Chapter Text
Grey. A flat grey. Something so unnaturally grey it was as if the light had been stolen from it halfway. The details sporadically go from spiral, to floral, to regal, to skeletons, to various carvings of animals like lions and wolves. Incoherent yet carved and polished with care and time bit by bit. Far from a masterpiece but loved regardless. There is no draft yet strangely not still, physical but felt more like a dream. Not even somewhere between no one or the other, it just… was. Staring at it one can’t help but wonder if there even is an other side A door seldom means an exit. 12-5-20 13-5 15-21-20
