New York:
It's been couple of weeks for New York City to recover from Dr. Wily's insane plan on causing a massive earthquake that almost destroy the city. However, despite all that, things were going well as many buildings are quickly rebuild thanks to Dr. Light's robots, and millions of people weren't harm by this disaster. Meanwhile at Dr. Light's Lab, Mega Man, Cut Man, Guts Man continues helping repair the damage inside. Although most of the foundations had remained intact and still function, but others like their possessions aren't so lucky like Cut Man's t.v. that put him in a sad state. Outside, Roll finished clearing the front yard, then decided to check the mail since they were busy cleaning up that they forgot their mail. Most of the mails are junk and scams until she found a flyer that promotes to an upcoming new attraction that is opening up in New York City which got her interest to check the place out as she head back inside and inform the others about it.
"A new attraction?" Mega Man asked.
"Yeah it's a theme park recreating the Age of Dinosaurs called "Robosaur Park", founded by a guy name Otto Raptor.
"Wait. His name is "Otto Raptor?" Cut Man and Guts Man soon burst out laughing of how ridiculous his name. "What's his father name?! Barney T-Rex?!" Cut Man laughed.
"Now, you two, you know it's not polite to laugh at someone's name." Dr. Light said, waving his finger at Cut Man and Guts Man in disappointment, then turn back to Roll. "You mentioned Otto. Yes, I do believe I know him. During my college years, me and Mikhail meet him in one of our classes. He has a fascination with dinosaurs and even talks about it...a lot. Later, he drop out and I have never heard or see him again until a few months ago when he call me on helping him supplying robotic replicas of real dinosaurs when his attraction was still in development, but with everything is going on recently I haven't check any update on the process or at least contact him."
"We should totally check out the Robosaur Park! Can we, dad?"
Dr. Light chuckles. "Of course, Roll. When will they open?"
Roll checked the flyer and respond. "Tomorrow at 8:30 am."
"Perfect. If we finished repairing the lab quickly, we can have time to visit Robosaur Park." Dr. Light said.
"It does sound fun but I got a bad feeling something bad is going to happen." Mega Man said, feeling optimistic. "This happens a lot in those Jurassic Park films."
"Aww come on, bro. That's just dumb movies. And besides, these dinosaurs are robots and are reprogramed for entertainment, and not go full savage."
"Will see." Mega Man said.
Skull Fortress:
In Wily's lab, Dr. Wily just finished a flyer as he grins. "Perfect. And not a moment too soon."
Proto Man, who was standing by him looking confused. "So What? They're opening a new park," Said Proto Man, crossing his arms. "How does this related to your next plan? You said you successfully create something. What is it?"
"The Robosaur Park is related to my plan, Proto Man. And I did created something, but you'll see tomorrow. I don't want spoiled the surprise." Dr. Wily chuckles. "Now, hold still." Dr. Wily ordered him, as he pull out a purple gun which fired a beam of energy onto to Proto Man.
Proto Man thought Wily betrayed him, but he's still alive and feeling fine but very confused on what just happen. "What did you shoot me with?"
"Anti-Virus."
"Anti-Virus? For What?"
"You'll see. Tomorrow morning I'm sending you, Metal Man, Wood Man, and Toad Man to sneak into the Robosaurs Park and reprogram all Otto's robosaurs so they can wreak havoc in the park. Those mechanical creatures will be addition to my army for my next brilliant plan."
"Sure, doc. But should we bring Snake Man too since this will be prefect for him for an opportunity for that environment."
"No! Him and Toad Man pairing together is like waiting for a bomb to explode! I will not tolerate with their petty rivalry when my plans are in motion. Now, get some sleep. World domination is a foot." Dr. Wily smirked.
Robosaurs Park:
The next morning, the Robosaur Park's grand opening is about to begin. A mixed crowd of park employees, engineers, investors, and their guests gathered outside the main entrance. They chatted happily to one another as a gentle, sweet-smelling breeze wafted over the blooming cherry trees planted at the park's perimeter. Mega Man, Roll, Rush, Dr. Light, Cut Man, and Guts Man were already invited and present to be part of the opening hosted by Otto.
Otto called for their attention.
"Welcome to the grand opening of Otto Raptor's Robosaur Park!" he announced in a loud, clear voice. "I'm Otto Raptor, your personal guide to the amazing prehistoric world of dinosaurs!
Cut Man freaked out a bit when seeing Otto Raptor's appearance. This man has scaly face and only four clawed fingers on both hands. "I see why his last name is Raptor, but seriously did he get bitten by an radioactive dinosaur or something?" Cut Man whispered, next to Dr. Light.
"Oh no. He has genetic issues of being born with a rare condition." Dr. Light whispered back.
"Now if you get in your vehicles, I'll take you on our grand opening tour of the past." Otto smiled.
Roll and Mega Man slid together into the back of one of the waiting red trucks as Otto and Dr. Light climbed in front. Cut Man and Guts Man walk to the next red truck to slid together into the back but due to Guts Man's weight cause the back of the red truck to sink, but still function to drive.
The front gates swung open for safari vehicles drove forward as The doors swung close behind them.
Inside the gates, it's truly an amazing site. Like a jungle. Otto held a corded radio held to his mouth which connected to all the trucks speakers for tourist to listen as he speaks about the Park. Dense jungles of oversized ferns and cycads sway gently under climate-controlled winds, while fog rolls across the ground from concealed mist generators. Artificial waterfalls cascade into clear lagoons, reflecting neon status lights hidden among the rocks. Metallic fencing disguised as stone cliffs encircles each zone, and hovering drones glide silently overhead, projecting holographic data fields only visible from certain angles. Subtle maintenance hatches and camouflaged rails hint at the park's hidden machinery beneath the soil. Near the river basin, several towering metallic Brachiosauruses slowly stride through shallow water, their long necks arching above the treetops. A small group of metallic raptors grazes in an open grassland, their reinforced horns gleaming faintly in the sunlight. Many people taking photos and applause.
"Truly incredible." Mega Man gazed of amazement, but still he has a feeling something bad is going to happen.
"You have done a fine job on this park, Otto," Dr. Light said warmly.
"Thanks Dr. Light. I couldn't have done it without your ingenious robot designs," acknowledged Otto with smile.
Elsewhere far away from from Mega Man and others, it cuts to the swamp area and emerge from the depth of mucky water reveal to be one of Wily's Robot Master name Toad Man. He's a fat humanoid robot based on a frog. His head and torso are a s single piece. His body is aqua green, and got a mouth with a prehensile tongue. He also has flippers, and his shoulders were green. Toad Man swam forward through a giant pipe until he reach surface as he sneaks and carefully get behind one of the dinosaurs to open a hatch on its side and press the code given by his master that completely reprogram the into savage beast.
"Okay, fellas. Time to change your channels."
Toad Man then used the remote to complete the programming on to the dinosaurs, now serving Dr. Wily.
"Atta boys! You're on Dr. Wily's payroll now!" Toad Man manically, then crocked as he jump back into the swamp water. "Now to reprogram the rest of these dumb dinos!"
Back with Mega Man and the others, they're now reaching to the metallic T-Rex.
"Next up are my personal favorites, Megalosaurus! The fearsome creatures in the park," announced Otto. "
Roll leaned eagerly out the car window. "Wow those guys look mean."
Guts Man gave a bored yawn. "Oh big deal. They don't seem so tuff."
Cut Man gulped in fear. "I don't know about that. They look pretty scary to me."
One of Megalosaurus got a bit to close. At first Otto thinks Megalosaurus came down for a closer look as it lean over their vehicle, but he was dead wrong. It pounced, plucking Otto from his seat. "AHHH!" Otto screamed as he was held aloft.
The visitors were stunned and even laughed of this stunt. Even Dr. Light was impressed. "This is a terrific show, Otto. So real!"
"This isn't part of the show, something's wrong!" cried Otto "Heeelllp!"
The visitors now fully alarm and began panic when more Megalosaurus starts attacking other vehicles as they get out of their vehicles while Mega Man tries to calm them down, but everyone already ran back on the field to the front gate. Mega Man quickly turned to Megalosaurus as they continues savagely tearing safari vehicles up, and just as he thought he knew this would happens. "Looks like ''I'll be doing some robo taming!" Mega Man said, drawing a blaster and openly fired on one of them.
"We'll take care of the other ones! Roll shouted to her brother. "Hang on Mr. Raptor, I'll have you down in a sec!" called Roll. Drawing a vacuum her utility arm, she used it to suck Otto down with a powerful forced making Megalosaurus to drop him, then quickly catch him. "Are you ok?" Roll asked Otto.
"I am thanks to you."
Rush lunged himself at another Megalosaurus, sank his teeth into it's tail as Megalosaurus roared in pain then began to to thrash him.
Then, a triceratop ran in full speed towards Guts Man. "Time to put you dino bots back in your place!" Guts Man used his Super Arms to grab by the horns, then lifted it up in the air, and throws him at another triceratop damaging both of them. "Ha! I told you these guys aren't so tuff!"
"Easy for you to say!" cried Cut Man. "HELP!"
Guts Man sees Cut Man was taken up by an Pteranodon as it flies away. "Hang on!" Guts Man called. He dig his large fingers into the ground to rip a big rock and throws it at the Pteranodon's head dropping Cut Man as he scream while falling down, he rush over to save Cut Man. "Don't worry I gotcha!" But he misses as Cut Man crash into the ground behind Guts Man. "Oops."
Mega Man opens fires on the other three, but has no effect on the dinos due to their strong armor it only momentarily knocked them back. Another Megalosaurus come from behind of Dr. Light that caught Mega Man attention, quickly grabbing Dr. Light by the shoulders and pulled him out of the safari vehicle and threw them to the ground seconds before a Megalosaurus stomp on it causing to explode.
"I don't understand it. I specifically programmed these robosaurs to be gentle," said Dr. Light, coughing from the car smoke.
"That's not important now," said Mega Man as he helped Dr. Light up. "We gotta stop them before anyone else gets hurt!" Mega Man turned to the some of visitors that are still here trying to escape. "Everyone, head to the field! The front gate is that way!" Mega Man said, pointed for crowd to run to that direction. Then, he turned back to face the Megalosaurus. "Come on and get me, you tin lizard!"
Megalosaurus charges at Mega Man to chomp. But as soon it got close, Mega Man leap over it and sat on it's head and tries to blast him on top of his head which only scratch the mark. Megalosaurus violently shakes him off its head as Mega Man flies off and hits on the ground next to Dr. Light, Otto, Roll, Rush, Cut Man, and Guts Man.
"Something tells me this isn't a park to bring the kids to," muttered Mega Man.
Back at the main entrance, we see Proto Man stepped inside through the open gate along Metal Man and Wood Man.
"We're in the park, Dr. Wily," Wood Man announced into a handheld video communicator.
"Proto Man, you and the others meet up with Toad Man and reprogram the rest of the robosaurs," Dr. Wily hissed back. "I'll give you further instructions after the park is secure."
Proto Man saluted Dr. Wily's video image. "It's a done deal, O wicked one."
The three split up as each of them reprogramed the rest of the robosaurs.
"Such fine creatures, you are." Metal Man said, pressing the code on the remote control he's holding. "Now, go on, and feast on every last one of those visitors and if they froze in terror, stomp them until the ground becomes a pool of their blood." Metal Man laughs sadistically.
"Take no prisoners, my friend!" Wood Man shouted, after smacking the stegosaurus's behind for it to move.
Proto Man just finished programing the last one. "Watch out for Bambi." Proto Man chuckles.
Back with our heroes, herd of Triceratops circled around and then charged at the frightened humans, then stomping and crushing safari vehicles when visitors quickly jump out and ran to escape, some of the safari trucks crash onto a palm-like cycads. Mega Man, Roll, Rush, Cut Man, and Guts Man then soon were being converged by the robosaurs.
The first that confronted and block Mega Man's path were the pack of Deinonychus. "Back, big fella! Back!" Mega Man shouted, threaten them with his equipped Arm Buster.
Without warning, Stegosaurus butted by whack Roll from behind with its tail knocking her down.
"Don't push me, Mr.! Or I'll make Robosaur-sandwich out of you!" Roll angrily yelled, shaking her fist at Stegosaurus.
The stegosaurus was going to attack Roll more until its tail was caught by Rush's mouth as his teeth sink deep into his tail trying to save Roll, then rip it off forcing it flee. Then, Rush spotted a Brontosaurus coming towards Rush in full speed to stomp on him as he whimpered frozen in fear until Guts Man got in front of Rush and grab hold of the Brontosaurus's foot before it stomp on Rush. "You wanna stomp something?! Try stomping me!" Guts Man used his full strength to flip the Brontosaurus on it's backside, then sees pack of raptors charging towards him but he quickly punch every last one of them.
Another Pteranodon tries to swoop down to get Cut Man again but Cut Man isn't going to be taken again as he duck down to lay on the ground and waited for the Pteranodon fly back in the air, then got back on his feet to equipped his arm buster and fired mini Rolling Cutters to clip off it's wings as it crash near in front of him. "Looks like I cut your flight short." Cut Man joked, then laughed by his own jokes until he was stomped by another Brontosaurus as it walks away. "Everyone is a critic." Cut Man groans in pain.
Suddenly, Megalosaurus and Carnotaurus arrived to making things worst for our heroes as Mega Man tries blasting them away only temporary push them back but not good enough, both Roll and Cut Man were beating back an unending storm of Pteranodons dive-bombing from the sky, Guts Man wrestling Majungasaurus, and Rush fighting a single Raptor.
Both Dr. Light and Otto took cover behind a hedge of boulders as they watch more Robosaurs are coming out.
"There's too many of them!" called Dr. Smuldoon, then turn to Dr. Light. "Our only chance is to escape into the swamp," Otto answered.
"Lead the way," said Dr. Light.
"Mega Man! This Way!" Otto called.
They followed Otto to a muddy artificial swamp that ran up against the park's border. "There's a way out under the wall just up ahead," Otto said, pointing to a sewage drain that flowed under the wall.
But they were cut short when Toad Man merges out of the swampy water blocking their escape. "Not so fast, Mega punk," Toad Man croaked.
Mega Man glared but not impress as he knows that Toad Man doesn't pose a threat as he's the weakest member of Wily Numbers unless he fired a Rain Flush missile, but he also realized that Wily is responsible for this once again. "Toad Man. Dr. Wily should have send more than a mechanical frog if he wanted to stop me."
"Oh he did! He did!" Toad Man grinned creepily.
Then Proto Man, Metal Man, and Wood Man emerged from the jungle at the edge of the swamp.
"We're trapped, Otto," Dr. Light said softly.
"You're trapped, Doctor," corrected Otto with an unkind grin, then waded back through the swamp to join the Wily Numbers. "—And I'm the trapper!"
"But why?" said Roll, voicing Mega Man, Cut Man, Guts Man, and Dr. Light's confusion aloud.
"Because it was Man who should have went extinct, not the dinosaur!" Otto Raptor growled coldly. "I've been working with Dr. Wily for a while as he's the only one who understands my vision unlike you and Cossack, I mean who do you think secretly funded by park. But I couldn't completed my Robosaurs Park without your brilliance of constructing these manifested creatures. Now with these robosaurs has been reborn, now they can take back what the humans has taken away from them and this time it will be the humans who will be put into cages and performed entertainment for the robosaurs!" He glanced over his shoulder at Proto Man and Wily's Robot Masters. "And I couldn't done it without my new friends."
"Sure. Anytime pal," Proto Man chuckles flatly as he gently patted his back
"Hmph! I shouldn't known something was odd about you." Cut Man pointed at Otto. "I mean who has a last name of a stupid lizard unless you're some crazy bad guy."
Otto growls a bit from Cut Man's insult. "Just for that, I'll make sure you'll be the first to feel the robosaurs's wraith.
Cut Man gulped.
"Hey, Toad Man—it's a little hot in the swamp, don't you think?" spoke up Wood Man.
"Yeah, we could use some rain!" answered Toad Man as he grins, "—Acid rain, ha-ha-ha-ha! Ribbit!" He doubled over, a compartment on his back popping open. Out streaked a pod missile, exploding up in midair produces a red haze cloud over the sky creating "The Rain Flush" as it rained acid.
"Oh no!" Mega Man said, looking up the sky.
"Let's boogie!" Proto Man called as he, the Wily Numbers and Otto Raptor ran back into the jungle, then he activate the Skullker to arrived in their position in autopilot. Everyone quickly jump in and flies away out of sight from the rain. It's good thing the Skullker was strong enough to withstand the Rain Flush.
"Run!" Mega Man shouted. They clambered out of the swamp toward the shelter of tall, palm-like cycads. Guts Man shielded both Roll and Dr. Light from falling drops with his body, but the acid is slowly and started to dissolved through his armor, Cut Man running in panic while crying out in pain as he was like getting burn alive. Mega Man tore the hood from a totaled safari vehicle. "Quick, under here," he called over to Dr. Light, Roll, and Rush. They huddled tightly together beneath the hood, and not a second too soon. The minor damage Guts Man shielded Cut Man as Cut Man thanked him. Above them, the cloud is getting darker and storm is getting worst as metal leaves, palms and a destroyed Pteranodon began to hiss and deteriorate under the assault of acid slowly melting. "Darn! I should have blast Toad Man before he launch his Rain Flush." Mega Man grumbled.
"This metal won't last long," Dr. Light murmured grimily. "We got to find cover and fast."
A searing drip of acid grazed Mega Man's shoulder, and began to burn on to his arm. "Ah! It's starting to eat through my titanium skin," Mega Man hissed in pain as he shifted to be better covered by the car hood. "Guts Man, how are you holding up?!"
Guts Man struggles to not to let the pain get to him as he still shielded Cut Man to keep him safe. "I've been through worst. But just in case, we should probably do something quick."
"There must be something we can do." Mega Man said.
"There is," said Dr. Light, pointed at the swamp. "If you can evaporate enough of this swamp water, it may dilute the acid."
"Will do Doc, stand back." Mega Man took aim at the swamp and fired a super shot. A puff of steam roses and merged with the red acid rain cloud, which slowly began to fade to gray. The raindrops began to quicken, but no longer dissolving any metals around.
Roll boldly reached out to catch the rain in her cupped hands. "It worked!" she cheered.
Dr. Light breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you, Mega. We're saved now."
Guts Man can now let go of Cut Man. "You okay?"
Cut Man chuckles with smile. "Thanks to you, big guy. I owe you one."
Rush sense more enemies approaching form the jungles as he growls which take everyone notices.
"What's wrong, boy?" Mega Man asked Rush, but then soon already know the answers with a mock surprise on his face. "Let me take a wild guess...more dinosaurs?"
Rush nods
A second later, the heads of two Megalosaurus popped up through the hedge, more Robosaurs pop out of the bushes surrounding our heroes.
"Rush! Fly us out of here!"
Rush barked as he nods and then transform into Rush Jet, and then they quickly climbed aboard his back and soared above the treetops. Cut Man and Guts Man follow them by using their Item-2 just before the Megalosaurus snapping futilely after them.
Dr. Light sighed and shook his head in disgust. "I never expected Otto would do this. I know he had obsession's with dinosaurs in college years, but this. Never expected he would taken this far to do something so evil."
"The guy was total insane from the beginning before you even first meet with him." Mega Man said.
"Already call it!" Cut Man shouted, raised his hand.
"But now what? They're just too many for us to stop them all." Roll said, shook her head.
"There is. We'll have to call in the robo-commandos," said Dr. Light. "After all, they're design to be special defense force that handle situation like this." He then rolled up his sleeve where a mini video communicator was strapped to his wrist. "This is Dr. Light to Robo-commando Headquarters, come in Commando Headquarters," he spoke into it.
"This is Commando HQ," replied a gruff, authoritative voice. "What is it Dr. Light?"
"Dr. Wily and his robots have taken control of Robosaur Park, send in all available units."
"Yes sir! We're on our way."
Skull Fortress:
Meanwhile, Dr. Wily watched the robo-commandos leaving HQ in their helicopters and headed to Robosaur Park from security camera that Wily easily hacked , which hovered at a safe distance from their helicopters.
"Oh my goodness! Dr. Light is sending in the entire robo-commando force!" Dr. Wily hooted with laughter from the video communicator. "Exactly as I had hoped. Neheheheh!" Dr. Wily laughed. "Now, to procced with a lethal part of my plan." Said Wily, contacting Otto and the others who are still in the Skullker hovering above robo-commandos copters to avoid detection.
"Dr. Wily, everything's going perfectly with our plan," announced Otto.
"Hey, Wild man—when are you going to fill us in on what your evil mind has been chewing on all day?" Proto Man spoke up with smirk.
"There's a case under the Skullker seat," answered Dr. Wily. "Get it."
Metal Man reached underneath the pilot's seat. "Got it."
"Inside you'll find a glass container," continued Dr. Wily.
Metal Man open the square case's latches, revealing a glass cylinder container.
"Eww...looks like frog blood," Toad Man commented stupidly, taking the container from Metal Man.
"It's a retrovirus," corrected Dr. Wily. "The slightest contact will infect all of the robots as it will destroyed the guidance system and AI function turning from an intelligence robot into a mindless shell."
After hearing that information, Toad Man panics as he tossed the container into the air. It landed in Wood Man's hands, who also doesn't want to get infected attacked and fumbled clumsily with the retrovirus container until it bounced from his hands too.
Proto Man snatched the container from midair. "Give me that, you robo-twits." Proto Man now understood why Dr. Wily fired a beam on him yesterday, and what he has create.
"I've already installed the anti-virus into yesterday in your sleep mode." Dr. Wily resumed in a low growl. "Attacking Robosaur Park was just a trick to lure the robo-commandos into my trap. Once you infect them with the virus, they'll turn into controllable drones. Then, the robo-commandos will help me spread the virus ACROSS THE WORLD!" Dr. Wily cackled gleefully.
Robosaurs Park:
Several helicopters landed on in the central of Robosaur Park as The robo-commando forces fanned out and subdue every last rampaging robosaurs with their electric stun guns. The remainder followed close behind, carrying folded bundles of tall, electrified fence as they're fencing a tight pen around a stegosaurus.
"The robo-commandos are doing a fine job, they will have the park secure at any minute," Dr. Light said happily as they watched the robo-commandos finishing up securing Robosaurs.
"You're right Doc, and that's what bothers me," said Mega Man as he ponders. "This was just too easy."
"What's the matter, Mega? Jealous because the Doc's bots did a slicker job than you?" Roll said lightly.
Meanwhile, The Skullker reach to the Robosaurs Park and lower themselves down a bit but still up in the air without any detection from Robo-Commando Force or Mega Man. Proto Man handed Otto both a missile launcher and the retrovirus container. "It's a good thing Wily had vaccinated you metal heads against this virus." Otto said, loading the virus into the barrel of his missile launcher. "Germs away!" Otto Raptor hissed with a wicked grin, then fired on to the field which explode releasing a a dark green mist spreading through out the Robosaurs Park.
And that's the last of the robosaur as the final one was lured into an electric cage. One of robo-commandos returned to where Mega Man, Roll, Cut Man, Guts Man, Rush, and Dr. Light who were waiting for any results of this situation. The commander approached Dr. Light, stopping before him with a salute to deliver the good news. "The park is secure, Dr. Light," he announced.
"Thank goodness," said Dr. Light gratefully.
"We'll have these robosaurs shut down so our tech boys will help program them back to normal. And once it's over, we'll safety reopen the park-park-park-park-park..."
Mega Man, Roll, Cut Man, Guts Man, and Dr. Light blinked in surprise and in confusion with The commander of the Robo-Commando force keeps repeating himself like a broken record.
"What's the matter with him?" Roll asked, whispering to Dr. Light.
"I don't know," said Dr. Light feeling confused.
Mega Man then gazed around the park seeing a green mist infesting all the other robo-commandos making them to start acting funny and odd as some froze like statues, others glitching out like the Commander. "There's something in the air..." he murmured.
And then the mist hit Cut Man, Guts Man, Roll, Rush, Mega Man as they too felt something strange.
"Somethings...Wrong, " Mega Man groans, feeling sick. "I'm picking up a lot of errors in my database."
"Us toooooooooooooo." Cut Man said, then suddenly his voice slowing down and cutting out.
"I don't feel so good," Roll complained, rubbing her head.
Rush struggles to stand on his feet as he alternated between growling and whining until he collapse.
"No! Rush!" Mega Man struggles to gently pick up Rush, and sighed relief that Rush is still alive but whimpering in pain.
"I've got to get you back to the lab and find out what's happening." He took Roll and Cut Man by the arms, leading them out of the park as Mega Man carrying Rush and Guts Man follows towards his car parked outside of the Robosaur Park and drove back home.
Dr. Light's Labs:
Dr. Light had already Roll lay down on a lab table as he run a system scan with his super computer as it scan on Roll's entirely .
"How are you feeling, Roll?" Dr. Light asked
"Alright, I guess," answered Roll, with a deep manly voice, "Just feeling…
"Manly?" Cut Man joked, weakly laughed.
Roll growled. "If I weren't on this table in my current condition, I would bash you with my broom."
"At least you're still doing fine, sis." Mega Man smiled, but now time to get serious as he turn to Dr. Light. "So what's happening to us dad?"
"I've never seen anything like this." Said Dr. Light, shockingly getting results from his super computer. "I never expected Wily would ever create something so dangerous. It seems you're all experiencing the side effects of a computer virus, but it's not like any other computer virus's I've known. This looks highly advance coded with nanobots technology that enter into your body by attacking not only guidance system but your motor function, data, weapons, everything. In a short time, you're all will be lifeless empty shells."
Mega Man murmured. "So that's Wily's plan."
"Is there anything you can do?" Roll weakly asked her father, still in her deep voice.
"I have 20ccs of a special serum I was developing to protect robots against any kind of computer viruses. It may slow down the effects of Wily's virus," said Dr. Light, his voice slowing bracingly, "—but It's only enough for one of you."
"You have it, sis. I'll be alright," Mega Man said automatically.
Roll gave him a sharp look. "No, Rock, you take it...you've got the best chance at stopping Wily."
Mega Man doesn't like this, but she's right and let Dr. Light injected him with the serum. Soon, Mega Man got his system back to normal no longer feeling tired and weak. "It's working!"
Dr. Light nodded soberly. "I'm afraid it'll only last a short while."
The emergency satellite scanner began beeping. Dr. Light pressed a button to accept incoming transmission, and a troubled Officer Boltz and Robo-Unit 77 at his side appeared on the main monitor., "Dr. Light! This is Robo-Unit 77," said the robo-officer in distress as background noise can hear something heavy treading through the streets and vehicles and building being smash. "We've got emergencies all over the city. Wily and his 'bots are attacking with the robosaurs! The robo-commandos are fighting us too—!" He was cut off as a jet of green mist suddenly burst from offscreen onto his back. The robo-officer gave a sharp convulsion. "We can't hold...m-much...ERROR! ERROR! System...BZZZ...code x-z-y-z-1987—FZZZ-ZZZ—w...w...w...w…" His voice trailed off, repeating the same letter over and over again as he collapses.
"Mayor already ordered a full scale evacuation for all the humans until threat is over. We need your help and fast!" said Officer Boltz
The transmission was cut with a static.
"They must have waited for us to leave the park so Wily's goons could get a whole of those Robosaurs." Cut Man said.
"If they continued spreading the virus, It won't be long until Dr. Wily controls all the robots in the world." Said Roll, with her voice slowly getting back.
"I got to stop them!"
Dr. Light checking on Mega Man to be sure. "The patch seems to be working…I'll see what I could do on perfected an antivirus."
"Gotcha," said Mega Man.
"Hold it, Bro! We're coming too," called Roll, slipping off the lab table. "I maybe infected, but I can still pack punch."
Rush barked and wanted to join to even he's infected as he lick his face.
Cut Man and Guts Man both two wanted to join and help as well not caring if the virus will destroy them just as long they get to beat up Wily's scum bots. "We'll always got your back, little buddy." Then Gus Man hold out his big forearm. "Go ahead and copy my strength. You're going to need it to face of those dino bots." Guts Man smiled.
Mega Man nodded with a smile, the gentle copy his forearm gaining his "Super Arm" as his left forearm grows large. "Okay, we've got no time to loose! But all of you need to be careful and take it easy."
Everyone nodded as they ran out through the door and on their way to the city since Rush is to damage to transform to jet mode and both Cut Man and Guts Man can't focused using Item-2 to fly properly. Dr. Light turned his full attention to his supercomputer and begin to work on a completed antivirus as fast as he could, and prayed that Mega Man, Roll, and the others that they will be okay.
New York City:
We see both Proto Man and Toad Man riding a Triceratops, Metal Man riding a Megalosaurus, Wood Man riding a Brontosaurus, and Otto driving his safari truck leading an army of Robosaurs to cause massive destruction in their path and causing more panic onto the humans while they have the infected Robo-Commando Force to infected other robots in the city with the same virus including Doris who was with the human boy and his mom, Garbage Bots dumping garbage into their Garbage trucks, and Plum who witness everything and was planning to make a broadcast report. Human officers tries their best to fend of Wily's bots and the robosaurs, but their efforts are only null and void.
Otto leading the Robosaurs to his direction. "This way, my friends...it's feeding time," He cooed, with a evil smile.
Wood Man still on Brontosaurus approach. "And for your main course. How about...the city." Wood Man laughed maniacally, and then have his Brontosaurus friend lower his head to crash into a store called "Auto's Shop".
Next, Metal Man take his Megalosaurus to central park to gleefully see humans running and screaming. "Time to play cat and mice. You're the cat..."Metal Man petted Megalosaurusm refers it, then pointed at the humans scattering. "And they're the mice. Get them all!" Megalosaurus roared in furry as it charged after the humans while stomping on buses that was in its way.
"Yes, yes! Take back the world that was taken from you!" Otto Raptor cheered as the other pack of Megalosaurus pounded toward City Hall.
Skull Fortress:
Dr. Wily contacted Proto Man and the others to give them further instruction. "Round up the Robo-Commando Force and have them secure the city." Wily ordered Proto Man.
"You got it," Proto Man replied to Wily. "Gidyup!" Proto Man commanded the Triceratops to move forward.
Otto spoke up through another communication. "We're a great team you and I, eh Wily? You the only person who understood my goal. Once New York is fully secured, will have the rest of worlds in their knees in no time."
"Yes. You're right, Otto." Dr. Wily faked chuckle, then end transmissions. "The fool is dumb as these dinosaurs. I only needed his park to trick the Robo-Commando force into doing my dirty work." Dr. Wily grins.
New York:
Mega Man, Roll, Rush, Cut Man, and Guts Man already made to the city. Each of them split up to stop most of Robosaurs in different areas. In Queens, Mega Man used his Super Arm to punch a pair of the Deinonychus as Rush chase some of the away. In Brooklyn, Roll equipped her vacuum buster to sucking up glass and heavy concrete debris and fired into their eyes and head until the robosaurs backed off while damaging it. Lastly in the Bronx, Cut Man and Guts Man (despite him not having full strength since Mega Man copy his powers) both work together to fight off a Allosaurus as Cut Man leap on its back to open a hatch to access the system to shut it down. Later, both Mega Man and Rush made it to Manhattan hiding in one of parking lot to plan their next move as Mega Man peak through until he spotted Metal Man riding on a Megalosaurus headed this way. He didn't expected to face of one of Wily's bots as he hopes to avoid them until Dr. Light finished the antidote, but he'll have to risk it. At least he only spotted one.
"Let's see if we can trip up some of those robo beasts. Rush, can you still used your jet mode just for a short moment?"
Rush barked as he nod and transform into Rush Jet.
Mega Man broke into an emergency case on the side of a building. "Go on Rush tie him up boy!" Rush grab hold of the fire hose with his mouth, flies to Megalosaurus to hogtied the robosaur's legs.
Metal Man cackles. "That's real cute, Mega Jerk. But my friend can tear this hose to shred."
"Maybe. But let's see how well he can stay in balance." Mega Man rush over to the front of the Megalosaurus to used his Super Arm to push the Megalosaurus backwards to fall on its back as Metal Man leap off from the Megalosaurus to land on his feet.
"I'll cut you up real good, Mega Man!"
"Some other time, Metal Man." Mega Man slam the ground to create a hole underneath Metal Man as he fell down and hit the ground. "One Wily bot down and three to go. Come on Rush let's...Rush?! Oh no!" He noticed that Rush looks like he's have a seizure as meowing instead of barking, then briefly speak English until he goes back to barking while whining. Mega Man rush to try at least save by shutting him down so he won't keep suffering. "I'm so sorry, boy. I should have let you stay back at Dr. Light's lab." Mega Man lifted to carry Rush with one arm, and then used his other arm trying to contact Dr. Light only to receive static." The virus is messing up my communication." Mega Man said, then starts running while holding Rush. "Gotta get you back you to Dr. Light's labs so I can return to stop the Robosaurs." Unfortunately, plans have been change when Wood Man riding on Brontosaurus caught Mega Man trying to escape.
"Leaving so soon, Mega? When the party just getting started." Wood Man laughed.
"Crud! No choice." Mega Man gently put Rush down beside him, ready to knock Wood Man's clock out. Timing could have been worst since not only his forearm is reduce back to normal, but the serum is starting to wore off. "N-no not now."
"Not feeling to well? Maybe I could help cure your problem." Said Wood Man with a evil grin, then commanded his Brontosaurus to stomp him.
Mega Man quickly pick up Rush and leap out of the way as he make a run for it down down the streets. Next, Mega Man tries to contact Roll and the others and hopefully he at least hopes get a whole of them while "Roll!, Cut Man, Guts Man come in! We're going to have to regroup back to Dr. Light's Lab for a better plan...Roll? Guys?!" No respond from anything of them meaning they're dangerously almost reach to corruption by the retrovirus or worst.
"There he is!"
Oh boy now things gotten even worst now his brother Proto Man while riding Triceratops and next to him was Toad Man who also riding on Triceratops caught Mega Man carrying Rush sprinted away to Brooklyn as they chase after him. Next, Mega Man dodges The Robo-Commadno forces' blast when they spotted him. Mega Man is starting to get tired with his energy depleted when checking his energy stats on his arm cannon with the retrovirus is kicking in full force, he drop Rush and collapse on to the ground. "I'm...sorry boy. I thought...we could make...but I-I was wrong." Mega Man apologies to Rush.
"Rock? Can you hear me?"
"D-Dad?" Mega Man murmured as he struggles to fight the pain.
Relief washed over Dr. Light's face. "Oh thank goodness. You were trying to contact me but I couldn't get a signal. I have to used the satellite frequency to pin point your current position. Eddie, over here!"
"Brrrr~" Eddie leap out of Dr. Light's Air Raider, walked up Dr. Light's side. "One double quick energy can, coming up!" Eddie chirped, then flip top flopped open and shot an energy can to Dr. Light, who held it up to Mega Man's mouth.
"That helps, Doc, but—I'm afraid—not much—" Mega Man gasped after he had drank the entire energy can.
Dr. Light nodded somberly. "The virus is draining your energy almost as fast as you can absorb it—but don't worry, I've developed the antivirus." He showed Mega Man a small glass container that fit in the palm of his hand.
"That's great, Doc. But I'm not sure a small container will help cure all the robots in the city."
"That's what I thought at first, but then it gave me an idea.," Dr. Light answered cheerfully, glancing up at the sky darkening with storm clouds. "I monitor on weather reports of a storm is approaching which is why it's cloudy. If you copy Toad Man's weapons and used Rain Flush, throw the antivirus up in the air so the rain can destroy the container for the antidote to absorb the acid rain cloud for it pour rain as it will spread through out the city, but first I'll feed you and Rush a bit of this before the virus completely destroys you."
"I'll take that!" interrupted by Otto, snatching the antivirus out of Dr. Light's hand. "Wouldn't want you spoiling my plans to repopulate the world with dinosaurs, now would I?"
Soon they were surrounded Metal Man, Wood Man, Toad Man, and Proto Man joining with Otto.
"But—if Mega Man and the other robots don't get the antivirus within an hour, their condition will be irreversible," Dr. Light said urgently.
"We know," rumbled Wood Man.
"My brother the neanderthal bot," jeered Proto Man, laughing. "Well you shoulda joined us Bad-bots while you had the chance, Mega."
Mega Man gritted his teeth. If he wasn't so weak, he'd blast that stupid smirk off his brother's face.
"Better take Mega Man and Dr. Light back to the fortress so Dr. Wily can dispose of them properly," Metal Man piped up.
"Ooo, I got a special drink on the menu for you guys!" Eddie spoke up warningly, then his top flipped open again and out spat what looked like an unmarked energy can clattered to the feet of Otto Raptor then began spinning furiously in circles, spewing a blinding smoke screen into everyone's faces as they coughed in confusion and anger until the smoke finally clears.
"I'll fix that blue bag of bolts!" Wood Man growled as the smokescreen began to dissipate. But to their surprised Mega Man, Dr. Light, Eddie, and Rush had already escape.
"...They're gone!" croaked Toad Man.
"No matter," said Proto Man nonchalantly, holding up the antivirus. "Without this, Mega will be a shelless-dweeb in less than an hour."
Robosaurs Park:
The sky is getting more clouded as it ready to rain. Even though, Mega Man, Roll, and the others had taken care most of the Robosaurs, the few remaining ones are still at function in Times Squre and in the park. Proto Man, Otto, and the rest of Wily's bots already made contact with Dr. Wily to regroup inside the park along with the infected Robo-Commando Force, Roll, and Cut Man and Guts Man trying their best fight the virus as its getting stronger. Outside of the park, Mega Man and Dr. Light merges out of the bushes to hide in the corner outside gate. For safety, Mega Man already taken Rush into Dr. Light's Air Raider along with Eddie, who stayed in the Air Raider and watch over him.
"No. Roll, and the others are with Wily's group," Mega Man whispered to Dr. Light. "We're too late."
"Don't lost faith, Rock. Roll and the others are still fighting the virus just like how you're doing now. I just prayed this plan will work." Dr. Light said, looking at the sky to see clouds forming.
Mega Man nodded and the two rush inside through the gate.
Back with Otto and the Wily Numbers, the gang are already assembles as they see Dr. Wily had arrived from his Skullker when already landed carrying steel titanium barrel's containing more of Dr. Wily's virus.
"Everything is going according to our plan, Wily," Otto Raptor reported happily.
"Our plan? ...Oh, yes of course, sure, 'our plan'…" answered Dr. Wily dismissively. Then, Dr. Wily turn to enjoy the sight of glee of his army of infected Robo-Commando Force, Mega Man's brat Roll, and those traitors Cut Man and Guts Man as they stand by the copters looking dumb or stand there like mindless zombies. "I've got enough retrovirus to infect every robot on earth into lifeless shells. In a matter of days, I'll control every robot in the world! Muahahha!"
"We took this off Dr. Light," interrupted Proto Man, tossing Dr. Light's antivirus to Dr. Wily.
"The antivirus! I knew he'd eventually discover this." Dr. Wily glared capsule in his hands. "Once I destroy it, nothing can stop me! Have the robo-commandos spread the rest of the virus in their helicopters."
"Whatever turns you on, Wily," said Proto Man, shrugging. He and the Robot Masters spread out and began stacking the barrels of retrovirus into the helicopters, the robo-commandos waiting at attention. Roll, Cut Man, and Guts Man can not fight this virus any longer. It soon will be full completed.
As soon as Wood Man was about to put one of the barrels into one of the helicopters, Mega Man came rushing in. "Change of plans, guys! PLASMA POWER!" he shouted, blasting Wood Man making him drop the barrel knocking him back, and then shoot Toad Man in the chest. One barrel rolled under Dr. Wily and tripped him, the antivirus slipping from his hands into the air. "Got it." Said Mega Man after intercepted it to grab it, then tries to escape into the forest.
"Get the antivirus! Get it, get it, get it!" Dr. Wily shouted, in rage.
Metal Man was closest and first to react to Dr. Wily's order. He threw a Metal Blade which followed Mega Man and deeply cut his arm forcing him to let go of the antivirus.
"I've got it!" Otto Raptor exclaimed, catching the antivirus.
Dr. Light dropped a tire over Otto's head tighten his shoulders. "Thank you!" Dr. Light said pleasantly, snatching the antivirus as the confused Otto Raptor toppled over. Wood Man stomp his foot on the ground, triggering a small quake that shake Dr. Light off his feet. "...Oh no! The antivirus!" Dr. Light exclaimed in dismay as it rolled away from him.
"Enough of this stupid game!" snarled Dr. Wily, picking up the container. "I'll destroy this antivirus before it can come to any good!"
Mega Man was going to try get the antivirus back only to be surrounded by Proto Man, Wily Numbers, and the Robosaurs as each of them mock of his defeat.
"Sorry, Mega. Looks like you're going to be one of us for the rest of your days." Proto Man smirked.
"Maybe I can used your body to practice my Metal Blade throwing." Said Metal Man, cackling playing with his Metal Blade in delight.
"Or better yet...fly," Toad Man laughed as he croaked, then used his extended tongue to capture and eat a fly. "Ribbit."
"No, Rock!"
"Dr. Light, get-get-get-get..." Oh no the serum had finally warn out and the virus is quickly taking over as he collapsed backwards onto the ground where he lay shivering, an arm curling over his face.
Toad Man walked over to Mega Man's body. "Aw, the poor little blue dweeb croaked. Ha-ha-ha-ha, Ribbit!"
Perfect just as Mega Man wanted now Toad Man is close to him. "Not yet, Slime face. Whatsa...matter, T-T-Toad Man? Tongue-tied?" Said Mega Man, struggles to keep his voice in check. Mega Man taking his chance by grabbed Toad Man's arm and copied his Rain Flush. "Please...let this work." Said Mega Man, glitching out and then fired a Rain Flush into the air. Dr. Wily, Otto, and the Robot Masters scattered as acid rain pour down. "You fool, the acid rain will kill us all!" Dr. Wily shouted tries to rush back into the Skullker for safety. One of the acid rain drop hit his hand causing him to drop the container as he cried out in pain.
The container rolled over to Mega Man and used the rest of his strength to rush over to grab the container off the ground. Then, used his better arm to throws it all the way up in the air into the Rain Flush clouds, the acid shredding its casing until it dissolved in a flash of powder, a thick blue vapor rising to join the growing storm. It turn from acid rain, to antidote rain as the clouds shift to dark blue began to sprinkle cool drops.
"Hey, this isn't acid!" croaked Toad Man.
"Nope, it's antidote! And I'm feeling like kicking some ro-butt!" said Mega Man, grinning now feeling much better and stronger. The plan worked well with the rain poured down as all of the infected Robots through out New York City are getting system back to normal with the virus completely destroyed thanks to the antivirus repairing and restored all the robots functions and memories, Rush too is feeling better now after being reactivated as he barked happily and licked Eddie in disgust but is too happy that he's okay. That included the rest of the Robosaurs now they're tamed returning back what they're originally programed. Back inside the Robosaur Park, Roll and The Robo-Commando Force are back to their normal states as well.
"I'm with you, Mega!" Said Roll, rush to join in with her brother.
Both Cut Man and Guts Man are too back to normal.
"Don't forget about us." Cut Man smirked.
"It's payback time!" Guts Man shouted, slamming his both fist together.
Mega Man jumped back on his feet to blast Metal Man, Wood Man, and Toad Man forcing them to scattered around the park. Then, turn his eyes on Proto Man.
"Come on, bro. You know I was just kidding around on calling you "neanderthal bot"." Proto Man smilied. "I just want you and Roll join Team Wily."
Mega Man didn't say nothing and began firing on Proto Man as Proto Man dodges his blast and the counter attack with his buster. Meanwhile, Roll spotted Wood Man on the run and then equipped her arm to be a vacuum to suck a Megalosaurus in full forced making it to fall on top of Wood Man. Metal Man was trying to escape only to bump into Guts Man. "Going somewhere, Metal puss?" Smiled Guts Man, flicks his giant fingers at Metal Man making him fly all the way to one of Robo-Commandos Force's helicopter knocking him out. Cut Man saw a Pteranodon and quickly climbed on top if and ordered it to fly up and grab Toad Man as he's running away, Pteranodon swoop down to get him and flies above Mega Man and Proto Man. "Toads away!" Cut Man ordered. Pteranodon drop Toad Man as he scream terrifying that he's going to die. Mega Man and Proto Man tackling each other until Mega Man saw Toad Man falling so he quickly kick his brother off of him and successfully had Toad Man landed on top of Proto Man.
Dr. Wily is not happy when the events turn on him as he sneak back inside the Skullker and take off. "Get in you fools!" he growled, hammering on a red button.
Small blue flying fish like called the Gyrotots flew out of the hatch of the Skullker, and zoomed down around to collect Proto Man and the rest of the Wily Numbers below by their shoulders and take them back inside the Skullker.
"Hey Wily, wait for me! I'm your partner, remember?" Otto Raptor shouted from the ground, waving his hands desperately.
"You're a fool who belongs with these fossils," Dr. Wily hissed, ending the partnership with Otto Raptor for good and took off retreating back to the Skull Fortress.
Otto's heart was shattered as he thought Dr. Wily would understood his goal and visions on changing the world by having dinosaurs to rule over, but instead Wily was only using him for his own plan from the very beginning. He betrayed Dr. Light for nothing. The Robo-Commandos are on their way at his position after hearing their voice from the distance knowing that he's going to be arrested but he won't last day in jail so he turn to his right to see a tar pit as he smiled. "Wily is right. I do belong with these fossils and...I'm okay with it." Otto said, walking towards it and let his entire body sink into the depths of a sticky pool think heavy oil without a struggle.
The Robo-Commandos solders arrived but were too late as Otto was already gone unware that Otto ended himself in the tar pit as the bubbles stop bubbling.
Later that afternoon as the sun sets and the rain had already stop, the robo-commandos had once again rounded up the robosaurs from different part of the city including the ones that are shut down and have them return to the park, and bring in the Tech boys to fixed and reprogram the rest of the robosaurs that didn't get the antivirus. While Dr. Light finished patching Mega Man's arm from cut he got from Metal Man, The Commander of the Robo-Commandos Force approach Dr. Light with some news.
"Will have these Dinosaurs back in running in no time," The Commander said. "But there is still no sign of Otto Raptor, but we'll keep searching."
"Thank you, Commander." Dr. Light said.
Mega Man sighed in relief. "I'm just glad it's over. By the way, that was a super neat idea of yours to create an antivirus that would seed into the clouds, Dr. Light," said Mega Man.
"And hopefully these dinosaurs won't be reprogrammed by Wily or any of his scum bots again." Said Roll with a smiled.
"Well, I'm glad to see the two of you fully back to normal," Dr. Light said warmly..
Mega Man had both his hands behind his head. "Well, I guess this is the end of Robosaur Park. After everything that happens, no way people will ever visit here again."
"Not Quite," Dr. Light then explained. "I've receive a call from the investors that despite people were terrified, they actually really enjoy and love the experience as everyone are pre-ordering tickets for next big events at the Robosaurs. Though, they don't want another disaster that happen today so this time we'll have to upgrade security and I have to add a protective firewall into their program, and I have a friend name Dr. Emillia Right, who took interest on dinosaurs and wanted become the host. Just as long as Otto is forbidden to enter the Robosaur Park."
Mega Man was shock about this. "For real?"
"That's just crazy to think people would still go after all that."
Cut Man shrugged. "Yeah but what are going to do, Ms. Roll? People these days are hungry for extreme entertainment no matter how dangerous it was. Guess we'll have to cut a deal with them." Cut Man joked as he laughed until he gets randomly jumped on by an raptor attacking him as he scream trying to get it off him.
"That's strange. The raptor was fine a few hours ago. It must have still have the virus."
Roll chuckles. "No, Doc. I think the raptor just have a distaste for unfunny comedians."
Everyone laughs while Cut Man panics trying to running away from the Raptor as it chase him into the field of the park.
