
After the battle against Vecna and the Mindflayer, a lot has changed, they had a funeral for Kali.
Joyce and Hopper officially got together, they got Jane a tutor and in february she enrolled in Hawkins High, they used an excuse to explain her absense in the past years.
Now they finally graduated, they played one final game of dnd and now they were going their own ways, but they made a promise that every few months they'll see each other and just talks, but some of them will see each other clearly anyways.
Lucas and Max were moving to California, but they decided to wait for a while and rented a small appartment in New York since Max got accepted to the art college in New York, while Lucas also got to a college in New York on a basketball scholarship.
They made in plans to move back to California as soon as they finished college.
Dustin moved into a small cottage in nature, studing science and astronomy in college.
Jane didn't went to college, she decided to take a summer vacation where she can live and find herself, she went for three months in Iceland, she cutted her hair and they gotten more curly, she changed her tattoo from 011 to WONDER.
After her vacation ends she's going to live in the cottage with Dustin, with him personally inviting her, the two had gotten a lot close in the past 2 years, but they were already close.
Will had also been accepted to the art college of New York and was moving there soon, Mike following after getting an internship for his writing.
Jonathan had also moved to NYC after being accepted to NYU and started getting jobs as a movie director, Nancy meanwhile moved in with him, but also traveled the work as her job as a reporter.
Steve became a basketball teacher, living his dreams of raising kids.
Robin is currentely traveling the world with Vickie, still doing her podcasts and around the end of August they're returning for Vickie's medical school, but after that they'll continue traveling the world and then ending up in the place they love most.
They got their date to Enzos, having fun and Robin apologizing for not telling her sooner, Joyce and Hopper also had their happy endings, they had their date at Enzos and now they were enganged.
Max was outside, skateboarding, when Lucas stepped into the frame, Max stopped and smiled, "hey" she said, Lucas walked towards her, "remember out talk at the Creel House before this entire mess?" they didn't really talk, but Max knew, "movie night?" she asked, Lucas nodded, "I meant it" he said, "I really want to take you to the movies"
"then let's do it" Max said, Lucas placed his hands on her waist and pulled her closer, the two uniting in a kiss.
They got their movie date, Max placing her head on his shoulder while watching the movie.
Jane was in like an Icelandic bar, when someone walked to her, "come on!" the boy said, grabbing her hands, "we're dancing!" the man took her to the dance floor and with other people they danced to a traditional dance called VIkivaki, it was very fun and Jane felt very welcome, laughing and dancing and having lots of fun.
Will was just in a garden, looking at the flowers, slowly picking some of them, when suddenly, he felt a hand on his shoulder, he got up, turned around and punched the person, then he realized who it was, "oh my God I'm so sorry" he said, "It's okay, shouldn't had scared you" Mike replied, touching his eye
"what are you doing?" he asked, "picking flowers to draw for El" Will replied, "I want to send her some flowers in Iceland, but by the time it arrives they're gonna be dead, so I'm gonna draw them" he said, holding a purple flower
Mike stepped foward and kissed him, "Mike" Will said, breaking the kiss, "I'm picking flowers"
"yeah, but that can wait" he said, leaning in again, "this is more important" Mike said, placing another kiss on Will's lips, Will kissed back, hands on Mike's neck.
"oh my god guys! We're trying to have a picnic here!" Holly screamed, pointing at Derek, "let us have some peace!"
Will and Mike burst out laughing, looking at Holly who was flipping them off, "HOLLY!" Mike screamed, but Holly rolled her eyes and turned to Derek.
