(Over in Gotham at Kate and Reagans house their both getting things ready for the day as their getting ready someone knocks on the door they both look at each other as Kate walks over to the door and opens it
to find Kate Whistler and her girlfriend there.)
Kate: Hi.
Lucy: Hi.
Whistler: We came for Thanksgiving if that's okay?
Kate: Yeah. That's great. Come on in.
(She moves out of their way and lets them into the house as they walk in Kate closes the door and calls Reagan who walks out of kitchen and sees them there.)
Reagan: Oh my god.
Whistler: Hi.
(She walks over to her and hugs her then pulls Away from her.)
Reagan: What you two doing here?
Mark: I invited them.
Kate: Really?
Mark: Yeah. I didn't think Reagan would mind that much.
Reagan: I don't. Where's Maggie?
Mark: She'll be here. She's trying to convince Hayley to come but.
Reagan: She's still not?
Mark: No She's not. But I don't want to force her to come here so.
Reagan: So you don't.
Mark: I don't want us to force the fact that I'm dating her mother and not her father so. I try not to press.
Reagan: Smart move.
Mark: It is. I just wish Kincaid would take the same stance.
Kate: He still trying to force himself into your kids lives?
Mark: Kind of. Given how all three kids with Sidney are mine I get a say in who i want around them and he's not one of them.
Reagan: What about Sonny nutcase of a girlfriend?
Mark: If there is one thing the three of us can agree on is that her and Sonny aren't to come within a hundred feet of the kids.
Lucy: Just because you guys agree doesn't mean they won't try and talk to them.
Mark: True. But then again. Why you think I told Kate and Reagan I'd rather spend Thanksgiving with them rather then in Port Charles.
(Both Kate and Reagan look at him as they start laughing then calm down as someone knocks on the door and Mark looks at Reagan.)
Reagan: It might be Ryan and Mary.
Mark: Oh.
(He walks over to the door and opens it to find one of his friends from Tucson there and then looks at Kate whose trying to keep from laughing.)
Mark: Oh Kate.
(She looks at him and then sees Sarah there.)
Kate: Oh shit I forgot I invited them.
Mark: That's not very nice.
Sarah: Right.
(He moves out of her way and let's her into the house as her son runs in and Mark catches him getting him to laugh at him.)
Mark: Hey Tyler I think you lost something.
(He looks at him and laughs as Mark hands him over to him.)
Tyler: Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.
(He closes the door once everyone is inside of the house once it's closed he grabs out his phone to see a message from Maggie and gets upset but quickly hides it when he sees KJ.)
Mark: Hey here she is?
(She smiles at him as Reagan hands her over to him.)
Reagan: I figured you got bad news.
Mark: Yeah Maggie's staying in LA with Mickey and Hayley.
Reagan: I'm sorry.
Mark: It's okay. I have this cutie.
(KJ continues to smile at him as he kisses her head then pulls away from it.)
Reagan: We've got the Parade on in the other room.
Mark: Okay. You wanna go see the parade?
(KJ nods her head at him as they walk off towards the other room as they get there he walks in and heads over to the couch and sits down on it and watches the parade with KJ with them both watching what's on
TV. Both Kate and Reagan smile at him seeing how good he is with KJ along with his friends kids as their all watching the Television James leans up against Mark who looks at him and smiles as he sticks his tongue
out at Sarah's husband.)
Tyler: James you little traitor.
James: What? I watching the parade daddy.
Tyler: You're still a traitor.
(He starts laughing at him as Mark looks up at him and laughs.)
Tyler: Dude shut up.
Mark: I would but. He's so cute.
James: I her's.
(Mark looks at Sarah's face who looks off and they start laughing.)
Sarah: Oh man.
Mark: Does your mom pout?
James: Yeah.
Mark: She cute when she does it?
James: Daddy thinks so.
(Mark starts laughing at both of their faces as he high fives their son. Then they continue on with watching the Parade.)
Over by Kate and Reagan.
(Their both over at the counter finishing getting the turkey ready and into the oven as their finishing Lucy and Whistler are talking with Sarah and her husband while their talking Mark plays around with the kids in
the living room as the day wears on and after the parade Mark walked around the room to talk with people and joked around with Kate and Reagan who started beating on him which got both of Sarah and Tyler's
kids involved with them all playing around with Mark who only became the victim of a head but and pretended that he wasn't hurt until Sarah took the kids out of the room to take them up to the bathroom.)
Mark: She gone?
Tyler: Yeah.
Mark: Oh thank god.
(He leans against the counter which confuses them.)
Mark: Your son head butted me.
Tyler: Oh shit.
Mark: Yeah.
Tyler: You are right?
Mark: Oh I'm fine. It's just my personal's hurt like hell.
Kate: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Reagan: There's something we need to tell you.
Mark: Okay.
(He stands up right to look at them.)
Reagan: Me and Kate had invited Michael and Willow.
Mark: Okay. I wouldn't get to upset over them.
Reagan: I know that.
Mark: What's going on?
Kate: Two other people are coming.
Mark: Please don't tell me Sidney and Kincaid are coming.
Kate: Sidney and Kincaid are coming.
(He looks at her and then turns to walk off then goes outside to sit down. Tyler seeing his reaction walks off to go and get his wife.)
Lucy: What's his deal with Sidney Prescott and Mark Kincaid?
Reagan: Mark Kincaid broke up his marriage and didn't care if he broke their kids hearts while doing so.
Whistler: So why the hell are they coming?
Reagan: Nina Reeves over heard my invite to Michael and Willow and took it on herself to tell him they should come here.
Lucy: So that nut case is the reason why their coming?
Kate: From the sounds of it. Yeah.
Lucy: Babe can I punch him when he gets here?
Whistler: Only if I can too.
Kate: And it gets worse.
Lucy: Let us guess.
Kate: She even invited both herself and Sonny here.
Whistler: Tell me you two said no.
Reagan: We did. But some how we got talked into it.
Lucy: By who?
Reagan: Curtis Ashford.
Whistler: That prick really?
Reagan: Yeah. And I have a feeling with the way Mark's been acting today.
Kate: Maggie's not coming.
Reagan: No. He said she told him she was staying in LA with Mickey and Hayley.
Kate: Her daughter really isn't to happy with the fact that her mother's moved on.
Reagan: Nope and if you ask me. It's not far to either one of them.
Kate: I know that.
(As they both continue to talk Tyler's upstairs looking for his wife as he gets to the bathroom he knocks on the door.)
Sarah: Yeah.
Tyler: Babe you may wanna go down and talk to Mark.
(She opens the door and looks at him.)
Sarah: Why?
Tyler: He just learned that Sidney and her home wrecking boy toy are coming.
Sarah: Damn okay. Stay up here with the kids.
Tyler: Okay.
Sarah: Okay.
(She walks out of the bathroom and walks off to go down and talk to Mark as she reaches the main floor she hears someone knock and walks over to the door to see who it is seeing who it is she quickly slams the
door in their faces and walks off towards the back to go and talk to Mark whose still sitting out there thinking.)
Sarah: Hey.
(He looks up at her.)
Mark: Hey.
Sarah: I heard about Sidney and Kincaid.
Mark: Yeah. Prick steals my wife and then has the nerve to invite himself to Kate and Reagan's Thanksgiving dinner.
Sarah: You gonna play nice while their here?
Mark: All I can say is that.
Sarah: What?
Mark: I'll do my best. But I make no promises.
(She laughs at him as he stands up and she hugs him getting him to smile at her then she pulls away from him as they both walk back into the house as they walk in Mark sees them and walks over to Kate and
Reagan who look at him and smile at him.)
Mark: Seriously?
Kate: Nina over heard the conversation and told him about it.
Mark: So you two say no.
Kate: I know that. But come on.
Mark: As long as he doesn't try anything we won't have any trouble's.
Kate: Okay. And hey.
Mark: Yeah.
Kate: I'm sorry about the whole thing with Maggie.
Mark: It's fine. She's a great mother. She chose her daughter over her own boyfriend.
Kate: You're a great guy Mark.
Mark: I know that.
(She laughs at him as they continue to talk as the day wears on and all of the guests invited and uninvited show up for the day both Kate and Reagan make their rounds by going over and talking with their friends
and family a group of friends Mark also spends a lot of time with and picks at Luke whenever he sees fit mainly when he starts beating on him getting both Mary and Ryan to laugh at them with all of their friends
and family joking around they would join in and help both Mark and Sophie tease Mary and Ryan who have yet to show how they both feel about each other given what she does at night including Kate. With them
picking on them Mary gets back at Mark and throws Maggie into his face he laughs at her.)
Mark: Yeah well at least I got the girl I wanted.
(Both her and Ryan looked at him as Luke and Sophie look off laughing at them and then calm down.)
Luke: Damn.
Mark: I know that was bad.
Luke: No it wasn't. It down right fucken funny.
Mark: Oh well then.
Ryan: Seriously.
Luke: What? He knows how to make you and Mary bush that has to mean something.
Ryan: I can still kick your ass Fox.
Luke: Promise.
Mark: Oh boy.
Kate: Yeah.
Ryan: Oh it's not so much a promise as it is a threat.
(He looks at her as Mark turns and looks at Sidney and Kincaid.)
Mark: I'm going over there.
(They start laughing at him as he walks over to them and starts talking to them as their conversation continued it was going just fine until Mark saw Nina but ignored her and continued on with their conversation
and they even joked around with each other. As everyone continues to talk and spend time together things continue to go off without any trouble until something finally happens out in the main part of the house
James is over the couches playing with a toy when one of Mark and Sidney's kids walks over to him and sits down next to him and they start playing with each other which gets both sets of parents smiling at them
and it gets Mark and Sidney to look at each other for the first time all day.)
Mark: I think they'll grow up to be friends.
Sidney: I'm not moving the kids to Tucson Mark.
Mark: You'd be safe from Ghostface.
(She looks at him and laughs.)
Sidney: Now you don't know that. Ghostface seems to show up everywhere.
Mark: Well than you'd be free of Woodsboro.
Sidney: True.
(He looks at her and laughs.)
Mark: Look Sid.
(She looks at him.)
Mark: I'm sorry. For the way I've been acting.
Sidney: I'd lie and say it's okay. But it's not.
Mark: I just. I always thought when I put that ring on your finger we would be forever. And I know that was cheesy.
Sidney: I've heard worse.
Mark: Like what? You're not mother was no Sharon Stone.
Sidney: Yeah. That one still gets me. And knowing she wanted to be an actress.
Mark: Yeah. John Milton and Hollywood really fucked her up.
Sidney: Why not. The whole thing with Ghostface has me so messed up I get worried everytime I look at the news.
Mark: I hear ya.
Sidney: Just when we think it's over with. There's some other idiot wearing the fucken mask.
Mark: Yeah Richie and Amber being the latest two idiots.
Sidney: Yeah. How are Sam and Tara doing anyway?
Mark: Last time I checked they were doing just fine.
Sidney: Good that's good to hear.
Mark: It is.
(She smiles at him as they hear something behind them and turn to see what it is seeing both Willow and Nina going at it in the same room as the kids and seeing how close they are to them and Nina being who
she shoves Willow who goes into James who had just gotten up sending him into the table behind them.)
Mark: No.
(Both him and Sidney rush over to the kids but their both too late as James goes into the table.)
Mark: James! Sid go get his parents.
(She rushes off towards the back room to go and get his parents.)
Mark: James!
Neil: Daddy!
(Mark looks at him and then to Nina.)
Mark: Willow take him into the other room.
Willow: Okay. Come on honey.
Neil: Okay.
(They both walk off as Tyler rushes forward.)
Tyler: What the hell happened?
Mark: That nut case that Sonny's dating shoved Willow and she went into James.
(He looks over at her as Nina stands there in shock at what happened.)
Nina: I Mark I'm so sorry.
Mark: Yeah right. We need to get him to a hospital.
Tyler: Okay. Sarah's car is outside.
Mark: Okay. You two get him to a hospital and We'll meet you there.
Tyler: Okay. Mark help me with him.
(Mark helps him with his and Sarah's son once he has him they both rush out of the house quickly followed by Sarah who shoves past Nina whose still standing there in shock at what happened as they get to her
car Tyler opens the door and she gets in and Mark hands her their son once she has him she looks at Mark.)
Mark: I'm sure he'll be okay. Just get him to Gotham General okay.
Sarah: Okay.
(He backs up as Tyler closes the door and rushes to other side and quickly gets in as Mark helps Bella into the backseat and buckles her in once she's buckled in she looks at him.)
Mark: He'll be okay are right.
(She nods her head at him as he moves out of the way and closes the door as Tyler quickly takes off towards the hospital Mark looks down at himself and sees the blood of his friend's son on him and looks at
Sidney.)
Sidney: Hey.
Mark: That little boy better live or Sonny's gonna lose his flavor of the fucken month.
(Sonny looks at him as he walks off and back into the house with Sidney right behind him.)
Kincaid: You two proud of yourselves.
(Then he walks off after Mark and Sidney as both Nina and Sonny stand there not sure of what to do or say given how everyone feels about the both of them.
Hours later.
(Back inside of the house everyone there is eating and trying to keep their minds off of what happened to Sarah and Tyler's son but are having tough time doing so given how their son is about the same age as
Mark and Sidney's youngest and with what just happened their trying to keep from throwing their fits into both Nina and Sonny's faces. After eating they all packed up the food and decided to go the hospital and
spend the rest of Thanksgiving with Sarah and her family as they wait for their son to come out of surgery. What they don't know is that he is out of surgery and in a room resting up. As they all got there and
walked up to the room Mark stopped them and went up to the room and knocked on the door. Which got them both to look up at them and smiled.)
Mark: It okay if we come in?
Sarah: Yeah. He's asleep.
Mark: Okay.
Tyler: Sonny and the home wrecker aren't here are they?
Mark: No.
Tyler: Good. Because of what his girlfriend just did to my son. I might forget that Nina's a woman and punch her.
Mark: I have a feeling your wife would be the first to do it.
(He looks at Sarah and smiles at her.)
Tyler: Yeah my wife's a badass.
Mark: She is. But then again my ex wife is just as much of a badass.
Tyler: She is. I can tell how you still look at her Mark.
Mark: Yeah. But she's seeing someone. And So am i.
Tyler: I know that.
Mark: Okay.
(As they continue to talk James starts coming too.)
James: Mommy! Daddy!
(They both look over at him and Tyler rushes over to him as Mark looks at Kate and Reagan.)
Kate: He okay?
Mark: He seems to be okay.
Kate: Are right. Well then.
Maggie: Mark!
(He looks behind them and sees Maggie there getting him to smile as he walks over to her and kisses her as their kissing she smiles in it then pulls away from him.)
Maggie: Hi.
Mark: Hi. What you doing here? I thought you were staying in LA with Hayley and Mickey?
Maggie: That was the plan but then. I heard what happened here.
Mark: Yeah. Nina doing her normal thing and went after Willow.
Maggie: Do I wanna know?
Mark: Probably not. She'd just make herself out to be the victim like any other time.
Maggie: Yeah. How is he?
Mark: He's okay. He just woke up so.
Maggie: Okay. Are you okay?
Mark: Yeah I'm are right.
(He smiles at her as she kisses him again then pulls away from him as they both walk into the room to go and see the other's as they all get into the room James looks around at everyone and smiles as he looks at
his parents and is sat up slowly so he can eat some of the food Kate and Reagan brought with them as he's eating he looks at Sarah who smiles at him and kisses his head then pulls away from it as he continues to
eat along with his parents and his sisters who he has fun throwing turkey at his older sister who looks at him.)
Heather: Hey you brat.
James: I am not.
Mark: Takes after his father.
(Kate and Reagan start laughing at his face.)
Tyler: More like his mother.
Mark: And he gets to go home with her tonight babe.
Maggie: Yeah.
Tyler: Oh crap.
Sarah: Yeah.
Tyler: Her workers would agree.
(Mark looks at him and laughs as he looks at Sarah.)
Sarah: It's not what he means.
Mark: I kind of figured.
Tyler: She's still bossy.
Mark: At home or at work?
Tyler: According to Rachael both.
(They start laughing then calm down.)
Mark: She's one of Sarah's floaters.
Maggie: Oh. Who does she work for?
Mark: Sandwich shop called Baggins.
(Maggie looks at him and Mark catches the look.)
Mark: No no. Not Bobo Baggins.
Maggie: Oh well it was a thought.
Mark: Of course it was.
(James looks over at them and sees the woman with Mark.)
James: Mommy look it's McFierce.
(Mark looks at him and then to his girlfriend.)
Maggie: I really hate that nickname.
Mark: Why?
Maggie: Why you think?
Mark: I think it suits you.
Maggie: Of course you do.
James: Uncle Mark.
Mark: Yes.
(He walks away from her and over to him.)
Mark: What's going on?
James: Daddy once called her McHottie.
(Mark looks at him and then to the man in the chair.)
Tyler: Why?
Mark: Happy Thanksgiving Tyler.
Tyler: Yeah.
(They start laughing again then calm down.)
Tyler: What is this pick on Tyler day?
Mark: Dude your married to Sarah. It's pick on Tyler day all the time.
Tyler: Damn it.
(Sarah looks at Mark who she gives the finger too.)
Mark: Oh I'm sure you're floater would love to do something with that finger.
(She looks at him as Tyler's trying to keep from laughing.)
James: What?
Mark: Nothing. It's a bad joke.
James: Okay. I like Rachael. Her cool.
Mark: So I've heard.
Sarah: She can make you laugh even when you don't want too.
Mark: So does Reagan.
Reagan: Hey.
(She throws one of the rolled up foil balls at him getting him to turn and look at her as James and his sisters laugh at them.)
Bella: Yeah. She made mommy laugh the other day and daddy didn't get the joke.
Mark: Oh yeah. What was the joke?
Bella: I forget.
Mark: That's okay. We all tell jokes we can't seem to remember.
Bella: I'll remember it.
Mark: Okay.
(They start laughing at her as he notices James starting to get uncomfortable.)
Mark: Hey you okay?
James: Yeah. Just tired.
Mark: Okay. Well we can move the tray if you want.
James: Yeah.
(Sarah stands up and moves the tray so he can lie back and try to get some more sleep.)
James: Uncle Mark.
Mark: Yeah.
James: Where's Neil and KJ?
Mark: Their back at the house.
James: Okay.
Mark: Are right.
(Through out the rest of the afternoon everyone continues to spend the rest of Thanksgiving with Sarah and her family while her son is in the hospital after what Nina had done to him with them spending the
remaining time in the hospital with him Lucy and Whistler went to the hospital to see him along with KJ and Neil who James was very happy to see with him still in the hospital both Kate and Reagan sat down and
talked about what they could do for Christmas which brought an idea to Sarah's mind and talked to them about it.)
Reagan: What's that?
Sarah: Maybe you two could come down to Tucson and spend Christmas with us. I mean James has taken a liking to KJ and he's become really good friends with Neil.
Reagan: Okay we'll think about it.
Sarah: You two can come too.
(Whistler and Lucy look at her.)
Whistler: We'll see. We both work and we barely managed to get the time off to come here and spend time with Reagan.
Mark: And if things at one point work out.
Sarah: What?
Mark: I'll be moving to LA to be closer to her.
(Maggie looks at him and smiles.)
Sarah: Wow.
Mark: Yeah.
James: You like her?
Mark: I do. She makes me happy.
James: Kay.
(He smiles at him as they continue to spend time together and talk about people going out spending time with them out in Tucson for Christmas and maybe even New Years.
